We have been visiting this Daltile location for the better part of a year, to gain help with design and selection of tile for all locations in a new home. The experience and help has been absolutely the best. Ryan spent a great deal of time with us, and had the patience to understand the look and feel that we wanted. His guidance and advice have completely paid off as we now see the finished product becoming reality. The expertise, customer service and selection here are amazing. Highly recommend.

Nice selection

I absolutely loved this showroom. I went on a Saturday, to look at a quartz slab I was intending to order to verify it was what I wanted. The public cannot buy from here, but you are welcome to come there to see the selections. Daltile will give you a list of retailers. I was given a sample for free, and a designer was extremely helpful to guide me to the backsplash that would go best with the quartz. There is so much to choose from, and the slabs in the warehouse will make you dizzy, there is so much to look at.

Searched a long time for the vision I had for new granite counterops. Mark Coker went above & beyond to assist me. Was very patient, so helpful, & provided the best customer service. He helped me find my perfect countertop & when it was installed was the WOW moment of my kitchen renovation. Been receiving so many compliments & I am so thankful that he helped me. There is so much variation in stone & he went the extra mile to help me achieve my vision! Thank you Mark!

Nice selection of stone and the help was great in my experience. Friendly and nice sales reps and very informative.

Customer service is awful. I was in 2+ weeks ago and ordered samples. I never received the samples. Ive called numerous times, spoke to people who cant help, and cant get a returned call from somebody who can help. I cant even get a tracking number. Thatll go down in the books as a completely wasted afternoon at Daltile.

Daltile Stone & Slab CenterAsk the communityI came there at 12:01pm on Saturday and store was closed although wabsite that is it opened until 1pm. Wasted 40 min driving one way 80 min both ways.
