This place was great! I got new insurance recently and just had my first visit here for an annual check up and to order new contact lenses. The entire staff was friendly from the get go and my appointment was quick, thorough and ended with some nice surprises! Highly recommend.

Great staff great doctors gave me a phone number to see another specialist to confirm a misdiagnosis that was so bad, they were right it was nothing major my eye doc put me at ease the moment I called them. So thankful for them.
I had been going to Americas Best for my contacts for years, but decided I would try somewhere new. Besides being hundreds of dollars more expensive than Americans Best, MyEyeDr. kept pushing me to get multifocal contact lenses. I tried and absolutely hated the multifocals so I went back to MyEyeDr. to request my old type of contacts. Again they kept pushing to use the multifocals and gave me a different brand. Even though I HATE HATE HATE these contact lenses, which cost me thousands of dollars, I just didnt have the time or patience to go back and deal with the whole process again - especially since we had just been ordered to shelter in place because of the pandemic and I really didnt feel like I would have any luck getting what I wanted since they were determined to upsell me on the multifocals. I have never used reader glasses, had a hard time seeing up close, or ever been told I need multifocals. Since I started wearing them I have had so many problems and even developed new problems - I cant see my computer clearly, I cant read anything up close, the contacts are often folded in half when I open a new package so they dont fit my eye and I have to throw them away. I have videos and photos that show me opening packages of lenses and they are folded completely in half and then oval shaped instead of round. How are you supposed to comfortably wear that lens?? And on top of it I got an infection from these contacts and had to spend even more money on multiple visits to an ophthalmologist and expensive prescription eye drops. The icing on the cake - I also got glasses from MyEyeDr. that I cant see clearly out of or use, so there goes another $600. I really should have gone back to complain again, but we were in the middle of a pandemic and I thought I would lose my mind if I went in there one more time. I will admit that everyone was really nice, but I just cant stand it when people repeatedly tell you that you need something that you dont want. This all happened about a year ago, but MyEyeDr. isnow blowing up my phone with emails and text messages to schedule another appointment and order more contacts, so I figured I should let other people know about my experience. I NEVER leave bad reviews for places because I usually chalk it up to a one off experience or someone having a bad day, but after a year of trying to wear these super expensive lenses - which I can only stand to wear 6 - 8 hours a day before my eyes cant take it anymore - I am just totally fed up. Trust yourself, your judgement, and what feels right to you before you listen to someone that is supposed to be an expert, but really just wants to sell you something you dont need. I feel totally duped and taken advantage of.
My daughter and I had a very pleasant first experience. Everyone, from the front desk to the doctor, was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be coming back.
