I only write reviews if its extremely good or extremely bad service and these ladies did a great job. Megan the assistant manager was outstanding!! Got me in and out quickly very knowledgeable and also saved me over $30!!! 5 star by far

Every time I go to this store the cashiers are very helpful. I wouldve given 5 stars if the nail supplies were stocked up. Maybe its due to CoVid 19.

Unfortunately, this is the only beauty supply I can find in Elk Grove. Though the staff always has been as helpful and friendly as possible, it seems like they never have stock of the item you purchased just the month before. Also, Id much rather hear I dont know, then be given an erroneous answer.

Twice the price. I went to buy quick blue bleach. It was almost double the price. Im going to Joyces beauty supply. Its a farther drive but a gallon of gas is equal to their mark up. It wont cost me that much to be charged accordingly

Love the location of the products and its definitely a plus that they are so knowledgeable on their products and with Hair Care in general. However Im not very happy when I come in and I feel pressured into buying products that I dont want or need or really have any interest in. That was what happened to me today.

I love this location. The staff is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and its almost always stocked. Store is clean and products are puked forward.

Prices off some of my typical products that I buy was overpriced and selection was limited. Staff is okay, they typically only help when you seek out for them instead of asking if I need help with anything when they are walking by.

Poor experience! Sales associates are NOT knowledgeable AT ALL not even about there products ! I had to ask more than one associate and all 3 gave me different answers and none of the answers were what the product does ! I will not recommend this location and to anyone. When I visited the store there was this rude employee Rebecca was her girls name she didnt know much about the products I had questions about. I would ask questions and she wouldnt answer them at all and her appearance was just off for a beauty supply retail store you would think the girls would look theyre best they are supposed to be professionals she had piercings in visible places and tattoos everywhere and she was just straight up rude ! This location is no longer my favorite and I rather go to a different location. I could give no stars if there was an option.

Its a small store, but conveniently located and had everything I needed in stock and on sale. The salesperson knew the specials and discounts automatically, which is very cool.

Sally beauty supply always has what I need for nail supply and hair supply it is a great store to get nail and hair supplys.

Selection is ok but doesnt ever have the prices labeled. .Should offer free product demo in store but doesnt.
