This is an excellent company and Smitha (owner) is easy to work with. We had a Quartz bathroom vanity installed and are very happy with the way it looks. Price was competitive. I highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience working with Artistic Granite. They very patiently guided me through the entire process right from selecting the stone which fit my budget to installing the countertops on time. Both the front office staff and the crew were extremely professional .

We used this company for our countertops in our kitchen remodel. We worked with Smitha who was extremely patient with our back and forth (in terms of asking for multiple estimates and choosing different combinations or quartz and granite). She was very professional and gave truthful and excellent recommendations. We needed 2 slabs but she got 3 from the supplier, just in case, which was a great call. The first slab had very little veining. Slabs 2 and 3 had much more veining which is what we used. It was unusual for quartz to be different but it must have been 2 different batches. She provided drafts of the countertop and island layout bc the veining varied between the three slabs. Its about 10-14 days to install once the cabinets are in. They take the kitchen sink onsite with them when fabricating bc the edges needed to be polished. They do tha stove cutout for the island onsite so we were able to decide cuts/layout in person. Many of the quartz and granite suppliers are located in that Elk Grove area so it is really easy and convenient to do business with them. Communication was timely and their pricing was reasonable. I would definitely use them for any project.

Countertops are not just heavy and expensive but also beautiful if you choose them correctly. The choices are endless and readily available at many places in the Chicago area. At the end of our kitchen remodeling we were very fortunate to meet the folks at Artistic Granite and Countertops, a fabricator in Elk Grove Village. They gave us their full attention and valuable advice for choosing a countertop and where to buy. They were timely in their communication via email and very pleasant in person. We highly recommend them.

Quartz appearance/cut quality: our two islands look beautiful, they did an excellent job measuring and cutting considering both of our islands hadunusual curbs. The edging (half bullnose) and the corners look excellent.Installation: The five installers were friendly, detailed and careful carrying the islands through the hallways, elevators and door. They did an excellent job cutting the soap dispenser hole, placing the sink in place and installing. They cleaned after themselves. Special thanks to the the crew lead and measuring specialist Adolfo, he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the work.Office Contact/Customer Service: I took away one star because we did have some issues reaching our point of contact. We found out she was out of the office due to a medical reason. It is totally understandable. It was also somewhat frustrating. The staff apologized and we are extremely happy with our results.

Smitha and Ram did an awesome job working with my wife and I during the entire process of buying and installing our kitchen counter tops! They were able to provide us the highest quality supplier at a reasonable over all cost. It was really helpful that they were able to use a remnant piece along with a new full slab to balance out the cost of the project. Update: I have received a letter from an attorney threatening legal action because they don’t agree with my review. So below is the amended review.I reached out to Artistic for a quote on quartz. They were quick to respond and the price worked for the project budget. After that, it all went downhill. David was one of the rudest salesman I’ve dealt with, speaking over me, missing key points and then getting upset when their was a miscommunication. My client signed the contract and paid the deposit despite the customer service issues. Up to this point they verbally communicated to us that the installation would be 7-10 days after template. But suddenly the installation date was scheduled over two weeks after the template date. Granted their contract protects them from being held accountable for a timeline. Nevertheless it was disappointing and misleading on Artistic’s part and they were unapologetic about it.When they installed the countertops I knew immediately the color wasn’t a match! I took photos of the manufacturers sample against the actual countertop and sent to the owner, Smitha, who agreed via a speakerphone conversation that it was “off”. Once again the contract allows for variation in color. The most upsetting part was that I asked, even volunteered to look at the slab prior to fabrication and I was told that I could not. I was assured by David that all the slabs would be “the same” due to the quartz manufacturing process.The template was also off in several places. All design changes were submitted prior to the template and the contractor was off the job site until the installation of the countertops. Nothing changed in the physical design between those dates. The owner again reached out to my client via a speakerphone conversation and she rudely told my client that she needed to be able to make a quick decision, treating her like a teenager. I was shocked to hear how rude she spoke to her. Naturally my client had them remove it and Smitha didn’t argue. Artistic refused to provide a new install date or to even expedite the job! They offered a discount for the installed quartz or to replace it. But in the end they offered a full refund for the error.Being a designer I pride myself in customer service and I would refuse to work with anyone that would mistreat one of my clients.

We are really thrilled with how well our quartz counter top turned out. There were some tricky details to work with and Artistic Granite and Quartz Countertops installed it beautifully. They were efficient, professional and I just highly recommend them.

