Ive been working with John and Cody at Central State Signs for over the past 4 years, and was compelled to write a review after the last 3 jobs they did for me. The 1st job, Central States had made several pan face signs, w/ dimensional lettering on them, for a good customer of mine. Two weeks after the signs were installed, I had received a call that one of the signs was pulled from the brick wall, cracking the stud mounts. (vandalized) Central States went out and fixed the sign at no charge to me or my customer. The 2nd job was the install of a 24 channel letters sign. After the sign was installed, the customer wasnt happy with the matching of colors between the raceway and the brick facade. Central States took down the sign, brought it back to their shop, repainted the raceway, and reinstalled the sign that same afternoon. The last job, which took place today, was an order that I placed last week for an illuminated box sign. I had mentioned to John that my customer was hoping to have the sign installed by Oct 1st for their grand opening, but absolutely understood if they couldnt make that happen. The sign was installed a week before the grand opening, and my customer couldnt have been happier .Thanks Guys!John CatalanoSignarama West Chicago
