A kind, welcoming young man named Nicky greeting me the second I walked into the store and was so helpful and patient as I was printing documents.A very unkind man entered the office building and proceeded to get so frustrated with being pressed for time and not having the ability to get his product instantly (due to the time needed to produce it) which then led him to tell the entire staff they were pathetic.They each remained beyond professional and continued to be kind. Im sorry that man treated you that way. Thank you for all you do each day!

Customer service 👍Cost for what I needed to be done? 👎$1.99 per page for a fax? The items had to be faxed to the State of Illinois, I had no other option. Total bill, over $25. Unacceptable, Ill never be back.

The manager lady is super rude. She said I can take my packages off the table and shes not going to touch them. This was literally her first remark. Every package was automotive, and packed professionally well. Her judgment needs some fine-tuning. Just because something looks different doesnt mean you should reject it. I ship automotive parts day and night. Never have I had any of my packages rejected anywhere and never do my items get damaged because I package them incredibly well. This lady is just trigger happy and loves refusing packages. Someone needs to re-train her on the automotive packages section of the fedex shipment guide.
I was there on Saturday to drop off a jacket for shipping and the attendant asked where it’s going. When I provided the name of the city, she said “Why don’t you just go and drop it off yourself on Monday?” Excellent customer service.

Basically refused to help to do a simpleTask that a diffent FedEx did in 10 min.
Was charged 69.28 for 2 day when I asked them why it was so expensive when shipped i shipped package same location twice as heavy and paid 19.00 dollars was told because I was shipping so close to cut off day shipped today 12/19. when I entered date on line to have fedex pick up for 11 pound package from 60007 to 37825 22 x 16 x 12 Web site said 13.10. Called store on Biesterfield and Eric was so rude told me nothing he could do had a line of customers I said Im a customer. He said this after he kept interrupting me could not even complete a sentence. I am now filing a complaint against this store and Eric with FedEx corporate.
Employees at this location seem more concerned about talking amongst each other than helping customers. Very disappointing to see and hear.

Asked the ground driver to wait 5 minutes for me to get there. Didnt.Getting like a ups attitude. Dont do it fedex!