We were referred by a friend that had their counter tops done by Artistic last year. They had worked with Smitha. We came in on a Friday late afternoon and meet Venkata. We came in with a quartz sample that we had picked up from Floor & Decor. Artistic has probably 6-7 manufacturers.We were able to get an estimate that day based on my architectural drawings and computer program they had to match the cuts with the slabs for each manufacturer. Since one of my cuts was a small piece & we had chosen a popular brand, they were able to throw in a remnant for a small cost instead of us having to purchase an additional slab. We were able to look at full slabs in their warehouse. We decided to go with Cambria quartz after looking at all the different samples they stock. We were also able to purchase our sink from them and have it installed with the counter tops.We had other suppliers that we had planned to give us estimates the following Monday. After we made our decision on Tuesday, I was able to schedule the final measurement, review and sign the contract electronically by Wednesday. Artistics quote was the cheapest by a few hundred dollars.We had our measurement on Thursday and delivered the down payment. Their contract terms are 7-10 business days from measurement. I was originally scheduled for the 10th business day but they moved me up 2 days since they were doing another install in the area.From the time we signed the contract to install was 12 days, 8 business days. The finished product is great. The installers were very nice and professional. I enjoy dealing with a company that is up front on the cost, the process, and their timelines. I would recommend them again to a friend that is looking for quality counter tops and a good price.

We had a great experience! Smitha was so personable, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. Another reviewer mentioned a small selection, but that was not our experience at all. Not only did they welcome us into the showroom (where there were countless samples from several different brands), but Smitha encourages us to walk through the warehouse with her to see some bigger slabs. The installers did a wonderful job and completed the install on time. It was a large kitchen and it was done with only one seam. The installers had to manhandle three large, and very heavy, pieces of quartz. The price was also cheaper than anyone else. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Extremely professional! I burned my Vicostone island with a hot pot then did more damage to it trying to fix it myself. I needed it replaced and called around to 4 different fabricators.Artistic Granite stood out and we went with them. Visited the showroom on June 11th. Customer service in person was 5 Star, very down to earth employees with kind mannerisms. I was told they will contact me with a quote of my desired Quartz. I did not hear back, but continued browsing on their website and inputted my phone number. I received an automatic text on June 15th regarding my inquiry for pricing of some slabs I viewed online. I replied that I was waiting to hear back from a quote and I did not receive a response from the text message. On June 18, I called to check on the quote. I was told by Dave the inquiry will be passed along to Ram. I am writing this on June 24, I never did receive a response.TLDR: 1. Went in person 2. Texted them 3. Called = never received a quoteI decided to go with a different fabricator.

Artistic did a great job on the quartz countertop install in my kitchen. They were priced competitively and suggested going with a jumbo slab to save a bit more money. The came to measure within a week and installed the countertops within 9 business days. They said it would take up to 10 business days so they were true to their word. Let me start off by saying that this is my first review, ever. I have never posted a review on yelp, google, TripAdvisor, anywhere. If I’ve had bad service somewhere, I just don’t visit or use that company again. I don’t go home and write about. But I just could not let this company’s terrible, unconscionable service go unknown to the public. Consider this a PSA. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do NOT be fooled by their good prices. The headaches, lack of communication, and poor service and installation is not worth the prices. Our contract specifically stated that we wanted our kitchen island ogee cut, which is a style of cut for the edges. When they came to deliver and install the countertop, they forgot to cut the edges as requested. They returned the countertop to their store to cut it correctly. When they returned to redeliver and install the ogee cut countertop, they placed the countertop crooked. Yes, crooked. My husband didn’t notice this mistake until he came home from work. If he had been there when the countertop was being installed, he would have readily noticed their error. The countertop was 1 inch crooked. Meaning, one side hung 12 3/4 inches over the edge, and the other side hung 11 3/4 inches over the edge. It was simply placed tilted/crooked.I don’t understand how these mistakes are made. Perhaps if they spent more than 5 minutes installing the island countertop, and actually tok measurements, this could have been prevented. Worse, we were told by Rahm, one of the account managers, that he would send out their team the next day, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM to reposition the countertop. My husband and I both work, and we were clear they needed to come between 7 and 8 am so that we didn’t have to miss anymore time from work due to their incompetence. He assured us that they would be there at that time. 8:15 AM rolls around, and no one is there.I then called the office and spoke with David, another account manager. I expressed my concern and frustration over our experience, and asked him where the heck his team was. His response: “people make mistakes”. This is the most frustrating response one can receive. These types of mistakes should not happen. This is basic installation. Their entire job is to place a slab of granite, quartz, etc on top of a counter and make sure it is installed correctly, accurately, and safely. That’s it. That’s all. And for David to say that “mistakes happen” is a testament of the company’s lack of attention to detail and organization. Do NOT hire this company. You’ve been warned.

