I was able to find what I needed quickly and there were enough registers and self checkouts open so I didnt have to wait in line to purchase my groceries.

Easy the locate, the parking lot and store interior are kept in good shape. Hadnt experienced much items not being available despite world events. The fresh juice made and bottled at the store is highly recommended to at least try it you have not.

Plenty of product on shelves. Great selection. Good value for the money. Great fresh fruit. Good bagels.

The kids working at the checkout lines are super unprofessional and are not aware of any type of costumer service situations.*I had another bad scenario with one of your night managers. I bought a $5 salad and had a misunderstanding about if the salad dressing was included.Super disrespectful. This is the second time Ive had a bad experience at elk Grove Village. Could have been easily handled with proper customer service training even if you are a manager.I wont come back.

I only went to Jewel to get an ipass for my new vehicle. Costs $32.90 for an ipass these days. That seems a bit pricey to me... I never shop at Jewel cuz everything is overpriced there. I prefer Walmart or Aldi.

This place is always amazing. Ive lived in Elk Grove most of my life, born and raised. This Jewel-Osco has provided me with cakes for birthdays, cards for distant relatives, and the customer service is superior to every single supermarket Ive been to in my whole life. The pharmacy staff are extremely informative and nice as can be. The cashiers are always polite, helpful, and eager to have a short chat whilst paying for your goods. I love this place and recommend coming here above anywhere else within the community or even the region. 11/10.

Had some great sales, used to like like Jewel, but now its my go to store. Produce is good quality as well.

Convenient grocery. Large territory, there are all the necessary products and more. All goods are fresh. The store itself is clean and the service is excellent.

Aisles are weird. Long and difficult to find items. Employees dont know where things are..... Even if they are stocking the aisle you are in..... Wow. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Always poo steaks on the walls lol.

Zach behind the deli, was wonderful. I asked him to make me about 20 bite size servings for my child that has sensory issues with food. I felt bad asking him, but he was so kind and patient. I really appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to help out.

I shop at jewels at least twice a week and no matter what side of town out of town wherever always polite workers fresh food on every scale and i get the already cook chicken alot it has eight pieces total and whoever made the recipe for the batter is genius.

My bfand I are from Cincinnati, home of Graeter’s Ice Cream. THE best ice cream anywhere. We thought. Until last night. Leopold’s Ice Cream is delicious. Rich, creamy, smooth, very flavorful without any artificial, chemical tastes. Outstanding ice cream. Worth the wait in line.

Big thank you to Barbara and Michael. I ran out of my oxygen as I finished shopping and got lane 5. I explained I was having a problem. I had to get more oxygen from my car. They offered to get it but I declined. When I got back inside, they loaded my groceries on the conveyor and Michael took them to my car and loaded it up.I am a 41 year resident of Elk Grove. In my experience, very few issues except a few younger staff members tend to remove their masks and face no repercussions despite walking past and talking to many other employees even the managers. Rarely food will be past due and fruit can be ripe. In general though, very helpful staff, clean environment and I applaud how many opportunities they have open to those with special needs.

Dont have brands that I like anymore, seem to carry more store brand items that I personally dont think are up to grade. Produce doesnt last. Always a long wait in the deli. I only go here when I am in a hurry & need a small amount of things.

We do most our shopping there they have some good sales and good fruit but average prices are about 15 % more than walmart

This store has long working hours 06:00am-12:00 pm . Service was nice and helpful. I like frozen food section especially the icecreams.

I wanted to acknowledge the phenomenal customer service of Kathy McCollum. She is so pleasant, polite and very attentive. When she laughs, I cant help but to laugh with her. She is one of the reasons why I continue to frequent this Jewel-Osco.

I was just at this store and unfortunately forgot my ID to buy some refreshments with alcohol. I had forgotten why I DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE ANYMORE. John, who I think is a supervisor or manager was very rude and unhelpful. Surely never coming back

Familiar with last-minute Thanksgiving shopping? Huge crowds, cranky employees, everything sold out, messy store & not enough check-out lanes? That was NOT the case this year! I was pleasantly surprised at how well-run & gracious it was being handled. Stilly favorite location!

