Boot Barn has the best selection of Western Boots, Work Boots and even Hiking Boots. They have a great selection of Western attire and work wear. The staff is always very helpful and very nice.

This place has a lot of options for shoes and boots. I went in looking for steel toe work boots, and there were at least 25 different kinds to choose from. The prices are not low by any means, but they seem to only carry really high quality boots. I ended up purchasing some very comfortable Merrill steel toe work boots for $154.99.

Totally dissatisfied! Went there expecting an experience of boot selection and superior service...did not get either. I wondered around back there trying to figure out the brand &/or size layout, no one around to ask for help. Finally went up front to ask the only person working, she pointed out the size I thought I needed, then walked away. I continued to look around, decided this place obviously did not need MY business! I will not return nor will I recommend

Staff was friendly and helpful. Good selection of clothing. My only complaint, shoes only took up 1/3 of the store, while clothing was 2/3. Would think a place called boot barn would have more boots and shoes than clothing.

I had a wonderful time. McKenzie was so very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and clothing. I purchased a new pair of Laredo boots, a winter work jacket, and a handsome shirt all on clearance, except boots which where a good price. I would shop there again in a heartbeat. Very pleasant and warm welcoming folks.

Place is always awesome. The women that work here are very nice and helpful and know what you need, so dont worry men, they gotcha. We have been coming to this boot barn for over 4yrs now as a family. We always buy our boots here and sign up for their awards points coupons are great. Husband uses them for his work clothes.

I was a little disappointed yesterday, when I went in to buy work boots. I was greeted nicely by the cashier..then I was pretty much on my own. I found a person who directed me to the type of boot I was looking for. They said they would check on me, and maybe 15 minutes later I was checked on, for about 10 seconds. I also found insoles to put in my boots on my own. Tried on quite a few and found what I liked. Brought them to the cashier he made sure the insoles where correct for the boots and was very nice. I was in a few months ago and had a lot more help.... Dont need a baby sitter but a little help would have been nice.

There was a mix up on size of boot and labeling. After wearing for two days l, realized I had boots 1/2 size too small. I was worried I was going to be out $200 for boots that didnt fit since I had worn then to work for a couple of days, but I brought them back and there was an easy exchange. Boot barn has always been great. Staff is nice, they carry a good selection but their sizes are not organized and you have to hunt for the size you want. Great place thought, use it for work clothes.

I came in today to return something I recently bought and then re-buy it with a coupon I had forgot to take with me the first time I purchased this item. They were very busy as it is the holiday season and my transaction was taking longer than expected, but they were very nice and helpful throughout the process and were very understanding with my 2 year old son who just loves to get into everything hes not supposed to. Very happy and pleased with this store, everytime we come we leave with great customer service and quality products. Highly recommend.

Just in here trying to find some Ariat work boots. Some of them are in one area, some are in another, I couldn’t quite find what I wanted. It’s maybe an hour to closing, 5-6 employees are all just chatting and folding stuff. I looked for 20+ minutes and not one employee asked if I needed help finding something. There’s maybe 2 other customers. One girl asked me to move so she could push a cart past. I walked out past 2-3 people standing around chatting and again, wasn’t asked if I found everything ok, to come back, have a nice evening, nothing. Another customer lost to the internet. Why go to the physical store if the one advantage they have, employees, isn’t helpful.

This establishment is very professional I rated a five-star because of the tentative Ness and they approach you and greet you with insincere beautiful smile and a kind heart its a go-to place. I live in Elk Grove so I use the one in Elk Grove and they are very nice.

Definitely needs to update their hours of operation on the website. Arrived at the Barn a little after 9 pm and it was already closed. There was a girl at the register that looked at me once as I tugged the door and literally turned away without even saying, sorry, were closed. All I wanted was a gift card but now I feel that they dont deserve my money, nor will they ever.

A fair selection of boots...WAY too many clothes! 2/3 of the floor space is dedicated to...not boots!

First let me start by saying that the place always looks very nice and the people are almost all quit pleasant. The problem is that we have been back to Boot Barn twice now to return shoes because of cracking issues in 2 different pairs of work boots within a three week span. The first time we returned boots the person we spoke to said that the sales person we spoke to never should have been sold the boots he was sold. She said not only were these the wrong shoes to wearfor the type of work he does but also there are alot of complaints about the cracking in the type of boots he was sold. He then returned and purchased a second pair. The sole on those had splits in the rubber within 2 days. So we returned them as well. The staff we spoke to while finding the proper pair of boots seemed unable to answer basic questions about the boots we were looking at purchasing. It seems strange to me that you would employ people to work the boot area where people are going to ask you questions about boots for them to be uneducated an not aware of boots. Especially when boots are your main seller, or should be since the name is boot barn. Im giving it a 3 for now
