Had my boyfriends car shipped from Illinois to California. Driver was great with communication. Car came back in perfect shape. The entire process was easy and was done quickly and as agreed upon. Will definitely use them on the way back.

I have shipped a car on 10/28/2013 from CA to IL. The car was delivered on 11/01/2013 which was a lot quicker than I expected. Not even 5 days. Unbelievable.Im a classic car dealer and move a lot of cars around the country. I have used a lot of companies in the past but AUTO TRANS GROUP is definitely the best I dealt with.

I could have taken to the open road and transported my car alone, but having it shipped would have been a better option. Auto Trans Group helped me transport my car from one state to the other. And I must say, they did a really good job! My car arrived in one piece.

When they guaranteed they would provide me with safe and reliable shipping, I got safe and reliable shipping. I had my car transported to Maryland a little under a year ago, and I trusted them with my baby. And I knew I could trust them with that task. If anyone needs a car shipped, I suggested you choose them.

Awful and shameful company. We had 3 MAJOR problems with 1 car being transported last year. First, they couldnt unload the vehicle from their trailer when they got to my body shop and said I had to pay for a tow truck to bring it later (WHAT!?). Second, after I finally arranged for me to pick the car up myself at their shop, there were new damages that were 100% not in the Copart pictures (damage to the windshield and roof). We later found out they hired a 3rd party shipper, so they claimed it wasnt damaged in their hands - when they didnt even bother confronting the other shipper (the dispatcher responsible for the load didnt even try to help at all, just deny, deny, deny. He was a COMPLETE dick on the phone, I heard they fired him since this happened to us last year). Third, after all the back and forth, they never provided me with the title (Copart gave it to them) so they never took responsibility for losing it. They owe me $100 for the NY duplicate title. I thought I could file the claim myself through their insurance, but the insurance said it had to be initiated by Auto Trans Group. I should have never picked up my car until the insurance claim went through.

I had not only one, but two cars that I needed to have shipped. I had double the worry but I’m glad that I did decide to choose Auto Trans Group. They assured me that both cars would arrive at their location safely, and safely did both of them reach. I know I can trust them with any future shipping.

I was moving across the country essentially, and I really didn’t feel like driving my car for such a long period of time. I had things to do and didn’t really have the time to take a road trip. I hired Auto Trans Group to bring my car to me, for it being an across the country move they got here really quickly!

I’ve had a bad experience with a previous transportation company back in 2008. Since then, I always transport my cars personally, but the most recent journey was too long. I needed to find a company to get the job done right, and I did find that in you guys. You are reliable and trustworthy! My car arrive in one piece!

We are very pleased with Auto Trans Group that transported our full size truck from Nevada to Ohio. Our truck arrived in excellent condition and JJ was very professional and communicated with us every step of the way. Very trustworthy and professional!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! This has been the WORST shipping company I have ever use! I paid to have my car delivered, the car arrived with the clutch completely burnt out of the car. The driver rolled the car off the truck and left it in the middle of the street. When I tried to get the bill of laiding back so I could write what happened he ripped it out of my hand and refused to give it back. I have NEVER dealt with such a horrible company!!!!!

Worse company ever had to get my car with the assistance of police because driver was so aggressive.Had 3 cars delivered to me before to a parking lot by the house and this driver decided to park his rig in a different county and told me to come and get my S**T from there, after telling him to come to the parking lot by the house he replied my rules!!!!!NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Snow and ice caused delays coming out of chicago.. but the vehicle was not at all mishandled or damaged. the driver was very carefull unloading the vehicle.

Auto transgroup was hired by a Florida car dealer, Choice Auto Brokers of Fort Lauderdale to deliver a Rolls-Royce to me with the cost of the shipping included in the sale price....Upon arrival in my area the truck driver unloaded the vehicle and in backing it off the truck drove the tailpipe and underbody on to the ground causing the muffler, tailpipe and underbody to be damaged....I was initially advised that it would require a whole new muffler system because it could not be repaired and the quote was approx $1500 ...Both the trucking company and the dealer were notified....I finally managed to find a muffler shop which was able to make repairs to the damaged system at a cost of just $280....Autotransgroup then offered to pay only $150 towards this bill claiming that it was a used vehicle....I expressed my concern to the car dealership who had after all hired the group to ship the car..I paid the repair shop on the spot for their excellent repair work and insisted that I wanted to be re-imbursed by either Autotransgroup or their insurance..I also advised Choice Auto Brokers that they were the ones who hired the trucker and that I expected them to see that I was compensated for the cost of the damage repair...I have not been paid by any of the parties involved

Terrible service, and bad communication. They cause me had to pay storage fee on a car i bought at an auto auction because of lack of communication to notify me or the broker that they couldnt make it in time.

Typical Scumbags, Showed up Days Late! Rude and Very Unprofessional. DO NOT USE!!!!
