Great Shop. Iv been a customer of this shop since I turned 18... Im 25 years old now. This shop never disappoints in terms of customer service and glass prices. For example, I paid 60 dollars for a bong identical to one I almost bought at Illusion Smoke Shop down the road for 100 dollars but decided to look at Cigarette City first and Im glad I did. Keep doin what you do Cigarette City 👍👍👍👍👍

Great deals on glass and smoking accessories, they have a pretty large selection of CBD products that I couldnt walk out with just one.Whatever you need, they got it.

I bought a disposable vape from this location, and an 30 min later it stopped working. I followed the instructions before using the product, and I also tried changing it when it stopped working. When I called the shop regarding the issue the manager reached out to the owner to see what he can do to resolve the issue, but the owner said there’s nothing he can do(no refund, no replacement, and no discount) . I wasn’t mad because the device stopped working I was mad because I felt like I was robbed by this shop. It would’ve been ok if they would have gave me a discount off my next one but nope. To me this seemed shady as hell and won’t give them anymore of my business.

Hours online and window say open til 9pm. All the lights are on and a worker is inside at 8:15pm but the store is closed. You almost had $75-$100 a week in sales considering this is closer to me than any other smoke shop or gas station. I’ll keep giving my business to chevron since they are open when they say they are

I cant believe the terrible service i just got at this place. I purchased a Puff Plus from this place and right out the pack the light on it was on but nothing is coming out of it. I came back to the store to see if i could get an exchange for it or my money back. I was going to show the man working there how it isnt working because it clearly shows its not working but he quickly cut me off and said there is no returns in store and that if i needed to make a return i would have had to use the Puff bar in store and if it wasnt working there then he would take it back. I find it uncomfortable and terrible that i have to test out your product before leaving. I wasnt able to return the item and i feel like during this dangerous pandemic going on, we would have safe devices to smoke out of however this place sells complete fakes and their service isnt worth having. I spent $20 on a fake Vape.

Cool hookah tobacco selection, tobacco, cigarillos, and personal vapes for flavored tobacco and cbd cartridges.

Usually a decent experience, though once I had one of their employees sell me the wrong product, and then try to cover it up to his boss which I spoke to via phone. After coming back a week after, the employee admits that he was wrong and sold me the wrong one. Was very frustrating, hope he got sacked.

I usually go there for all my vaping needs and so far i havent been disappointed. The products are great quality, the prices are great and cheaper than the surrounding smoke shops. Even the gentleman at the counter is very helpful and kind, and he also dishes out good discounts here and there.Definitely recommended.

Ive been in there a couple of times, in my neighborhood, and staff there exhibit great, helping attitudes. Amount of stock is impressive.

Awesome shop, super friendly service and they always have my stuff at the counter waiting for me.

The cashier had his little buddy hanging out with him. As I start to swipe my card, the dude is just standing there, staring over my shoulder. So i asked him to please give me space to conduct my business. He continued to stand there staring until he finally beat it. The cashier was also just standing there staring. Never said a word to me. No kind of greeting or anything. So after I finally paid for my cigarettes, he held the receipt while asking me repeatedly if I want my receipt. Weirdest experience EVER!

Always does what needs to be done

Ive been to this store 3 separate times between 10:00 and 11:00 am and every time the lighted open sign is on- it is normal business hours and the doors are locked with a small sign saying they will be back in half an hour or more. What gives here? I will not go back again. Horrible.
