I have been with Lincare for 5 years. The first 4 were great, NEVER had a problem. The manager, Jackie is amazing. She’s caring, helpful, and always made sure I had what I needed. I moved to a different area and was forced to relocate to the Elk Grove Village office. This office is horrific. It got to the point I would cry every single time I had to call, I started having my daughter call. I would get hung up on, never got the right supplies...the list goes on and on. The reason for the 5 stars today is because I don’t think this individual is still employed there, I haven’t had to deal with her in a few months. I spoke with Laura today who made me like I was back in Willowbrook. She was so kind and helpful, and extremely apologetic. Thank you for not getting me to tears from frustration. You are an asset to Lincare! Thank you for the exemplary customer service.
Cant imagine theres worse company to deal with. Save yourself time and nerves and look for someone else..
The WORST company ever. Only worried about money and have zero concern about customers or any people. I know for a fact that the 3 people working there, one being the manager, made fun of a handicapped applicants for the company after she left. This is an immoral, unethical company! They dont deserve your business.
I called and spoke with Marisol and Evelyn to request a wheel chair for my Mother and they did a great job ordering the wheelchair. I was really impressed with their concern and care in assisting me.I also spoke with Angela the Supervisor and told how helpful the two ladies were.Today my Mothers wheelchair arrived by Freddie whom assisted my Dad with instructions, he did not leave until my Dad was comfortable working the wheelchair. Freddie also made sure everything was comfortable for my Mother. I appreciate Lincare for awesome customer service and for great concern for my parents.Angela you are awesome too! Thank you for having awesome employees.
They got me my products immediately. Customer Service is helpful. Their corporate office has some bookkeeping issues, but I recommend them farcabive other CPAP vendors
I have had Lincare for the last three years as a provider of my oxygen concentrator, and portable oxygen. I have been treated with the utmost respect every time I have called to request sup[lies. Once or twice a year the technicians come and check the concentrator at my house to make sure it is running top notch! I truly appreciate how easy it is to work with this company and give my Thanks to all!
I flew in from out of town and arrived and realized that I had forgotten the swivel connection for my CPAP hose. I called the office and they were so kind and helpful and got me the part I was missing that same day. Amazingly kind and thoughtful folks.
Can I give no stars? Delivery was to be in 30 minutes. Called after they didnt show to state the wheelchair was in such poor state it couldnt be delivered . At least thats what I thought she said. Hard to understand as she was eating throughout the call. Your customers are disabled you ass wipes. They depend on you to be responsible and dependable. Go to anyone but these snot heads.

Their customer service is soooo bad!!!!First, they leave a message thats so fast, you could not even tell who called you. Unprofessional, they expect you to know what theyre suppose to deliver; hopefully they wont deliver CO2 tanks!!! And its a FAVOR for them to place the patients order ASAP, wasnt that suppose to be their JOB!!!.And I ask the customer service rep to talk to their supervisor and she said shes not available!!! What a bunch of incompetent people!!! These people and this company needs to work better on patient and customer satisfaction.
Incompetent,unreliable,extremely poor customer service to the point is No customer service. Actually lie which must be because of non-existent corporate concern. Just awful to try to even order a product. I feel sorry for the employees because Im sure they want to do a good job. These folks dont do a BAD job, they do NO job at all. Incomprehensible how this company remains. in business-they should want to do business!!
Stay away!, my doc sent them order, not only no one called after i left the message, they prices are a joke. mask with insurance discount is 3 times more that other companiesim not going to mention poor attitude
I wish there was LESS than 1 on the star chart. Ive had NOTHING but problems with these people. Ebony who works there does nothing but lies and tells clients half truths needs to be fired. They dont care one whit about their customers (let me clarify, CUSTOMER SERVICE cares nothing about them, perhaps the resp therapists tho). Lincare kept me waiting w/o NO communication for 6 weeks while using a travel CPAP that I generally use for a day/2 at a time, its so dry. I wake up with SUCH bad headaches, and they dont care/not their problem. My MD office found Apria Care, so whats driving 3-4 more miles between friends? I understand how stuff like this works, Ive had a CPAP for 22 years, and been a nurse for 32 years. I GET it. I dont get screwed by nincompoop companies who dont train their employees and dont care about their customers. Youre company rolls in the mud with the pigs. Give it up.
If I could give less than 1 ⭐, I absolutely would. Because of their ridiculous hrs of service, it took over a month to get equipment. Even though the tech was willing to be at my home at 9a, the office called back and said the manger said incould not be accommodated that early. I was told my insurance would cover the equipment. It does not. Now, trying to schedule a pick up for a return...People WORRRRRRK the hrs they serve and they cant set an appt., only give a window. And its one day a week in my area (I do not live in BFE).I was surprised they were rated as high as 2 stars, TBH.I feel sorry for those with life threatening illnesses that depend on their services.....A complete disgrace when it comes to meeting needs of patients.And customer service? Id give it 2 stars.
This Lincare Medical Supplies really makes me wonder why are they still doing business.My physician’s office staff has been going through them over the weekend, sending them documents and information needed to process so I could the ostomy supplies I need.The first time my physician sent the documents, Lincare told them they’ve lost the documents and they couldn’t find it. So my physician again resent the documents with the note URGENT because I was already running out of supplies. She told me, that they’ve sent the documents and that everything should be fine and that I’ll be getting the supplies. All I need to do is follow up when they can send the supplies.I called the next day, a lady who sounded like an African American answered my call. She also had an attitude over the phone when I was speaking to her nicely. She told me that my name wasn’t in their system?! And that they don’t do ostomy supplies?? Medical suppliers who don’t supply ostomy supplies???And why would they even bother getting all the information from my physician if in the first place, they don’t accept ostomy supplies.UNBELIEVABLE. This is what I can say about this unprofessional, unethical medical supplier.Stay away. You’re just gonna waste your time talking to these unprofessional people. They really aren’t that bad. But they never really do their job, like the other reviewer said.
This company is so unprofessional it is horrible. They should not be in the health care business of any kind. They never call back, it takes for ever to resolve an issue. We have never received a bill from this company since we were transferred to them from Dependicare and now I get one for March through August 2016. I could go on and on about how they frustrated my husband so bad he had a hard time breathing.
Weve had one delivery from this Lincare, and in the process, they broke a window in our door. The delivery driver filed a report, took a picture etc., but the supervisor never got back to me. I called twice to inquire, and after navigating the call-center run around, I asked twice what the status of the report was and when the window would be fixed. The employee said the supervisor will get back to you, and that has never happened. In addition, weve needed the equipment picked up, and they have no delivery hours outside of normal business hours. We now need to take off work to have it picked up. Also, since my mom was moved from the Wauconda area to Evanston, reports were filed with the Elk Grove, Office to contact me, and that never happened. Poor service all around. Very disappointed. Theyre really good at sending the bills, though.
Do not conduct any business with this company. I would have given it no stars. People are unprofessional especially there delivery person was very rude. They charged my insurance over $600 for something you can get at Walmart or Amazon for less then $100.
