Typical CVS location at the intersection of Elk Grove Blvd. & Waterman Road. The staff is courteous and offers great customer service. The pharmacy also offers COVID-19 vaccine. They also have Money Gram to send/receive money. They only accept cash if you want to send money thru Money Gram (don’t forget to carry your at least one government issued ID).
Based on the current reviews, it shouldnt be a shock that CVS is getting 1 star. The pharmacy service is consistently horrible, unprofessional, and lack the compassion needed. I have already complained to the manager Kelly, about dennis but she was actually there while Yvonne was extremely unprofessional and did nothing! Workers act jaded and getting certain prescriptions are like pulling teeth. If youre already experiencing health issues, the last thing you need is a pharmacy like this!!! Go somewhere else!!!
The new lady in fharmacy was so Rude.
Its always something. The printer is not working, money order machine. Put a sign up that says we can’t help you. Wasted 30 mins driving
The pharmacy is not good, it’s the location because other cvs pharmacies seem to get things right. The store workers don’t greet minorities as they do the majority. Some workers are a bit snooty than others but it really makes a difference in customer service and the shopping expierence. Too bad the rite aid across the street closed.
I attempted to use this pharmacy as it is close to my house however after a few attempts at getting my prescriptions filled I am taking my business back to Walgreens.CVS needs to step up their game ‘
Try calling and talk to a real person. Automated phone system just loops you to nowhere.
The fridges always seem warmer than they should and is just pooled with coagulated milk that spilled who knows when ago. Otherwise they aight .
My girl needed to use restroom here and was so repulsed at how nasty the toilets were that we ended up leaving and shopping across the street at Rite Aid.. Barrrf
