I has a stair runner project and needed the carpet to be cut within 1/8 in accuracy for it to work. Perfect cut the entire 15ft of length. Excellent customer care and workmanship.

Oh, was pleasantly surprised as the rug is exactly what I was hoping for, works with my decor! It was packaged well and read the earlier reviews, but the taping is needed for shipping purposes and I didn’t lose a strand. Added my padding and opened it and its laying flat awaiting my furniture. Wearing socks walking on it after a week feels fine. I’m happy with my purchase!

I purchased a set of jute stair treads from Koeckritz Rugs. They were $20+ cheaper for the set than any other online retailer and shipping was free. They were shipped in a very timely manner and I had them in-hand in about a week. The stair treads were nicer than I thought they would be. I ordered a half-moon rug for a patio step on May 16 and received it May 21. Thats amazing in itself, but the rug is bound beautifully and is the perfect fit! We have an entryway in our house that is used very frequently by me, my husband and his employees. The guys (& our dogs), typically, track a lot of dirt into the kitchen!! I wanted a rug to catch/hide the dirt. However, it needed to be low-profile and an odd size. I ordered 5 samples, which I received quickly and for free (thanks to a coupon code)! Exactly what I wanted at a great price.

On November 14, I purchased several custom area rugs and paid via my credit card, which was immediately charged. Ten days later, Koeckritz informed me they would be unable to fulfill my order due to damaged stock. They offered a few material alternatives, but I declined and requested a refund. There was no response, so the next day I again e-mailed a request that they confirm my credit. Again, no response. So I contacted them a THIRD time. Finally, on November 30, they e-mailed me and stated a refund had been issued and to give it 1-2 business days to appear on my statement. 8 business days later and no refund. So I immediately informed them of this via e-mail - NO RESPONSE. At this point, I called them and was assured my card would be credited that day (no reason as to why they said they had credited it days before). Two days later - STILL NO REFUND! As of this writing, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have contacted my credit card company to initiate my consumer protection  protection procedure and have the transaction negated. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KOECKRITZ RUGS AGAIN AND STRONGLY SUGGEST ANYONE CONSIDERING DOING SO GIVE IT FURTHER CONSIDERATION. There is no excuse for their apparent inability to issue a timely refund for items they were unable to provide or such a poor level of customer service.

This company did a wonderful job making my beautiful rug and shipping in a very reasonable time frame. Great selection as well! Couldn’t find what I was looking for anywhere but this place.

My custom shaped area rug was cut and shipped on the same day I ordered it. It arrived in three days. Unfortunately, it was the wrong carpet. A customer service representative was very helpful and sent a call tag for the wrong carpet and immediately sent the correct one. The second carpet also arrived within days. Great customer service!

Was able to get the size I needed at a good price. Priced a remnant at another local store and it would have cost me more than what I paid for this rug just to have the binding on the edge. The quality is good and didnt take long at all to have it delivered.

We purchased five outdoor/indoor custom size rug runners 10 days ago (all were different lengths) to go around our 20x40 swimming pool with a diving board (more than 120 in total length). We had never purchased anything from Koeckritz in the past and do not have any experience with their rug durability, however, the rugs were were all custom sized (four were 3 wide and one was 29 wide) and were all delivered to our home in PA within a week. They arrived perfectly sized to the measurements we provided through their website and met all of our initial expectations of quality - seemed better than our initial remembrance of the previous custom cut rug we purchased from a national chain home improvement store, and at a slightly lower cost than what we paid 10 years ago. At this time, if Koeckritzs rug product is reasonably similar to their excellent fabrication/delivery protocol and our previous durability experience; I would enthusiastically and sincerely recommend them to anyone.