David, Smitha, and Ram were excellent start-to-finish! We are thrilled with our new quartz countertops! To get the ball rolling, we were able to go to their warehouse and view all of their available slabs. Once we decided on a material/style, Artistic sent someone out to take measurements. After that, we were notified that our exact slabs were in, so we went back to the warehouse to see/verify the slabs that would be used for our kitchen. The entire process start to finish took 5 business days (super quick)! On top of it, Artistic was significantly cheaper than another company for the same exact material/style. If we ever need countertops again, Artistic will be our first (and likely only) call, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for new countertops!

Artistic Granite and Quartz recently installed quartz countertops on our kitchen, we couldnt be happier. After looking at their website I was promptly contacted and provided with a quotation based on drawings I provided. Went in and looked at numerous samples and wound up choosing a different material, was given a new quote on the spot. Given a contract the next day and then had a representative come out and verify measurements . Countertops were installed the following week, everything exceeded my expectations. The installation crew showed up a half hour early and was very professional. The quality of the quartz is first rate, the sink provided by Artistic Granite is top quality. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for custom countertops. Great people to work with, and a fair price too.

Never Again!! So Incompetent, They put me in a very bad spot in front of My Client, wasted My time and nerve. They also have no clue what to do with templates so they just make a straight cuts🤦‍♂️💁‍♂️ thinking it would work (barely saved a kitchen once).

Just installed our counter top. Its beautiful, well done with excellent quality. Smitha is very nice and friendly. We are very happy.

Very unprofessional they dont hold up to what they say, when called to make appointment, i was told by David they use laser measurement and that it takes 7 to10 from measurement to install. When guy showed up for measurement he used measuring tape to measure and paper to write everything down. He barely spoke english and had no idea what a laser was.I waited over two weeks for install, after constant calls to the office for update David had no idea what was going on and Smitha gave me excuses. During install they damaged my backsplash and blamed it on me for having it on, countertops were not measured correctly and had to me hand cut on site which made it uneven by by the wall. Again installers barely spoke english and told me to put caulking in gaps. When i called the office to complain, all they cared for the payment, i was also promised a cutting board which i never got. Stay away dont believe anything they tell you.

We had a wonderful experience with all the employees of artistic granite and quartz! We absolutely love our quartz counters and glass tile backsplash! They were very afforadable and they were able to accommodate all of our needs! We look forward to working with them again on our bathrooms! We highly recommend them!

Competitive pricing, big selection, worked within our budget, on time service, easy to work with, everything was as they said it would be. Their employees are top notch from the measurement to the installation. Our cabinet maker messed up the stove cabinet dimensions so our stove top wasnt fitting. Smitha and her team were spot on. They worked very quickly to get our custom basement bar countertop in place for a family event. Measurement guy said to up-tilt my 1/2 metal brackets slightly (which I had initially installed level), otherwise the 13 overhang probably would have dipped. Let me start with how incredibly happy I am to have found this gem. We had a flood in our house and it was a disaster, so every part of the project has been trying, except for the quartz. We found this place after going to previous venders, both of which we have used in our business. We are residential redevelopers. Ram and Smitha were so wonderful to work with. When we walked in the door we knew we were in the right place. I saw the quartz immediately. Cambria Montgomery! We went right to the drawing board. The numbers worked out and we were sold. The installation was fast and they were very accommodating. My kitchen looks sensational! Ill be using this company for all our homes now.

Although my purchase experience was great, I uncovered a crack in my quartz top 3 months ago and no one has yet to come out to see if it can be fixed.

I have used Artistic Granite & Quartz Countertops 3 times now. Our first 2 projects were simple vanity tops for my master and hall bathrooms. I had such a great experience with Smitha that I had no doubt they would do my kitchen counters as well. I chose Berwyn by Cambria and couldn’t be happier! Smitha was helpful, friendly and professional. The installers were also friendly and professional. They had to make a last minute adjustment to make sure I could use the faucet we picked out and they made it work. It was a pleasure to work with Smitha and her crew. When my daughter is ready to remodel her kitchen next year we will definitely be giving Smitha a call.

We were ecstatic to find Smitha at Artistic Granite and Quartz Countertops when we were ready to complete our laundry room project! It was a big project and by the time we got to counters, we were ready to be done, and of course the holiday was looming. They quickly made arrangements for me to visit their showroom where Rahm showed me pieces of the quartz I was looking for so I could be sure of veining I wanted. Smitha quickly gave me a quote, which was significantly less $$ than other places I was looking at, partly because they had enough inventory to use remnant on one of pieces. Even when other piece could not be done with remnant due to length, they still offered me excellent pricing, and sent me pictures during process so I could see cuts & veining. Process was seamless! The best was they were able to squeeze my install in order to complete before party I was hosting, as Smitha knew I really wanted to have it completed. Never expected could get it done in time! Communication was paramount and totally professional from start to finish! Install, including caulk and finishing, was perfect! Sorry this review is so delayed -but we are truly happy we found Artistic for our project! Thank you Smitha! Will definitely call you for next project and will try to not be in such a hurry!

