TERRIBLE after hours service, the “on call representative” Tony for this branch refused to open and sell a motor needed for an emergency call we responded to this evening. The purpose, as most know, of afterhours service is to be available with parts for customers with accounts in emergency situations. Tony was ignorant and defiant to our young technician while trying to explain our temporary needs in locating something close to an existing motor to operate and even more, refused to sell any motor for that matter, even though we specifically asked for something we knew would allow our customer to operate temporarily with due to a failed exhaust. He thinks he decides what’s best for field technicians I suppose, sitting behind a desk all day. Our purpose as service contractors is to service our customers no matter what it takes with whatever works in emergencies, while the purpose of our suppliers and vendors is to provide service to us the same way.I’ve never in my 20 years working with multiple warehouses and wholesalers have ever had an experience like this. We have accounts with wholesalers in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa and Ohio and every time we’ve needed our suppliers, they preform to the best of their ability trying to help us help our customers that’s why they get our business. We service over 250 restaurant locations and major chains and tonight we learned after being a customer of Dreisilker for years, we absolutely can’t depend on their afterhours service in emergencies! So don’t waste your time calling Tony, since he decides what Dreisilker will sell and won’t sell......I assume not the policy of the owners but this still is THEIR representative speaking to THEIR customers on their behalf.I’ll end this post with the words given to us while trying to order a motor from Tony, acting as the on call emergency contact for Dreisilker. He told us..... “Go to Gainger and buy the motor you need” Yeah that’s exactly what he told us, a customer with an account at Dreisilker............ In conclusion we did go to Grainger tonight so thanks Tony, and they happily sold us a motor that worked to keep our customer’s doors open for business without risking a fire over their cooking equipment. THANKS GRAINGER, at least you appreciate our business.

Worst customer service around, wont help trouble shoot anything will never recommend ever. No wonder small shops are closing down and the internet is booming. When you have sales reps requesting you to go too the internet instead.
