Great tint work but this place is absolutely CLUELESS in terms of car audio. He made my system sound worse than the stock set up AND he added 2 pairs of JL Audio C3s. I can’t even listen to my radio it’s so bad. These guys are awesome! I’ve had my windows tinted and had custom lights installed on my car and both jobs came out beautifully. Definitely check them out if you need anything done to your car from window tinting, to custom stereos and speakers, to adding lights to your car. They get busy so you’ll need to make an appointment but it’s so worth it when you pick up your car and it looks 100x better!

My wife and I took our Corvettes down to the guys at Elite Audio and Tint to get our windows tinted and have some LEDs installed, and we were treated great! The staff is very personable and knowledgeable and they have been doing this for over 15 years and the work shows. Take a look at the finished product!! Very professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable. Ifty the owner, was hands on from beginning to end. The tint turned out perfect despite them having to remove a 15 year old botched previous tint. My car sounds and looks great. Thanks to the crew at Elite for exceeding my expectations!

Absolutely annoying to have a Tahoe with this companys name on the back window next to us in traffic on the 5. The bass was visibly vibrating not only their SUVs roof, but our entire RV! We thought we had something wrong!

I purchased Groupon, a basic alarm system for 99.99$, And pay another 103.57$ for what He said ” bypass module.” I am not sure if its a fair price or not but at least I got the empty box.I am a new customer, as I went inside their store I never felt I am welcome You just have to wait for your turn. I am not demanding but showing courtesy to the customer makes us comfortable and feeling valued.Appointments made online accessed through their site is not reliable, they dont respond right away. I called by phone and talked to Mark the manager Im pretty sure that was Him told me they dont have available for that week, and try next week. But IFTI surprisingly called that motivates me to proceed and use my purchased Groupon. As I arrived in the store for an official appointment confirmed, Mark the Manager told me that I should come back after a few days. It feels awkward and disappointed but gladly it was pushed through and finished at 05:55 pm and they close at 06:00 pm so I need to pick it up the next morning. Overall, my experience is not bad. Still a good job and appreciate yall for installing my new basic alarm system in my car.

Brand new Ford Fusion was previously tinted by another “tinter.” Some damage were present to my vehicle along with the tint(cracked film). Brought my vehicle to Elite to see what they can do. Nothing but good work and fair prices, *updated* these guys are very nice and did great work on my first car but I have had a few annoying issues with my recent install. Had to drop my rating down two stars. Gave them multiple opportunities to fix them but the same problems are still there. Overall a pretty decent shop though with a nice staff.

I gave them a pretty hard task to install cameras on my Vette and they had issues with the products. They did a tremendous amount of work but communicating the diagnosing of the problems with unit maker proved difficult. It may be a faulty unit which would certainly not be their fault.

Mark at the front desk has great deals for a great price. He is also a very nice person and will ensure you get the best quality for what you paid for. They are really fast with their work and it comes out amazing! My car was dropped off at 9:30am and finished at 3pm!

I made an appointment from their website 5 day prior and got a email confirmation. I had my GF follow me to this place. When I came in the guy tells me they dont take appointments from their website. Complete waste of time.

Took my 2017 Nissan Rogue to this shop for a tint job. After being rescheduled from a different tint shop in the area over and over again, elite audio and tint made room for me to get my tint job done. It came out amazing by the way! I love it 🤝

I talk with them to tint all of my car windows and they made me a quick appointment for the next day with $80 pre-charges when I come in on the next day they didn’t do my back windows and asked me for extra money, please make sure to confirm with them 10 times and get a confirmation receipt for how many windows you want otherwise The ignore you

I gave this place a chance to fix my car system and still failed to resolve the problem ..

Went in to get an estimate for tint. I dealt with an older guy that behaved like I was bothering him. He literally tossed the sample panel on the counter and said pick one with no attempt to help me at all. I ended up going to the other end of the parking lot to Genesis tint and having it done there.

Took my truck in to get tinted, quality work with quality service couldn’t ask for a better experience will definitely be back with all of my tinting and audio needs.

Customer service experience was beyond what I imagined. The prices are responsible. I dropped my 15 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and it was done at a reasonable time. I plan on coming back to have more things done to my Jeep.

!! If you want something done right dont talk to the owner!! He is not professional he will just argue with you and not work with you to fix any problems! unlike a professional shop owner. That would of fixed the problem so the customer would leave happy. So i strongly recommend Talk to the person installing the tint! So if you want to get window tint here i would think twice! I tried giving it a try sence a friend told me they where having specails but that was not the case . !!!!!So would I recomend going here, No and i will not recomend it to any of my friends!!!!

I called to make an appointment for window tinting. The guy that answered the phone cut me off half way through my sentence and put me on hold. A few minutes later he came back and I stated that I wanted to set up an appointment....he cut me off again and told me that I had to physically go to the shop to set up an appointment. I explained that I have a newborn baby and it would be difficult to go to the shop just to make an appointment. He said they don’t make exceptions. He was rude, continued to cut me off and was rushing to get me off the phone. Terrible service.