I normally love Jewel. And I will often buy chicken tenders and other hot items from their deli. But this location, this is now the 2nd time I bought chicken tenders that were rock hard. They didnt look very fresh so I literally only bought 2, thinking oh well they may not be fresh out of the fryer but 🤷🏼‍♀️. No, they were rock hard. Almost chipped my tooth on it. $2.80 thrown in the trash.

Okay pricing, the pricing is always higher than most stores which is a major downer for me. Otherwise clean place, wonderful employees always asking if I need help, and always greet.

I love shopping at Jewel. The produce is always at a great price and they always have a great sale. I just discovered that they have fresh juice mixes in their stores. I always go to a juice shop to get fresh juice but now I can get an orange/carrot mix for $3 (much cheaper!) This particular store is close to my job so I stop here quite frequently. I always stop in for lunch and get some fresh salmon steamed. They will season and steam and fish at no extra charge (pay for the fish, of course). The dill seasoning is my favorite! And the fish comes out amazing. So moist and flavorful! The down side is the dont have steamers in all their stores. Luckily this particular store has one. This store is always clean (I checked out the restrooms too) and things are easy to find.

Im 62 years old and Ive been going to one Jewl-Osco it another since I was 10 years old.

This is a good Jewel; I like it here. Workers are friendly, but sometimes the tag below stock on shelves is not right.

Easy to walk the store

Prices are usually high, but sales are good. Sale items from just for you within their app can often be difficult to find or run out. Today I was told that jelly belly water was the substitute for the aha water, but it rang up at regular price. Ill go back tomorrow to have it corrected. Incorrect charges are a common occurrence.

Ive been shopping at this Jewel for over 35 years I never had any problems with them so I feel very satisfied with the service.

Smaller grocery store, but has most everything youd need. Missing out out on some niche products, but again, for the bulk of everything this place is good. The staff is very friendly as well.

Altho in an aldi shopper it was a goods day at the jewel. Picked up some beautiful steaks and made a great salad at the salad bar...

I was pleasantly surprised that everything was stocked and isles were neat and clean.Staff was willing to help.Parking is ample.Discounts were clearly marked and plentiful.

Salad bar is open! Hand sanitizers are there and bakery tissue to use when grabbing the serving utensils...then sanitize again. It was good to have a nice salad again!

The customer service I experienced was unparalleled today at the EGV Jewel, particularly in the bakery department. The employees at Grand and State in Chicago are perhaps the worst.

I wanted to run in for a quick trip of items I clicked for my extra savings. I was having trouble pulling it up on my phone. Ended up having to go to the service desk for help. Needless to say ....it was far from a quick trip!!! I think its awful what we have to go through to get our deals! Its extremely time consuming to go through the ads and click, then try to find items at the store, not knowing where they are located. Also, the customers that truly depend/and need the best deals dont have computers, or are elderly and cant work computers. I miss the old heres my preferred card!

Pricey but convenient

Wow, bought jumbo shrimp today.... couldn’t smell it but the cashier did slightly comment that it smelled like fish, didn’t notice till I ate it and had a shot of ammonia to the back of my throat. Hope I don’t get sick but killed the taste of the rest of my meal. Need to bring someone with a better sense of smell if I ever want to buy fish from there again.

Might be nice to people shopping but they are not to outside companies that service the store. Until they are nicer I would say this place needs to loose business and loyal customers to put them in check.

This place is do for a major upgrade! I mean if youre going to hold a Monopoly on grocery stores in Elk Grove, at least have the decency to make our shopping experience a nice one. Im tired of shopping in the 1980s! This store is not very friendly and the produce is garbage. My wife and I only shop for quick items here. If you can shop in another town for all your major grocery purchases, I would highly recommend it.

Rather small, limited variety of foods, always busy but nice selections in floral depr compared to the Jewel closer to me.

Great location. Close to home. Not as big as many of the other Jewels and not laid out to make it easy to shop, but I understand it due to the building its in. It is newer, so great sushi and cheese section.
