Remmy is the best!! Not only did he help me pick out the perfect phone but helping to switch everything (which was a tough job because the old one was broke) Waz so very much appreciated. It would be a sin to close this store and lose him at our location.

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Note S10+ and realized the manufacturers protection screen was scratched. I came to the store middle of the day to have the team look at it and confirm it was indeed the protection screen and not the actual phone that was damaged. The team was so friendly and assisted in helping me remove the manufacturers protection screen and helped place a new protection screen I purchased.Unfortunately, there were bubbles that formed on the new screen and after I left the shop, it kept getting worse. I came back to the store that same day to ask for help and once more the team assisted. Eric, who had helped me earlier, provided me with a new screen and was able to place it perfectly so that no bubbles or odd appearances showed. I am so happy with the result and really appreciate the teams patience in helping me out.

I was there today with my parents; worst T-mobile location, steer away from that store. Managers are rude and will not hesitate to ask you to leave if they decide that youre wasting their time. Never setting my foot there again.

Desiree is very professional, friendly and she was speaking Spanish to my Mom she made my Mom feel like family plus she fixed my Mom’s problem that nobody could fixed, even T-Mobile customer service couldn’t do it fix it, Desiree is the Best.Thanks

This place is amazing!!! Wasnt due for a upgrade and didnt have jump program but I really wanted the newest phone. These ladies still upgraded me and paid off my phone without the jump program!! They always try to give you the best price and if not they find you the best discounts available.. I will always continue to come here and do buisness.. these ladies are kind and always smiling.

I went to this store today (Dec 9, 2017 around 4:00 PM) and explained that my i-phone does not take me to text message window from my contacts. Instead of looking in to my account or my phone, I was told to go to APPLE Store.Terrible lazy individual (guy) hired by this store. Friendliness was ZEROManish Patel, M.D.

Renny, the store manager is by far one of the best people I have ever worked with at Tmobile. Having been a customer for almost 17 years, that should say it all!

Update*** spoke with the store manager Rubi who was very curtious and professional and explained my situation. She immediately jumped into action and not only did she stop T Mobile from interrupting my service but she got the deposit fee waived. Thank you Rubi for all your helpwent to get a phone and tablet line. They told me they ran a soft credit check and i qualify for no deposit. Get my first bill a week later that includes a deposit and was told that it is a hard credit inquiry and they ran it twice. Had to immediately leave T Mobile. Bad experience

I dont understand why are people saying all those bad things, I always get help in that store, the girls are amazing and always get me the phone i love and get my stuff switched over. I love coming to that location and they always have great deals. Its sad that people review the store only when they are upset and dont bother to write anything when they do a great job.

My Mother & I both have been with Tmobile for 20year!!! My phone is blinking awful turning black & the spearker has an echo, I have two little ones I need a phone in case of emergency well Both Christian & Magda who work here decided because I have a little crack on the side that they didnt want to exchange it!!! Awful soo rude unhelpful worst service I have ever had!!!Iam Considering leaving T-Mobile after being there for so many years and getting treated like this feels awful I pay so much money for nothing!!! I left the store crying!

I went to get sim cards they said they couldnt give them to me without activation. I asked nicely they were adamant that the system will not let them move forward without activating a line. My husband went the next day and they gave him sim cards without activation...

The staff is so pushy they try to sell you everything and anything they have doesnt matter how much you refuse the offer they still ask you they will lie to you and till you its free but it turns out your doing payments on things very unsatisfaid.

I was thrown out of this store after spending $90 on a SIM that didnt work with my device. No refund, no apologies, instead I was told I was rude (the manager was the one raising his voice and being confrontational), that that is not a T-Mobile device and to get out of my store.