Went here for a basic stereo and speaker install in my 1999 Civic. Initially, the men there seemed like great, honest businessmen, but I can see why this place hasnt had any great detailed reviews in 5 years. I dropped off my car, had them put some very nice speakers (spent around 1,000). When I had returned to pick up the vehicle, I thought it was a good install. Well, a couple weeks go by, and I am starting to hear all this rattling. I pull my dash, to find that nothing had been reattached! My A/C vent was disconnected, my Deck Panel want even screwed back in. I then took it in 2 more times to get it fixed. The ones who did my install werent even there. The first time, I decided to buy a security system, but they sent me to another store to do the install. And THAT store didnt properly reattach my roof lining.The next visit I decided to replace my lock actuators while I was there, and they messed up that install as well. I hit a small speed bump and it got knocked loose. They charged me 160 for the install, and only did one door correctly. I later found out they charged me that amount, for a part that was only 14 dollars. and I asked them to test/swap a speaker when I brought it in, and they didnt even touch it. Was very disappointed with my entire experience here. Kinda bummed out that I had to eat 1,500 dollars in total to then have to go back and fix everything myself.

All of my experiences here have been great. This is the ONLY shop I go to for my Tint and Audio needs and they always surpass my expectations. The employees are very considerate and helpful. They are tremendously knowledgeable in this field of expertise. The Salesman/Tinter Ifti assisted me exceedingly well on window tint. He explained to me the different brands and variations of tint, which have different characteristics. He described to me that 3M tint was the way to go, and I agree with him 100%! The 3M tint made my Lexus look brand new and helped a lot with reducing heat in my car, it also has great UV protection.While I was waiting for my car to get tinted, Mark was kind enough to run me through the variety of JL Audio products that they carry. So i will be back to upgrade my system soon.Overall this is a great shop with even better employees and I highly recommend going here!

Very friendly staff, Went in for window tint and these guys are very professional, as far as service and quality of work. The sales guy Mark and the tinter Ifti were very knowledgeable about their products, and they took their time to go through all their tiers of film I went with the 3M Color Stable Film and WOW the optical clarity is just how they told me its Amazing.Iv had cheap tint in the past and honestly its not worth the hassle their 3M film has a Nationwide Lifetime warranty well worth it, and they gave me a warranty card not just a receipt.Highly recommend Elite Audio to anyone will definitely go back for a nice sound system. Thank you guys for the excellent service.

I purchased a Groupon for car window tinting (front and back). I contacted the store to make an appointment but was told that I cannot make one over the phone and needed to make the appointment in-person. I thought this was odd and incredibly inconvenient but stopped in a few days later. I made the appointment for two weeks later (soonest available) for 9 AM on a Sunday morning. I was told that that job would take about 1 hour to complete.On the day of the appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in. At the end of the check-in process, I was told that it would be done in three or four hours. Again, I was told it would only take one hour when I scheduled the appointment so I did not set aside 3 or 4 hours to wait. I also didn’t arrange for anyone to pick me up. I reminded him that he told me it would only take an hour to finish the job. He responded sure, but they had other jobs in front of me. I then asked, what was the point of scheduling an appointment for 9 AM if they weren’t going to get to my car for several hours. He didn’t have an answer for me but I was already there and didnt want to reschedule so I decided to wait at a local coffee shop down the street.I stopped at my car to grab some personal items when he came out of the store and informed me that they would actually need to reschedule my appointment. WHAT?! His reasoning was that one of his technicians wasn’t going to be in now and he couldn’t do the job today. I was floored since this appointment was made weeks ago. Normally, I would’ve canceled the job right then and there but I had already prepaid for the job via Groupon and wasn’t sure how hard it would be to get a refund. We rescheduled the appointment for another two weeks out.The nightmare continued two weeks later when I came in for the appointment. This time it was early morning on a Saturday. Again I was told it would be 3-4 hours before the job was completed. They really need to consider their customers time and be upfront with how long they will need to keep their vehicles. An appointment time means nothing for this business. This time, however, I arranged for my wife to pick me up and I left the vehicle there.Based on their timeline of 3-4 hours the job shouldve been finished around 1 PM. It was 2 oclock and I still hadnt received a call so I decided to contact them for an update. I called in and asked if my car was ready and they said no, that they would need a FEW MORE HOURS. I planned to pick up the car around 3 PM because I was going to be driving through that area for my nephews birthday party. Based on their original estimate of 3-4 hours it shouldnt have been a problem. Instead, I now had to make ANOTHER trip later in the day. They told me that they close at 7 PM, that they would have it done by the end of the day, and that they would call me when it was ready.620 rolled around and still no call. I live half an hour away so I decided just to drive over there. On my way, at wound 645 I received a call saying that I needed to be there before 7 PM. I told them, no problem that I was already on my way. I arrived around 650 and the CAR WAS STILL NOT DONE. They didnt finish until around 715. They had the car for an appointment since early morning and didnt finish until after closing.Overall the tint looked good. I was told not to roll the windows down for 4 days. I waited 5 days to roll the windows down and when I rolled them back up there are multiple scratches and defects in the tint. I fear that they started late and rushed the job to get it done that day and now the tint is already starting to fail.I strongly caution you from giving this place any money or trusting them with your vehicle. I dont want to deal with them anymore so I will be contacting Groupon. Hopefully, they can provide me with a refund.

My first time there I went to get my car tinted. At first I had no idea about the different types of tint out there. Ifti help explain difference and educated me on the right film for me. I got my Chrysler tinted, then went for my Infiniti G35, finally decided to take my precious Audi A7 ifti did such a great job that I will be a loyal customer forever. From what I know this place is under new ownership and ifti is the new owner and takes good care of customers.
