Helpful staff, quality cabinets (soft close, drawers pull completely out/tons of storage), great selection and cabinet delivery timing was fantastic.I did not use a designer and while I kept the kitchen layout the same, the original cabinets had spacing issues. The team was very helpful as I worked out tweaks to the layout and did a few unique spins (upper cabinets under the kitchen window to create a work space but also save space in a small kitchen, stacked upper cabinets to create a slim profile pantry, etc.). Also pictured the updated bathroom - I love the dual grey vanity. See before/after comparisons

Handsome cabinet guys were just GREAT. I can not say enough good things about them. Buying a house and remodeling it, was not an easy task especially during Covid. But they made kitchen cabinet ordering so easy. I went to 2 other places before meeting with them. Their customer service, how attentive they were to their customers, and how willingly they were there to help with every phone call, every visit, and even text message. Their curb side delivery guy even helped us unload them to our garage. According to other kitchen cabinet companies, we weren’t going to get our cabinets for 8-12 weeks. Handsome Cabinets is a hidden gem for great quality cabinets at wholesale prices. I am so glad I stumbled on them after a nightmare with big box store cabinets. I had designed my own cabinet layout and when I walked in, George sat down with me and helped me tweak my layout to make it even better. I ordered my cabinets the next day based on his new layout. My cabinets were ready and delivered 6 days later - yes, SIX days later! Tony was also super helpful when I went back in to order a fridge panel. These cabinets are all locally made with plywood interiors and dovetail joints. Wow, just wow. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know. I paid less for these high quality cabinets than I paid for the big box MDF I bought initially! All I had to do was pay my carpenter a nominal fee to install. I will post pics once the countertops and backsplash are in.

Bought our cabinets there about 8 years ago. The hinge for the lazy susan broke recently. Tony was very helpful and replaced the hinge at no charge.

Handsome Cabinets are by far the best. We went in there as a recommendation from my brother who had purchased from them in the past. We came in with our measurements and Tony was able to design the kitchen to our liking. We had went to 2 other cabinet places to get quotes and Handsome Cabinets came in below the quotes of those competitors. The prices are outstanding. We were scheduled for a late December, 2017 delivery, but because we were remodeling the whole house, we had to push back the delivery date. I called Tony and he was able to accommodate and reschedule the delivery date to our schedule. Cabinets came in mid-January, 2018 and the delivery process was so smooth. The cabinets were packed very well with no fear of any damage. Ive recommended Handsome Cabinets to 2 people already. I will definitely buy from them again. Wost cabinet store ever. I sent them a quote from some other store to shop around and they beat it by $100 said big words about their service and blah blah... and said I would get a receipt in the email after placing the order ( my fault for trusting these scammers). They had conveniently left off a sink base, crown molding, and another cabinet. Upon delivery when I asked for those items the guy wants to charge me for those items. I ended up pay almost. $1000 more after a 4 week delay in delivery. They all point fingers at the customer and scam them into paying more after screwing them over by ordering most of the kitchen. NEVER BUY FROM THEM! I AM STILL MISSING CABINETS...2 MONTHS FROM ORDER DATE!

We love our white kitchen and fireplace cabinets we purchased at Handsome Cabinets. They are good quality at an affordable price.Words of wisdom: you will need to allow about 1/2” between each cabinet for the doors to open properly in the white shaker style (otherwise they rub against each other). We found that out the hard way and had to return some cabinets for narrower ones. Also adding washers in the hinge section might work to fix that problem for single door cabinets.

