Yamazen should be ashamed of their customer service. They take weeks sometimes months to get you a quote even if you keep reminding them. Then they mess up orders and dont seem to care at all. I have asked Mitsubishi multiple times if they would please allow us to buy their parts from someone else. They said they hate that Yamazen is their distributor but they are forced to use them by corporate.

It is great to see a company not only have beautiful new facility for their employees and customers. They also have taken the steps to make sure it is well maintained, with proper cleaning and disinfecting.
