Terrible, terrible and many more times terrible!!! It is even hard to describe how disappointed and furious i am about this company. I had a bad feeling from the beginning, when when we walked in the showroom and absolutely nobody greeted us or asked us if we need any assistance...but i thought maybe they are super busy so i continued my awful experience. AGNES was the person we dealt with, it is hard to call it dealt when your contact is mostly via email because the person is not willing to sit and discuss the project, even when i asked how do i pay and finalize she said oh no you dont have to come here we will send all the forms for the payment. So it is $4000-$10000 purchase based on emails and maybe a random phone call, that will not help either, cuz all you will hear is i dont know or i will email you. I have been working in customer service all my life and have not seen or heard of such a way to treat customers. You dont want to sell me cabinets, no problem say it the day i ask you for it, dont play your games for 5 weeks...Agnes once said i have 300 kitchens to do, i understand but tell me that you wont make it, not overpromise and under deliver!!!We ended up going with more expansive cabinets but dealing with responsible and professional team...such a difference!!! Like my husband says you get what you pay for, cheap cabinets, people without any respect and just awful human beings. I hope i will save some of you!!!

I was told and recommended about this company for our kitchen cabinets, when we called the customer service tell us that they doesnt sell cabinets to a public, and they ask us to go to the website and open an account in order to buy cabinets with them, it seems like they dont care about customers and not even sell their product,if I have a business like that of course I want to sell the more you sell the more you have, but this people doesnt take care you as a valuable customer probably because they are big business, they forgot that their business is big thanks to the customers.Is there any one smart to run the company the right way?.

Our contractor recommended this vendor for our kitchen cabinets. When stopping in the show room to look at the display we knew what to expect as our contractor warned us that this vendor has great cabinets but is a builders warehouse and not to expect great customer service.The cabinets have been installed now for 3 months and we havent had any issues with them at all. I would definitely recommend to a friend but make sure you know what to expect when visiting the show room.

We used J & K cabinetry as a part of our kitchen remodeling project. They were the recommended vendor by our Design Contractor. They have a small show room with example kitchens to look at and feel. The employees are not the easiest to work with but they only deal with the Design/ Contracting firm so i did not have much interaction besides our original visit. The cabinets came very quickly and have held up very well over the last year since they were installed. I would definitely use this vendor again when we redo our basement bar.

I went today to look at cabinets and get an estimate for my project and received quite possibly the worst customer experience Ive ever received. Do they even want business because I walked in with my designer and 5 people proceeded to ignore us. Not even a Hello. We then asked for assistance and the man got upset and thats when we just decided to leave.

Expensive, poor quality, not worth the money. Very disappointed!

The old grumpy man was beyond rude to the point that my contractor and I wanted to leave. Agnes saved the day!! She drew everything up and out we went. If you go there, avoid the old man without a finger, I cant imaging he didnt get kicked out of there by now. Old man - leave this job if you hate it so much. You provide the most disrespectful and rude customer service I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Agnes, you rock girl!

Cheap cabinets, the show room is a joke. If youre going to have cheap cabinets, thats fine, everyone has a budget. At least take the time to install them well so they look good and function well. I was very disappointed.

Bruce can go to hell!He is lucky I was with my wife or I would have broken his nose!Dont go here too many other places with better quality and competitive pricing. 5 or 6 years ago this place was a steal but now the market is flooded. Ive been meaning to warn buyers about this place.

If you dont mind bad customer service, this place has really nice Cabinetry. Dont expect anyone to greet you at the door and try to help you find what youre looking for, hopefully you already know, and can find it yourself.

Our contractor has remommended J n K cabinets very highly. We went to JK showroom but their showroom was under construction. However the asian lady Sally was very kind and helpful to explain about their cabinets and showed what they had at the small showroom.Since they do not sell to the housholds directly she has recommended one of their nearby dealer Cabinets City where we bought our beautiful white shaker cabinets.Barry

Poor showroom place. Instead helping getting an idea of how well this cabinet brand would look like in your home, it does the opposite. Im not sure I want to re model my kitchen with those anymore.

I came here with my family after speaking on the phone with them. As I entered the space, I had to personally retrieve an employee to ask questions. During my question, the employee walked back into his office and began to speak on the phone for 20 minutes without assigning another employee to help us. I had no other choice but to leave this establishment.
