The atmosphere 👌 is on point, cleaned as well super friendly staff. Owner needs to hire more ppl to help out the two poor girls were working really hard and barely kept up with the orders. We waited over 20 just to order. Again not the employees faulted they were working fast and hard . Just needs more staff

I thought I put a review up of this place. The ladies were really nice and greeted with a smile. There was only 1 group of 3 ahead of my daughter, my girlfriend and I. We ended up waiting for over an hour for ice cream. It was supposed to be a quick stop off to get some desert on the way home and ended up taking a very long time. I dont know if this is normal but I wont be coming back to try again after that.

So the rolled ice cream shakes and slushy was good. My kids enjoyed them, said they tasted great. Heres my problem with the place, the kids behind the counter are not good with customer service. They looked like chickens with their heads cut off, walking around confused. There were only a few customers in the business. I think one mother and her two sons walked out because they weren’t being helped. While our order literally took 15 minutes to make and no one was ahead of us. I will say there was one gal (blondie) had her head down busy the whole time, she was making the rolled ice cream. All the will the other gal and young man were what seemed like wandering around like bobble heads. So, food treats bad service. I’d say you decide, worth checking out if you want to try something different.

This place has shakes and ice cream. It gets busy at times so it might take a few minutes for you to get your order. The shakes are delicious and the prices are reasonable.

I would love to leave a 5⭐ review.... Unfortunately, I havent had the opportunity to love this place like so many others. Although your listing shows you are open, sadly the sign on the door says otherwise. Please let us know the correct hours so we may enjoy Ice Panda.

Mmmm was really neat to watch. Taste good. Have some board games to play while you wait. $7 each with unlimited toppings. Build your own or get one of the creations they have listed. I got the cookie monster. They did build your own.

A great go to spot for dessert. We always get the rolled ice cream (only $6.50 and unlimited toppings.)The first picture is the taro coconut twist, second is the Reeses Explosion, which is a specialty ice cream, and the third is the Roasted Black Sesame. Great place for all ages.

My experience at ice panda was amazing, the ice cream was so amazing along with it was this worker called Isaac he helped me with everything and he was so nice and helpful I’ll coming back soon hopefully there is Isaac working again.

First time eating this type of ice cream and it was delicious. If you are a taro fan make sure you try the taro flavor. It takes a little longer to get the ice cream because its more labor intensive but its worth the wait.

I honestly really love the ice cream here and it’s really delicious, however as stated in the closing time the store is allegedly closed at 9, except I have come here on several occasions at 8pm to get some ice cream only to find the store closed. Highly outrageous, amazing ice cream, sad outcome.

Stood at the register for 18 minutes without being greeted or having someone take my order while the young kids who work here sit and chat with friends and don’t assist anyone in line with people walking out the door.Employees to busy sitting on their friends lap and screwing off instead of helping customers, sad thing is this place has tremendous potential with employees like that it won’t last.

Omg, this place was a disaster. Poor new employees didnt have a clue what they were doing. I had to show the cashier how to swip a debit card with out a chip, the other employees looked like deer in headlights, so slow, looked very confused when making the ice cream, just awful.

Since Im a pretty cheap person I initially thought the ice cream was a but expensive, however the customer service was fantastic and the ice cream was so dense and flavorful, it was worth every penny! :DI also got the cookie monster and the presentation itself swept me off my feet 🐼💘

It was pretty good The flavors are amazing the toppings that you have available are always entertaining they were having trouble with the strawberry flavored ice cream but then made up for it by doing strawberry ice cream

This place was creative and yummy, it took a while for our sweets and we dont recall seeing a manager present while they were over loaded with tickets unless they were one of the r but blended in. But I still feel they worked as fast as they could they were very cheerful and all smiled. They sweet goodness of the ice cream was well worth the wait

This was my second time here. The first time I didnt order because I was confused about what it was and how it worked. The menu is a bit intimidating. My second time I had more time and patience.I ordered the pre designed Twinkie flavor. My son and I shared it and it was really good. My son suggested we come more often and he is very picky.
