A person who you call a cashier in this place is pushing away customers, they sell a not properly working vape cigarettes and no refund back, this guy even charged me twice for one thing

The pricing in this place is ridiculous. The owner doesnt have pricing on half the items and then when you get the final price it is sky high. The guy doesnt give you an itemized receipt either and you cant see any pricing.