I had the BEST experience with Handsome Cabinets. I originally went to Rock Counter Kitchen & Bath. I waited 2 weeks (and btw, still no response. I originally reached out to them mid-March 2018) for an estimate on cabinets. I got no response, after I called on numerous occasions and even stopped by twice to speak with the seller who helped us. I was on a time crunch since we already scheduled a contractor for a week to install the cabinets. Fed up, I googled the closest kitchen cabinet place and Handsome Cabinets came up right away, with a ton of 5 star reviews.I met with Tony on a Wednesday afternoon. I gave him my specs of the cabinets I needed. Within an hour, he gave me a quote and said my cabinets will be ready to go within 3 days (1 day before the contractor was scheduled to start). He also recommended Granite Selection for countertops. I got my countertops set up for delivery and installation within 45 minutes. Within 4 hours, my kitchen was ready to go. I legit wanted to cry. Tony made the entire process hassle free, stress free, and headache free. Ive had to go back 2 times for additional parts and I got it the same day I went in. I had a lot of ideas for my new kitchen - however my design was all over the place. I was able to sit down with Tony NUMEROUS times to iron out details + ideas and each time it felt like I was sitting down with a old friend making jokes and laughing about almost anything… but I also vented a bit with all the things going bad with my renovation and ge was there to listen to all of it... which made me consider him more than any other cabinet places because that is how you know he values you as a customer and wants you to be happy with his service. Initially I wanted a kitchen island but once we did final $ numbers, I had to pass bc my electrician took up most of the budget. Sadly, I had to tell Tony I was not going to do the island now but I will down the road. Tony insisted that I reconsider it and he said he would give me a good price… and to my surprise he did, just so I can be happy with my island! The delivery was as promised 7-10 business days and they made the delivery in 8 days (1 was a holiday). These are the things that you should consider in the future… buying things from a company that will go out of its way to make you happy as a client and a potential returning customer, not just a monetary gain!--and guess what it works!!! My mother likes my kitchen and now she is planning to do hers aaaaaaaaand Im definitely going back to Handsome Cabinets! 😊

STAY AWAY! This place has the most disrespectful and unprofessional sales personnel we have ever seen. We came in on Saturday and spent about 1 hour in line to speak to their sales designer. When we finally approached to designer desk, he told us he needs to change paper in a printer, and he left. We waited at his desk... On his way back designer saw another customer that just walked in. He stopped and started conversation with this customer. After he brought this guy to his table and completed his design and estimate right in front of us. All this time we waited... Right after this customer left, our designer saw another customer. He told us he needs to take care about her, and he left. We waited.... Finally he came back and started our design. He was able to draw 2 walls and 2 cabinets when 3rd customer walked in. The 3rd customer happened to be our designers cousin, so they spent about 20 minutes talking to each other about nearby restaurants. We waited, and after we couldn’t take it anymore and we left. We spent an hour in a line and about an hour at his desk. Nothing was done for us while designer knew that we are owners of construction company and will be placing a large order. How they treat regular customers then??? Stay away; they know nothing about customer service and respect.

The Snow White Shaker cabinets are absolutely garbage they chip they nick any water gets on them forget it theyre peeling they are no good and this company does not let you buy new doors so if you mess up a door youre stuck with a bad cabinet This is the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with for these cheap cabinets never again

After reviewing pricing and quotes from multiple places, we decided to go with Handsome Cabinets for our new kitchen. We worked with Sylwia from the Villa Park location from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful and got back to me instantly any time I had any questions or concerns. Our entire order took only a few days from beginning until they had our cabinets delivered. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be recommending Handsome Cabinets to anyone looking for a hassle free and enjoyable experience when making such a large investment!

This place is not customer service friendly, I called and sent Tony the plan of our kitchen and he never responded after that. So we decided to drive over to their show room. When we walked in they were with couple customer, so waited for almost 25min. They never greeted or even bothered to look at us. So we decided to walk out and take our business somewhere else.

My wife Janina and I had a wonderful experience with Handsome Cabinets. We are are extremely pleased with our high quality kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Ordering the cabinets was hassle free and the price was by far the best. There turned out to be some minor issues with a bathroom cabinet, but to Handsome Cabinets credit they quickly came out and solved the issue to our satisfaction.

I had been extremely happy with how Tom and his team worked with me to design the cabinets for my kitchen and bathrooms. The price was the best from all the 5 quotes I had. After sales was awesome as well, as there were some changes and had few returns and an exchange at no charge. I just loved their professionalism and help. Look forward to work with them again for my basement.

Terrible experience, cabinets often come late and orders get messed up. If you are a general contractor it’s in your best interest to avoid the headache and buy cabinets somewhere else.

Handsome cabinets have a GREAT product and WONDERFUL customer service. They are very helpful in their beautiful showroom. They will work with you and plan a great layout for your kitchen. The cabinets come much faster than the other places I looked into. It was only about 1-2 weeks before they were ready. Delivery was smooth and the cabinets look perfect. Great quality for the price. Lowest price around with all the extras you might want (soft closing drawers, etc.). We went with the White Shaker...love!

