If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I called about an alignment four days prior to setting an appointment on a Tuesday for 9am. The person on the phone kindly said I could arrive @8:30 since they’re open at 9am. HOWEVER, upon my arrival @8:40am the shop was still closed... understandable since they open in another 20min. BUT, 9am strikes and there is yet for anyone to be there. I had tried calling many times and after giving them the benefit of the doubt and waiting OVER AN HOUR for them to open, there was still no one to be seen and the shop was still closed. Waste of my time! Totally unprofessionally and never going back. Gladly not spending money here.

I brought my son’s 2015 Kia Optima in to have a set of lowering springs installed. I was referred by several people that Snap Motorsports is the go-to-place for aftermarket installs. I scheduled an appointment with Ryan Su (Snap Motorsports) and brought the vehicle in. Ryan was very professional and friendly. He discovered some additional issues with the suspension that accrued from the original owner of the vehicle and recommended to make the necessary repairs. I picked up the vehicle the next day and my son is extremely happy with Ryan’s work. Vehicle rides great and the customer service was excellent!!5 stars and I strongly recommend Snap Motorsports for your auto repair/modification needs!

Have brought in my Genesis Coupe BK2 a few times, and each time they have done an amazing job. Always a pleasure to work with, and super well informed/knowledgable. Have been to a lot of different shops and these guys are hands down the best. They are quick and experienced, and have great pricing. Excited to continue my build with them!

Best import and European automotive shop around. Nick and the rest of the guys there are very intelligent in the industry and love what they do. Ive got a few things done from new wheels to fender rolling and more and Im always treated as if I were family. Very informative and best of all they are not pushy, nor will they try to sell you on something if its not needed. Wont be taking my car any where else thats for certain.

Had my ride lowered at their shop and they took top notch care of it! Sending me picture updates asking about the heights and level of my car and how I would like it to sit and look while still recommending the proper ride height for me. Deff great customer service! :)

The staff is very friendly!! They did not charge me for checking what was wrong with my 2007 c230 suspension. I also was not charged for checking the check engine light. They were going to charge me $95, but they found out that my car needs electronic diagnose. I was not charged for seeing what was check engine caused by.

I am a college student and I commute.I need my car. I took my car to get fixed here and they did a remarkable job. Nick provided amazing service that was top quality.And as a college student suprisingly the prices were very reasonable. I will continue to take my car here for as long as I have it.

Went here for a alignment after lowering my car, best alignment I ever had. I was told what needed to be done and afterwards explained what was aligned on my car. Got the specs perfect on all 4 wheels, unlike other alignment shops, S&n doesnt rush and takes their time to make it perfect. Will come back for other services.

Nick and Steve went above and beyond what any shop needed to do. Ran into a few roadblocks when having them install a flex fuel kit for my 2011 WRX STI. With a time crunch and needing to upgrade to the new version of the Cobb access port. Nick personally drove to the UPS building to insure that I received the access port on time. Knowing that I needed my car that day to get down to the Bay Area for a pro tune. Nick did not need to do that and could have told me there was gonna be another day delay. The extra effort was very much appreciated. This shop is awesome. Thanks guys

Nick is the man. Got me exactly what I needed plus some! Hes pretty much going to be the only one touching my car from now on whether it comes to brakes, wheels, anything I need. Everyone looking for work done Im sending them to him without any hesitation!

Made an appointment to have them take a look at my suspension. They gave me a break down of what was goin on and even took the time to sit down and talk about the problems. Got me in and out within the hour and all aligned properly. Thanks again!

The guys at S and N really know what they are doing. They get the job done right the first time. They treat you as a friend rather than a customer. I will definitely give them a call for anything I need.

Ive been going to Nick for various upgrades/ maintanance on all of my vehicles BMW,Cadillac and Chevy for the last two years and it has always been a pleasure. I never had a chance to work with Rich but it seems he had a side business as well and some customers sadly were mislead into thinking S&N Motorsports was part of Richs dealings. Nick and Steve From S&N Msport have always been stand up, informative, professional and just all around good people with me. I will continue to do business with them. :)

POSTING FOR MY HUSBAND. WORD NEEDS TO GET OUT ABOUT THIS GUY!!!I found Rich Farler through the internet. I contacted him in September of 2016, he said he was a reputable tuner and could help me out with my car. After a 5 month deployment I came home and contacted him again ready to start business with him. I paid $1,500 for parts and services in February of 2017. He said he would need my vehicles ECU and engine harness so I sent him the parts he needed. After 3 and a half months of calling/texting/emailing he finally sent me partial parts that I paid for and none of the parts I originally sent him. The parts had no instructions for installation and do not look to even work as advertised. I still do not have the parts to get my car running and he has blocked my number so I cannot get a hold of him. Before he blocked me he said that he only owed me $500 worth of parts left and would either reimburse me or send me the parts. I do not believe the parts he sent me are worth $1000. Its been almost another month since he told me that and I have not received either. This is the most unprofessional business/person I have ever dealt with.

Took my 07 wrx wagon here for some minor upgrades. First of all, they tried to upsell me on a bunch of nonsense I didnt want to purchase. Second of all, the injectors they sold me were advertised as 750cc and they were 650cc! See attached. Dont do business with these guys.

Put 3,000 miles on a customers truck and got a dui in it. Bad business. Facebook for other stories

Have emailed them and left phone messages about getting my tuned by them 3 months later havent even got a response from them

These guys will go out of their way for their customers to help!
