I have been to this location a handful of times. Every time the customer service is an A. They are very educated on the layout of the store and the product they carry. Downside..the location is in the back of a stripmall and if you go at night, its a little dark. Other than that, no problems. Nice wide isles for wheelchair accessibility. Did not notice if this store has a restroom 🚻.

BevMo! has an excellent selection of fine wines, spirits, beer, ciders, soft drinks, and everything you might imagine needing for a beverage. All at reasonable prices. I came here like 5 times in one week. Its like they have all the drinks your looking for. Coffee Patron for like $65 cant beat that price. All the holiday liquor was on sell so we stocked up on those mini bar sizes too. Employees are always friendly and seem to all like there jobs so thats good to see these days🤗

I think all bevmos have recently rearranged their stores. Less space in the isles so it feels more cramped, but they can fit more stuff now including additional cold refrigerated sections.

Love the selection. Found a whiskey that has been hard to find around town.

BevMo is the one of only two places in the area that carries Sloe Gin. If you need a large selection of liquors, mixers, and sodas, BevMo on West Stockton is your place to go. Helpful staff with good product knowledge.

Keg buyer beware. You can no longer rent the tub and tap. They just charge you for them. Nothing was disclosed at time of reservation. I just paid $60 for a tap I’ll never use and $20 for an ugly red tub I could have purchased on Amazon for $10.

Rented a keg from here for my girlfriend and buddys birthday (same birthday) they were very helpful, easy process with tap and bucket included in the deposit. Helped me get it in my trunk and even warned me to bot tap it for a few hours (im assuming because rolling around in a trunk drive home)

I like wine. They sell wine. We get along just fine.

There process was pretty cool. You are not allowed in the store (not sure now) you have to place an order on line for pick-up. I was lucky because I didnt know the process and if you want 3 or less items they will pull it for you. You wait in line. One person comes out and the next person in line goes in. They have the store blocked off so you go straight to the register and thats it. No walking around. It went pretty fast. Had I known the process before or need more items I know I can do a pick-up

Staff was rather rude and unhelpful, more concerned with talking to each other about personal stuff. Definitely never going to that bevmo again. With everything going on in our world you would think a little human kindness and decency would be how customer service people would behave but I guess thats acceptable to not be helpful to your customers

Checkout woman was super helpful today. Showed us exactly which tequila to buy. Great service.

Very helpful staff. Lots of wine you cant find at regular grocery stores. Great for part planning, you can count on a good selection and enough quantity to fill you needs. They were having 50 cent wine tasting when I was there last. I wasnt prepared to stay, but I would come back to do that, sounds fun!

Just went in because I am hooked on the peach 🍑 tea from Starbucks and decided to make my own. Customer service was on point.

I needed gift bags. They had them. But they were on the pricy side.

I havent been to Bev Mo in a couple of years. I drink craft beer. I took a friend and I was pleasantly surprised by their craft beer selection. I will definitely be back.

Manager was helpful and knowledgeable about his product and the staff is friendly. They dont have everything in the world but definitely what you need to get the party going! Recommend getting a cold stone across the way and walking around the booze is fun!

Love coming here due to the great selections of beer and wine, just wish it wasnt quite so spendy 🙄

Shopping for booze should be fun, a no-brainer really. But the customer service is awful in this location as well as other Bev Mo locations Ive shopped. They are under-paid, badly trained, bored employees working in an environment that is not AT ALL shopper-friendly. And its not like their prices are great. I think Ive just reviewed my myself out of ever spending my money here again. 😅

This is a teeny tiny bevmo. Easily the smallest one I have ever visited. So keep that in mind.The staff does their best. But they were horribly understaffed... and their inventory was inaccurate.Very friendly staff. Clean store. But a so so overall experience. This is the 2nd time in 3 trips they didnt have what they said they would.

Erik and Jason are great guys. Erik helped me choose drinks when I knew nothing about them and Jason was very calm dealing with a troublemaking customer. They went above and beyond for customer arrive and didnt let other customer behaviors hinder my experience.

It’s BevMo! Great selection and prices. Always getting coupons in my email. Makes it easy to stock up on wine. With the large selection, there’s always something new and interesting to try.

Experienced staff and lots of help

Summertime requires a 5cent bottle of Rosé. Not because Im cheap (which I am) but because its hot outside and rosé is delicious

Staff on that evening was helpful, knowledgeable and had a sense of humor.

HUGE selection, and they stock all my favorite scotches! My wife enjoys their 2nd bottle for $.05 sales...exposes us to some really good wines for cheap(er). Also enjoy their tastings, nice way to discover new drinks. Knowledgeable staff who actually seem more interested in helping than in squeezing you for cash. Very nice, clean place.

Pretty good selection of wine and beer, but check the brew date of the lot of their beer; a lot of older stock which isnt great for most type of beers except for stouts & porters

Any place that has a specialty alcohol for you to taste test is a place I want to buy my alcohol. So many varieties, all neatly organized and accessible. You want minis? They have a whole carousel. You want a birthday gift of something special? Try the tequila section. They have one in a boot. I almost bought it. Wineasouras? Skip through their many aisles of wines. From whiskey to moonshine, chardonnay to pinot nior; your choice is easy to find here.

Bad customers service

Not happy with your cashier Jazme . Her customer service was not nice ! The way she express herself was very low class. I asked her if they had any coupons on line and she said I don’t know. Really I believe if you work for a company with such a good reputation you should know the sales or coupons that might be available on line or at least ask one of your co-workers.2. I asked her about any bundles / specials on the red wine and she said I don’t know did you looked if they had a yellow tag . At this point I wanted to be really rude with her . Jazme keep one thing in mind if you are getting paid it’s your job to service the customer not the other way around!She thought that by being funny she would hide her horrible customer service. I will file a complaint with ur headquarters because I felt offended the way she spoke to me . If you don’t know how to treat customers than u should not be representing this company with your bad image...Jazme the point to this complaint is that it’s your job to assist the customer with respect and direct them with their needs. I just made a large purchase for my daughter’s wedding but if BevMo keeps employees like you I will no longer do business with them. Jazme keep in mind the rule of thumb is the word of mouth not the coupons but the service to your customers !

I called in the AM to have 2 bottles of wine chilled to be picked up at 5PM. I got there and had to wait while the manager was on the phone for about 5 minutes. He came out, went to get my wine out of the cooler and came back apologizing. I didnt need an apology, I needed 2 bottles of chilled wine to take to a party. I wont do that again!

Great wine, beer and liquor establishment. The have a fantastic selection of most items and the cashier was very amicable. My only complaint, if it could be called one, was a lack of sweet wine options (moscato, brachetto, etc.) They carried several of the well known moscatos as well as CAs beloved Stella Rosa line, but I was hoping for more variety. If you decide to try BevMo, do yourself a favor and sign up for the BevMo card--they have excellent discounts/deals for members. I was able to purchase a bottle of wine and get a second for $0.05!