Before placing my order, I made an inquiry with Koeckritz and they were able to answer my question and went out of their way to provide additional pictures of the rug. This is my 2nd purchase for Koeckritz rugs, the first was 3 years ago to place is my She Shed and it been GREAT! We even left it out last year instead of picking in up and it still looks GREAT!!! We purchased another to place on our front porch because it gets full sun more than 1/2 the day and the Treks get so hit you cannot walk on them and neither can the dog. So far its working out nice. This was a very nice thin indoor/outdoor brown grass turf for the porches that are easy to clean and vac. I did not want anything to plush and it has a marine backing to drain if it gets wet. For the cement front porches screened in. works great! Thank You Koeckritz Rugs&Carpets.

I am thrilled with my custom cut turf rug product! I shopped around on some of the bigger companys sites - Home Depot, Lowes, etc. It was rather confusing since I knew the exact dimensions that I wanted. It seems the only other options with other companies were to buy whatever rolls they had and cut them.Koeckritz was a breeze! I put in my dimensions and the rug came cut AND the edges of the rug are professionally bound! Very happy. Would purchase from them again if and when I need a custom turf rug for a different-sized balcony.

I love the look of the rug. I ordered it for my newly renovated bathroom. I am very disappointed that the rug continues to curl on the ends. I put books on it, I turned it upside down, etc. One week into this, the ends are curling. I have tripped on it several times. The jury is out.

We needed something to cover our observation deck floor. I inquired about what product of artificial turf would be best for drainage and got an immediate response. Great rug. We owned the same rug but in a smaller size. First rug is still in use with no deterioration after 2 years of patio use. This rug is exactly the same but big. Expect to get years and years out of this one too!

Even followed up with us a few hours later with answers they needed to look up.The samples where great and the rug is perfectOne word of caution. Be carful when you input your measurements. I made a mistake when entering the carpet pad measurements and made it 2 feet shorter instead of 2 inches shorter.

I went down too many rabbit holes while looking for an odd-sized carpet when I stumbled across this website. I found exactly what I wanted, custom cut, and around $75 cheaper than settling for something I didn’t want at my local box store! Although my order said delivery within 6-10 days, I received the carpet 3 days after I ordered. Oh yes...shipping was FREE! I highly recommend this company!

Beware: There are too many honorable businesses to waste your time with this dishonest business. I ordered a rug pad for my long antique Persian runner. They sent me a rug pad but it was not the one I asked for. Not only did it not have any rubber backing, but it was so slippery the minute I laid it down under our runner my son walked on it, went flying out from underneath him and he hit his head on the island. I was the next to fall. So back in the packaging it went and I initiated the return. I then suddenly have to be out of town because my mother has to have emergency brain surgery. When I return from taking care of my 84 yr old mother, I send the item back and it arrives a few days after the cut off date (they gave me 2 weeks to return it). I notify Ebay of the family emergency and they make note of it but the seller is not willing to cooperate. Koeckritz now has both my money and the rug pad which they received 2 weeks ago. They actually see nothing wrong with taking my money for nothing. Seriously who conducts business this way??REPLY TO OWNER:I would suspect many of your reviews are fake since your Yelp reviews are very poor. You have just as many 1 star as you do 5 star reviews which seems to indicate you are trying to offset them.YOU ABSOLUTELY DID NOT REFUND ME AS YOU ARE DISHONESTLY STATING AND WAS CONFIRMED BY EBAY. If you did refund me then attach the receipt here so readers can see.I would never buy or even look at a rug pad that has no rubber backing. Received 13 rectangular chair treads. Very good quality, fast shipping. Only negative was 5 of the treads were a lighter color which is noticeable.

They were so helpful working with me in in the southwest, getting samples to me. I was fortunate to find the perfect fit to go with a very patterned print sofa. They then discussed with me the appropriate size and how the product will lay flat so it is safe for a wheel chair or walker. It actually came 3 days earlier than predicted. My rug arrived right on time. It was packaged appropriately. When unrolled, it didn’t take long before it was totally flat... no edges sticking up to trip on. We’ve had it now for a while on our front porch and it still looks like new. I use a leaf blower to clear any detritus that gets on it.

I shopped online and was impressed with the circle rug I purchased in blue, worked perfectly for my outside patio table set! I would purchase from them in the future!