I started my Search for new Counter Tops approx. 3 years ago. I had 3 different companies come to my house for measurements. One was extremely High, 1 could not quote because products vary so much & I had not selected & the 3rd one never returned my callback (3 calls!)for a Product Selection.I dropped the matter just because Life gets busy & I was turned off by these 3. Recently,I re-started my quest in replacing my exsisting Granite Counters. This time I visted 4 local Stone Companies; 2 were Fabricators as well & 2 were not. 1 of them I was ready to purchase from but couldnt get ahold of my Sales Person after numerous attempts. When he finally returned a call, again I was concerned doing business with someone whom isnt available & apparently wasnt concerned in obtaining our Business. As a last stop one day, I went into Artistic Granite. This was & Is the Place to go; an Awesome Company. They are not out to rob you by over-charging,they stay in touch as needed, & the entire process went smooth & ontime. My installerswere Pros. My husband was amazed at how meticulous they did. So much better then our last install years ago. Kitchen was nice but now is Beautiful!

My husband and I were remodeling our kitchen and while pricing out our quartz I happened upon Artistic Granites website. The website allows you to pick your quartz and estimate your price. Then Venkat reached out to me via text (not one other place made that effort) and told me he would like to work with me on pricing. After we finally had our cabinets ordered we scheduled an appt with Venkat and came up to see their products. He took us on a tour of his warehouse and we were even able to see a similar project they were working on. They had a lot to choose from and as soon as we saw the Calcutta Laza Quartz we knew it was exactly what we wanted. The final price exceeded our expectations and they were timely coming out to measure. They were crazy busy but had our project complete in about a week. And we were doing the mitered edges on our island which is very labor intensive. It turned out amazing! We can’t say enough about Venkat, Smitha and the team at Artistic Granite. We even recommended them to our neighbors!

We had a wonderful experience with Smitha and her team. They helped us with new countertops in our large kitchen and our master bathroom. I was very impressed with the exactness of the measurements that were taken, the hi-tech gear the installation crew used to make the seam almost invisible, and the great advice Smitha provided throughout the process. When the slabs we had selected showed up in her shop, Smitha called to explain that one of the slabs was flawed and we wouldnt be pleased with the outcome - her attention to detail and professionalism prevented what could have been a nightmare. You will be in good hands with Smitha and her team!

I had originally found Artistic Granite and Quartz when I was looking for a vendor of a specific brand of quartz. Smitha reached out to me after I requested information. She invited us to their offices and graciously remained open late on a Saturday so we could meet. She showed us our original choice and several other options in the same color family. At no point did I feel pressured to choose a more expensive product. She worked hard to meet our request for seamless pieces of quartz and was able to suggest a product that carried jumbo slabs to give us the look we wanted. When Adolfo came to measure, he was professional and punctual. Smitha communicated with me every step of the project from measurement to installation day giving me updates several times a week during fabrication. On installation day, Adolfo and his team were excellent. The quartz we chose was adjusted onsite to accommodate the very unlevel walls of our older home. We made a last minute addition of some grommet holes in our buffet to accommodate electrical cords. Smitha personally drove our to our home to bring the correct tool as we had not mentioned this ahead of time. She even brought a little gift for our toddler. We could not be more pleased with the finished product, the purchasing process, installing process, and the price! We shopped around and no one could touch the quote. There were no hidden fees involved and therefore no surprises. As a matter of fact, Artistic G&Q even was able to supply the kitchen sink and 2 bathroom sinks at no extra cost to us. This saved us several hundred dollars above and beyond the excellent pricing offered on the the quartz product and installation.We chose Vicostone Castelo Quartz. Smitha arranged for us to have 1 inch rounded corners and as well as some detail work completed on the edges of the counters at no extra charge. We were also not charged for supports on our large 10 foot island with 10 inch overhang, as well as some additional quartz needed for overhangs and bathroom backsplashes.Again, we would absolutely recommend Artistic Granite and Quartz to friends and family.

Artistic Granite and quartz is the only place you need to go.Save your time as I already invested the time checking out 11 wholesalers with a 25mile radius of Ohare.After talking to Venkat and Smitha it was hard to believe everything they were offering.The pricing is unbeatable so much that I had to question it twice. The service the follow up and customer service impeccable.Venkat and Smitha are truly genuine, where I did not feel like a client but more like a friend as they were so sincere in helping me finalize the kitchen if our dreams.If your looking for the best pricing,quickest turn around, topped off with clean work...this is the place for you..They have all the highend brands as well including Cambria which is what they installed for me.Also dont worry if you live far out as I live in Wauconda (Lake county) was never a problem for a quick install date.I will happily share pics or answer any questions you might have.Thank you Artistic team I truly appreciate everything!!
