I have to give a shout out to George, Mark, and Ryan for the best Customer Service I have had experienced in the last 5 years of importing with my company. I bring in plastic cups and other plastics products our clients request from China. Great attentive and responsive team - I worked primarily with Mark. He was super supportive and patient with my delayed shipment (caused by reasons outside anyones control). It was my first import so he was patient as I learned how the process worked and gave me advice when I was confused.
