I want to say. They are the best place ive ever ordered from. The best location. They helped me so much even knowing we had a time crunch at the office and made a wonderful delivery and Everytime i called they were extremely helpful. Thank you so much !

The fruit arrangement itself was very pretty. Unfortunately they took 4 days to deliver it and by then a couple of pineapple pieces had began to turn brown. No biggy as long as the fruit tasted good. The pineapples… grapes and honey do all had good flavor. The cantaloupe had zero flavor and most disappointing of all were the chocolate covered strawberries. Four of us tried them and all of us spit them out. They were horrible almost rancid. Very very disappointing especially knowing that my sweet friend probably paid way to much money for this arrangement. ☹️

Waited 15min to get my smoothie. When I walked in the one was sitting on the phone the whole time didnt tell me one second or hold on she was on the phone didnt say a word to me. Got off the phone then went into the back room then another girl came out ask me can I help you. Bad customer service. The one that helped me was very polite. Dont recommend going there. Very poor customer service.

Terrible service arrived one week late and the flowers were shriveled and brown absolute atrocity do not recommend at all

I live on the east coast, and my sister lives on the west. she has a garden full of flowers, so I thought your solution of an edible arrangements was a great idea. My sister loved it. thanks for such a wonderful alternative to flowers

I am impressed! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to work but when they delivered, she had already gone home early. Instead of delaying or saying it was not deliverable, they delivered it to her house. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Just placed an order TODAY July 24th, and from placing the order online to calling and double checking the delivery details, MY experience was 5 stars! I spoke with Tiffany at first when I was checking on the status of my order and then called back again just checking on the order and the staff was very patient with me on giving me updates and working with me. I will MOST DEFINITELY be giving this store my business in the future. Cant thank yall enough for making it a great experience. My wife was very happy with the arrangement!

Each time I attempt to buy something here, if its close to closing (1-2 hours before), the women workers that I encounter are not willing to put together anything. It seems like a burden to ask them if I could put in an order to go on the same day. If Edible Arrangements prefers to only sell things that are created in advance, they should specify this via phone when calling to inquire or walking in. Ive made purchases in advance before and it runs smoothly, but always feel like a burden if inquiring about same day orders for some reason. Redirected to the next day. Please let customers know if there is a cutoff time to place a same day order, such as before 10am, for example. One time a woman told me that instead of helping me purchase something over the counter, small pre-prepared item, that i needed to wait 20 minutes because shes working on a big order before closing in 2 hours. That was unprofessional

Horrible design. I wanted to be happy but I couldnt. I bought the large dove arrangement for a client due to our bird stories. The lady that put it together it looked so sloppy and the birds didnt really look like birds. The chocolate dip was not carved out to see the shape of the bird. The real reason I bought it. So disappointed. I asked to please arrange it a little better and was embarrased to do that but had to. It came out worse the second time. So disappointed

Where to start. So, my son was accepted to one the top 5 colleges in the US and I wanted to congratulate him. Called this business. The representative ASSURED AND REASSURED me that they are able to deliver to his school. Not only did the arrangement not get delivered, I had to call to find out!! I was soooo upset. This was VERY important to me. My wish of congratulating my son was not realized :(. I was livid, but eventually apologized for my outburst. This business should set a protocol that if a paid for arrangement cannot be delivered, the customer is notified immediately! In this kind of business when delivery and timing is EVERYTHING, we should accept nothing less. Do better Edible!

Very small store front that sell fruit drinks and smoothies. They also take orders and make fruit basket arrangements onsite. Awesome store.

NICE (real) fruit baskets, gift boxes and even single fruit pieces dipped in chocolate. YUMMY!

I asked her to PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE help me get my son a Birthday arrangement delivered to his school, she was slightly hesitant because I procrastinated & was expecting this done today at the last minute...well, thank you Nicole you delivered & made my sons day!!! He said it was perfect he was so hungry & this hit the spot! Thank you so much for making it a special day for my Chino, I am forever indebted to you. I buy fruit bowls from them every week because their fruit seems to last longer than when I buy storebought. Anthony and his team make me feel very special by being so friendly. Its a pleasure to spend money in a business like this one.

I purchased an arrangement for my mothers 72 Birthday and due to lack of service my mother never received her order! I have purchased for this company for years! The moment I purchased from a different location the service was very unprofessional! I would never put a special day in their hands again😪

I ordered an arrangement from them for fathers day to be delivered on FATHERS DAY! Called several times during that day and they re assured me it would be delivered. Nothing was delivered and i didnt even get an explanation as to why! seems like no one knows exactly what is going on in that store! Next time dont lie your customers about the status of their order!
