This Dealer is commiting fraud and breaking California federal law at the same time. In California, if a weapon is non-compliant (illegal) it is not allowed to be offered up for sell much less sold. The deal will be reported to California DOJ first thing Monday for this violation. DO NOT do business with this law breaking frauder. He will try and argue that you signed a contract when you purchased the firearm but if a contract was created to facilitate a crime then it is null and void. Additionally, this gun store appears to be a U-Haul location also. I will also be contracting uhaul as Im sure their name would not want to be associated with the sales of illegal firearms.DO NOT FALL VICTIM--AVOID AT ALL COST.

It’s my first time to buy on this shop thinking it will save money for buying a glock 19 magazine. I’m been ordering a lot thru a website but I did not experience that you have to pay the website 25 dollars to order stuff. It’s my fault because I did not read the fine print on this website. So tempting to see their merchandise is more cheaper than other gun store but don’t fall on this trap because they will charge you 25 dollars for the use of their website and shipping. I bought one magazine for glock 19 worth $25.44 but I ended up paying shipping and handling 10 dollars and using the website $25.00 . In total I paid for one magazine $62.39 dollars. The worst one you will be picking it up in their store. I will never go back on this store ever.

Rude and unprofessional people. They think theyre entitled to a an explanation to a 1 star. Youre not. Clearly you keep getting 1 star for the same reason, stop asking moronic questions like it hasnt been said to you before. How you have a job and a store doesnt make sense.

The owner Andrew is very rude and unprofessional. He has absolutely no manners. Hes a money hungry, bad business man who doesnt have any customer service. He acts like he can down talk customers and he is a loud mouth with no real fire arms knowledge. This penny pincher is down right dirty and will not do right by his customers. Mean to his wifey too around customers...shame shame shame.

So went here because the Gun Range we usually go to was closed on a Sunday, as soon as we walk in, the man working the counter was extremely rude. We were 1 minute late and he made a big deal out of it saying “Im being nice”.. then, I allowed myself to give him another chance, me being me thinking he may be having a bad day. Then, he said we can not bring our own bullets, which is fine but the rudeness is what did not sit well with me. I will not spend my money at a business that has poor customer service, we make you money and that is what business owners like him forget. Soooo, walked out and he had an attitude as if did nothing wrong. Will never go back!! If it is your first time going, do not go here!!! Very very rude!!

I have been to this place 4 times and I wont be going back. The owner is rude and unfriendly and the staff dont know Jack about guns unless you want to buy a glock and even then the expertise is lacking. Today I called to come in and look for a new gun to purchase and maybe order some AR parts. The owner told me to check his online store for AR parts but I can come in and look around. When i got to the store he gave me an attitude and said he has no guns and that i wouldnt find any elsewhere despite comming from 2 other stores that had supply. The times I shot at this place the safety from the range masters I saw was horrible. Multiple times I had to ask a group to stop sweeping the firing line when they had a jam and pointed a rifle towards us down the firing line while the range master did nothing to correct people who where obviously novice level shooters. Utter garbage.

Andrew was fantastic - very service oriented. Could not have treated my wife and I any better. Very patient in working with us newbies. I now consider this my gun shop. Stop by and see him, you will not be sorry.

The gentleman who owns this business is very helpful and knowledgeable in his trade. I have been in multiple times and with each visit I leave the store satisfied. He has helped me purchase a firearm and the process was painless. I look forward to purchasing more from him.

I struggled with finding the proper entrance to this place. No real storefront, just a couple doors labeled range entrance at the back. Many U-Haul trucks all over the lot, along the building, it looks like thats their main focus. And maybe the range. I drove around the building and gave up and left. MTG off Franklin was easier to find, recognize, and were friendly and helpful.

Shady business, will try to ripped you off when placing order through the phone with the owner. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE. REMEMBER TO GET CONFIRMATION NUMBER. I placed any order online and got a call back 3 days later saying cant get gun and wont refund money back unless charge with 30% restocking fee. Which there is nothing to restock.*EDIT: Laguna guns, after 4 years and thats the excuse you come up with? You tell me what was illegal about the Smith & Wesson Sport 2 in November of 2016. I called and place the order thru the phone with you. So if it was illegal, why did you as a gun store owner make that transaction? I still have record of all the transactions and the exact make and model of gun ordered through you. Would you like a copy of the transaction? Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Staff spends time to answer questions thoroughly unlike many other gun shops. Even though it is a little further from my house, I will be making all of my gun purchases from here.

My personal experience with this gun store has been extremely pleasant me and my boyfriend both have bought firearms from the owner and he was very knowledgeable and professional. We have visited many of the gun stores in this area and also throughout Sacramento and have noticed that most of them would not even give you the time of day if you were not interested in purchasing at that time or didnt have the funds to buy. As far as the inventory as the person previously has mentioned we went to the new Bass Pro store in Rocklin last Sunday to our surprise they only had one gun case for handguns when they first opened they had three gun cases full of handguns which kind of tells you the shortage of availability of guns that are California legal. I would strongly recommend this store to everyone.

I have purchased several Guns and accessories from Andrew. He helped Me choose the right Gun for what I was looking for. He has also assisted Me in building My AR. He was very patient with Me and answered all of My questions, He even stayed after hours to assist Me with the ordering of My parts and accessories. He has a very large online Gun store with several suppliers. Every time I have been in the shop He has treated all of his customers with Patients and Professionalism. He is extremely knowledgeable with the upcoming State and Federal Gun laws and their impact on legal Gun owners. He is evening building a indoor Gun Range onsite with training available. This was my first time at this range and I went here after hearing that they allow a bit more freedom if you can show you have the appropriate skills. As a uspsa shooter, there is much I cant practice at most ranges and this range was a pleasant surprise. Actually found it after renting a Cruise America RV next door. This is one of the few indoor ranges in the area that allow rifles as well which is great if you need to site in an ar15 on a hot day. Anyhow, the staff was great, range was clean and well lit. Outside temps were near 108F but inside there was good AC and ventilation and I was very comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Waste of my time to even get out of the car

Horrible experience!!!!! Owner is a male Karen... The range is as small as an apartment in downtown L.A. There also seems to be an army of u-Haul trucks around everywhere. Also, they charge a mystery 25$ handling fee when buying online, while not mentioning the grand total of the firearm purchase until the gun is delivered to the store. Meaning.....you never know what price changes might come up. WARNING: Save yourself the trouble and u-Haul your azz to a different gun store!!
