After purchasing a shower door, the magnetic door latch rusted. I spoke with Monica about it and left her a call back number. No follow up. I messaged their website with a call back number a week later, no response. I went to the showroom and spoke with Monica in person and again left a call back number. She assured me that I would hear back from someone by close of business that day. That was 9 days ago and nothing. Poor service and no communication is what I experienced here. There are several glass companies in town that provide the same products. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
