Bought a memory foam mattress top for way less then store price and couldnt be anymore happy!! I have a herniated disk in my neck and needed something for a good nights sleep and thats exactly what I got! Great survive and very friendly. I suggest this place to anybody that needs furniture. I told all my friends and family about this place.

You want it.You buy it. You get out.At other places you pay for the cleanliness, friendliness, organization, attention to the costumer and other such pleasantries. Here you pay for the furniture and thats it.Having said that, I will come back.Buyer beware: KNOW what you are buying. Have the picture or name of the item from the website/ crags list.

Walking in to the office of the furniture store in Elk Grove Village was confusing. There were a lot of pieces of furniture on display as well as extra inventory in the warehouse. Initially, I felt overwhelmed but the associates were very helpful and offered us plenty of advice. I check their website periodically and am always finding affordable furniture!!

Dont order online. I ordered a piece online and never received a confirmation email. I proceeded to call numerous times throughout a week span. I left two messages and sent two messages via their Contact Us page. I chose in-store pickup but had no idea if it was in stock, or ordered, or if I had to wait for it to come in.Finally, I call one last time before I just planned on driving all the way out there to see what was happening. Someone picked up! I explained my situation just to have him respond saying Oh, when you purchased it, someone came into the warehouse and bought it at the same time. I was also informed that they have no more and theyll let me know if one ever comes in.How did I not receive notice that I paid for a ghost piece of furniture? It took a week for them to let me know that they will refund me, and I had to call to find this out.I am very disappointed and hardly complain - but this was ridiculous.

So far we have purchased two corner media cabinets. The cabinets are CLEARLY returned items. The baggies with the screws are all ripped open. One of the shelved is broken. Returned the first unit and exchanged it for another obviously USED and again broken unit. Went to return it, surprise... door locked and no one in the store. Called all three numbers and guess what? Voicemail. Buyer beware you u get what you pay for. Oh and also they charged us $10 more that their ad on craigslist.

I really like the patio set I bought last summer so I purchased a few night stands for my apartment. The twins that own the business are very nice and attentive.

Easily the cheapest place to get any type of furniture you need. The manager Alex was helpful and even matched a price that was lower so Ill definitely be buying from here again

RIP OFF ARTISTS!!! Bought two stools from here. They were never delivered and when I called the manager, he said that they were delivered and that I was just trying to swindle him.

Wrong dresser delivered and thier mailboxes are full !! cant contact anyone !
