Bill, who took care of our needs, which was finding the right casters for our couch that would roll on wood floors without damaging them, was knowledgeable and provided us with just the right product. Upon installing one of the caster, which, by the way, were shipped to us in about 1 day, it broke. I called Bill and he had a new caster shipped and we had it the next day. No questions asked.Great people to work with and my wife and I walked out smiling just thinking about how great it is to work with people that know their business and the value of their customers.