Working with Handsome Cabinets has been a horrendous ordeal. On February 19, 2020, we finally received our kitchen cabinets we had ordered back in the beginning of OCTOBER 2019. Receiving them in February was no easy task either. Continuous phone calls (that were ignored, still have them saved) and emails (emails were a bit better, but only to appease us). When we placed the order in October we were told that by the first week of November we would receive the cabinets. We waited a week before we called them because there was no communication from their part. We were told their vendor was behind and Thanksgiving was coming up, long story short we received them on December 5th. The cabinets were not the color we had ordered (If you decide to go to Handsome Cabinets, make sure a color description is on the purchase order, or it will be your word against theirs) we had pictures. We returned them on December 13th and after much going back and forth and because they had customers in the store they agreed to exchange them, it was a different style, nice enough and the color was close enough. Tony even offered to throw in the hardware for the inconvenience; which we had not ordered, so that was nice. Per an email we received from Handsome Cabinets on Dec 19, 2019 we were told an estimated delivery would be January 13th-14th. They finally were delivered on February 19th, again it wasn’t easy. The order was incomplete, we are missing a glass cabinet door and of course the hardware they had offered. The last email was on March 5th, the last phone call was the following day where Tony said the order was being processed and would be delivered. So we are in May and no cabinet door or hardware. So our kitchen is semi finished.We hesitated writing this review, but we were fooled by the reviews we had read about this company. After so many years waiting to be able to remodel our kitchen, it has been a nightmare because of Handsome Cabinets and we don’t wish this on anyone else. We thought as a business, Handsome Cabinets would be concerned about its reputation and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately in our case it has not been like that. We can honestly say we were very naive and fooled by Tony and Evelina’s pretentious will to serve us. They are accommodating and suave as salespeople, but once they have the sale their customer service lacks professionalism tremendously to the point of being rude. We hope this helps.

I would like to say the discount price is nice and you definitely get what you paid for but, I can’t say that. The product is absolutely Horrible ! And to top it off the service is rude and unprofessional. If I would’ve known the service was going to be so unprofessional I wouldn’t have stuck around for a deal that was not worth the product I received.

Went in to quickly buy some stock cabinets. I was SHOCKED at how many choices of cabinets they had available for delivery in 4-7 days. The guy that helped me was friendly and knew his stuff. Within 10 minutes he had my layout mapped out in his computer and we placed the order. I have to say though, I am an Interior Designer so I did know what I needed, he just had to help me find the right cabinets. You may want to give yourself more time. I highly recommend!

Worse cabinet place ever! Employee was very rude and they completely messed up the order. Slowing down the progress of the Job my husband is doing.

Armando the manager was ever so helpful. He went above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure everything was seamless with my mothers cabinets. Our cabinet installer proposed to us a total of four cabinet stores to look for our cabinets. We checked them all and we chose to go with Handsome Cabinets. We couldn’t be happier with the decision we made. We were very impressed with Tonys knowledge in this field, his professionalism and desire to do everything it takes to make sure he ends up with a satisfied customer. He helped us design the dream kitchen based on the measurements we gave him. Remodeling my kitchen I wanted to take me time to not only get the best price but the best quality also. I highly recommend Handsome cabinets, not only did they give me the best price but the quality of their cabinets are superior to the others. Handsome cabinets are made of maple wood unlike a different place I went to their white maple cabinets are not made of maple at all but of a mdf. Handsome cabinets show room is beautiful and i recommend talking to Tom. He gave us suggestions and ideas that none of the other cabinet places did, Im in love with out layout and the cabinets we chose. He took his time with our consultation and listened to what we wanted. Making an investment and remodeling a kitchen not only is a good price important but quality and customer service too thats why I gave handsome cabinets 5 stars!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You think you are getting a great price and the sales reps will have you believing it is the greatest material but the fact of the matter is its cheap material made in china and at the end of the day you think you are saving money but you are actually hanging up cheap garbage in your kitchen. It starts to warp easily, the material and paint chip and saving a little money isnt worth the risk of having to spend EVEN MORE money because it needs to be replaced within a few years. Dont think because its cheap, that its better. They have better prices than everyone else because you get what you pay for.

We recently purchased kitchen cabinets from Handsome Cabinets. We had a wonderful experience; the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and the cabinets are good quality. I will go to Handsome Cabinets again if I need cabinets in the future.
