It was my very first time going to this Good Year Tire & Service Network. I can say that they left me quite pleased. When I called, someone actually answered the phone and when I came in, they got me taken care of right away.. no time wasted. Steve and his crew were friendly and efficient. I needed 4 new tires for my BMW and decided to do whatever everyone else does and search for the best price in town. I went to places in the area that I live and ended up deciding with to with America’s tire company. When I did not receive the tire as promised I decided to look further and remembered that I had a Good Year auto service store in my town and Goodyear tires were exactly the brand tire that I was looking for. When I walked into the store I was greeted on a personal level right away by the friendly staff. They even had a personal conversation with me about how I was doing which I thought was amazing and made me feel very comfortable with my decision about choosing Good Year Tire Center.A manager by the name Steve came out to assist me with pricing and I explained to him my situation. Steve was considerate with my needs and thanked me for my service for being a law-enforcement officer and serving the community we worked and lived in. However he was very adamant on making sure that I got the perfect tire at the best price and very understanding of the fact that I needed these tires in a quick amount of time due to the fact that I was going out of town. I can’t say enough how friendly, Professional and effortless my transaction was. As promised my tires arrived within less than 24 hours and I was told by the other company that the tires were nowhere to be found. Steve also gave me a better price as well as made sure that I was happy as a customer. Good Year has definitely earned my business as well as every person I know who is looking for a company that is professionally run and hires professional staff who care about the community they serve. My tires or put on my vehicle as promised and my car runs better than ever. I suggest if anyone is looking for tires or automotive service I think I will say Steve and his staff at the Elk Grove Good Year store.

Great customer service that includes prompt and helpful insight. I’ve stopped by to get tires for two separate vehicles and I’m very happy with the tires I purchased and discounts I received. I love seeing females working there because it always makes any auto experience a lot more pleasant being I am female myself.

A simple review, yet powerful. Community based tire center that cares about its community. I just recently purchased a new vehicle and got a flat on my first day of ownership. Needless to sat I was a bit over whelmed. First off its all an electric vhiecle so that brings challenges. This store was able to not only help me fix the issue, but went above and beyond. Had a great conversation with the staff who were more than happy to help. Oh yeah. And it was free. If you live in elk grove look no further. I am very pleased with the service provided by ELK GROVE GOOD YEAR TIRE & SERVICE NETWORK.The manager Steve was very upfront and straight forward and the technician Glen was VERY knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done and got right on it. I had bought the road hazard free replacement warranty when I purchased 4 new tires about 8 months ago and within one week had to replace 3 tires. The process was very quick and easy. Excellent customer service came in for a flat repair they were able to fix my tire and also told me my oil light was on so I got my oil change done my fluids top off.

The service was quick, the front desk was extremely helpful and the techs kept my car as clean as it was when I rolled in. 10/10 for this store.

Been taking my truck here for years however recently Ive been getting quotes only to get calls later that the labor cost increased. Seems to have changed in management style. Appears that mechanics are under pressure to bring in more $$. Great business plan however I hope they realize that this is not great for customer service.

Keep coming back here and have gotten my mom to start coming here regularly too. Service is fantastic.

I woke up to a flat tire trying to get to work, not the best thing to wake to. Took the car to Goodyear, they had to order the tire but the staff was so helpful and nice. Easy to chat with. Enjoyed them.

This place was awesome. The only spot open on sunday. I went early in the morning & was in and out in less that 30 mins. Super profofessional and friendly. Def made a re-occuring customer.

45 minutes for a simple tire rotation. On top of that, the tech topped of air in my nitrogen filled tires. So now, I have to find a local shop and pay again to refill my tires since this Good year store does not have nitrogen. The sales clerk did not even care to offer a reimbursement for nitrogen I have to refill or even ask how can she help. I bought my tires at a Good year store in Bay Area and they had nitrogen service. Apparently, no auto shops around Elk Grove have nitrogen. So, I am still looking for a place that has nitrogen service. Never going back to this store again.

I have gone to Goodyear for years for Tires. I usually frequent the store on I street in Downtown Sacramento mostly b/c of the amazing customer service I receive there. HOWEVER, Goodyear has lost a customer b/c of the Elk Grove store. I went there recently b/c I had a flat tire. I called ahead to ensure I could get in/out and back to work. However, after a lot more time than fixing a flat went by I was finally called. To which the mechanic says you need a new radiator! Um ok, but I am not here for that, my car wasnt running hot, I need my tire repaired. He told me the tire had to be replaced. I quickly agreed just b/c I needed to get back to work but was not given any pricing, didnt sign anything saying I agreed to a price or tire. I was never shown my supposedly unrepairable tire, I was not offered to have my car aligned but given a folded up paper that showed it did (which is pretty ridiculous since not getting my tires aligned causes issues but I guess they just wanted me to have to spend more later down the road??? with them.... so shady), my tire light sensor has been on since I left, my car was a little low on coolant, but I wasnt offered a top-off or anything else. The radiator issue was not notated on my paperwork. I went to my normal mechanic who found a small leak and fixed it, didnt need a whole new radiator in my 2008 commuter car... Had to go get my tires aligned and sensors reset, clearly somewhere else because Ill never be back here again. Horrible.

