Had to deal with one of their drivers today. He was so over the road... Almost clipped a bus and another car moving through traffic. Only to find him sitting in an empty parking lot. I called the company, who transferred me to someones else, who said that the must transfer me to another as I am not a customer, and then hung up on me. They obviously are not need with their drivers being safe on the road... Ill skip this companys product. The driver was going east on Florin road, some time around 3:30pm... Found him parked in the old Sears parking lot... Trailer #360032.

If I could give a 0 star rating I could. Ive been trying to reach someone, ANYONE for a week just to get a quote on an event and no one returns a call. I called Thursday, Monday, Wednesday (when I was told no one called me back because there was no address on the call ticket) and again today with no return calls. Steer away from this company at all costs........

This company is not providing good service. It’s responding time is no good.

For the entire Month of January 2021 we have not gotten any deliveries from them.Leaving voicemail ongoing.Would be nice to get a feed back from the company.Apparently they dont want the business.

I spoke to Marcos at Artic Glacier on 6/13/17 and ordered 25 bags of ice to be delivered for my sisters wedding on 6/17/17 at 2 pm. At 3 pm on Saturday 6/17/17 no ice had been delivered yet. I called and left messages several times and no one from Elk Grove has even called me back as of today, Thursday 6/22/17. When I called the Elk Grove location on Monday, 6/19/17 to find out what had happened and to make sure my moms credit card hadnt been charged. I was told that the drivers truck broke down. I asked why didnt I receive a phone call, the man said that he will have to have Marcos give me a call back (still waiting for that call). Wedding guest started arriving at 4 pm on 6/17/17 and we didnt have any cold water, soda or beers for them to drink (It was over 100 degrees this day). I still have not received a phone call regarding an explanation or an apology. At 4:30 I had to send a few people to pick up 40 bags of 7 lbs. bags of ice. Our guests didnt get any cold drinks until after 6 pm. Shame on you Artic Glacier!!! You probably do not care, but Im going to tell you anyways, we had a little 4 year old girl faint that day due to the heat and no cold water to provide.So disappointed in you!Nancy Freeman (Gallegos order)

The worst customer service. They have no idea when the customer calls, and if the ice is delivered or not.