Called first and asked about a tire repair. Nice woman said they would do it for free (just the stem)However, it took FOREVER. There were 3 workers and seemed like the 1 guy doing our tire was also taking care of new customers rolling up and looked like he just smoked a blunt. One worker left to pick up parts and the other wandered around the shop looking clueless. Took over an hour to fix the tire. And there was a guy also had been waiting 3 1/2 hours for an oil change, battery replacement and air filter.

Emergency stop due to flat tire encountered during vacation travel. Goodyear folks got us fixed up and back on the road in about an hour. Two thumbs up!!

If your a car person and want three piece wheels mounted DONT GO HERE. Called in to get tires mounted and balanced. We explained that the tires were used AND that the wheels were 3 piece and they said it was fine. After we got down there we were told it was against company policy wasted our time and lost customers.

I arrived at this location as I was greeted at the door by David as I rolled up a tire I needed plugged. I showed the gentleman the small nail that was in my tire near the center of the tire no where close to the white wall. He immediately stated they could not repair the tire and immediately assessed that the tread was too low without ever measuring it. Ive had work done at this location before as well as having tires repaired. When Ive brought my tire in the past, they took the tire and completed all the measurements as we as assess whether if the tire could be repaired. I received a written assessment with an explanation either way. I proceeded back in to get the gentlemans name (David) and asked if he was the manager. He was very sarcastic with his reply YES I AM. I proceeded back out to my car as David followed me outside and wanted to know, DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM? I informed him that I dissatisfied with the service I received and that he did not even have my tire assessed and he immediately concluded they could not repair it. I explained to David that Ive been a customer of theirs and I was disappointed that he did not take the time to assess it correctly. I found his approach in following me out to the parking lot was unprofessional as I stood outside documenting my experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere for automotive service as this location and the manager (David) does not know how to take care of its customers. Most importantly, his attitude and how he dealt with me sets a bad example to his employees that they can do the same thing.

People were nice, but jesus this place is slow, told me it would take about 3 hours to get my tires changed and alligned its been 5 hours now. Would not recommend this place ever just go to schwab tire might be a little more expesnive but there much faster.

On 2/28/18 I returned for alignment check. Everything went OK but my car is not stuck on the alignment rack as the rack does not lower down. Waited there for almost 3 hours then they took me home because the electrician would not be there until 4 more hours. Boo !!!! So missed my 2nd appt. for the day and have no car until they can figure this out. According to the tech the alignment rack is 20 years old. Wow. Will I go back? Undecided as of now. I hate it when my time and money is wasted by other than myself.Prior review (8 months ago): Good, as expected experience from a Goodyear Service Center. No exceptional service and slightly pricey services. Not thrilled nor disappointed with what I paid for.

I made 2 appointments early in the morning last 2 weeks for 2 of my cars around 8am Sunday morning. Kelly Cooper the worst manager in the world told me that they will not honor my appointments after it was confirmed the night before and the fact that I got up so early that early Sunday morning and woke up my dad to drive the other car. He ruined my day. I will never ever go back there because of bad service. So if I were you I’ll go to meineke near KFC.

They couldnt help with my clutch, but gave me free water, and free advice on whom could help me. That kind of service is awesome, because they had nothing to gain, but still helped.

Went for a tire rotation, oil change. Tires were not rotated and they even gave me a summary that stated the 2 best tired were left in back which is where they were when I took it there. I had to take it back once I noticed no rotation. Tech just took it on and did it. No apologizes, nothing!!! Will never take my car back here since they dont do work you ask for.

They change oil but they dont accept used motor oil got disposal like good shops do.

I noticed my receipt had someone elses info on it except for the charges. I asked for a corrected receipt with my cars info and my address etc. The manager said there was no good reason for him to provide one.....shady and rude.

Thanks to David the manager being a jerk messing up my vehicle and refusing to give me a refund went down to city to file a report turns out they are not a licensed business and havent registered with the city in years .total scam if u had crappy service and refused a refund call code enforcement and better business bureau if the manager wouldve just did the minor repair to my car they would still be getting away with it Thanks again Big Dave . :)

Ordered two tires for GMC Acadia w/ 11am appointment. Arrived at 11am, but delivery driver did not leave the tires, which were on his truck, and attendant did not made sure the order was delivered. I had to return at 2pm. Wasted time and gasoline.
