Having a hard time getting service. They are supposed to come out here on a regular rotation and bill us automatically, but the last time they showed up only filled one tank (we have two for two separate houses on property). Both tanks are now nearly empty and despite us making multiple calls and then telling is they are coming out, they dont. We are to the point that we will be completely empty by the end of this weekend. I will update this review if the matter gets resolved today, otherwise, we are going with a new company. At this point I do NOT recommend this company for service.

Terrible service. The only thing they do on time is bill you for service. You schedule and pay for gas refill and they say it takes 8-10 days for someone to come out and you wait and they don’t come out. You call and after getting disconnected twice you get someone who can’t “ find” your request. Then they tell you they will call you back to tell you when they are coming and they don’t (thanks Missy, if that’s her real name). I hear from my neighbors how great Ferrell gas is but I don’t see it. We’ve lived here a year and nothing but problems with them. We lived in the mountains for 11 years and the company we dealt with there came from over an hour away and was able to deliver gas within a day or two. I just don’t know what Ferrellgas problem is.

We are new customers to propane in general & have added a heater for our jacuzzi. Twice now the online request to refill didnt work. The 1st time the team after multiple calls was able to get our tank refilled. This time however, I submitted my updated tank % online. We were surprised it was already down to 25% when we had it refilled about 2 months ago. I received a notice that my tank would be refilled shortly. One week later I called into the local office & was told there was no order to refill, so they told me they would try to get that done by today Friday - 5 days later. We have still not seen a refill truck so I called again & was told it wont be until next week now. Very disappointing since we had intended to use our jacuzzi this weekend. We didnt feel safe to use it last weekend with our tank % so low! Now were @ 16%!!

Above and beyond service!! On the way there to get the gas for our RV, the car trailer had a flat. The tech we worked with helped us to change the tire AND replace the tire. And, of course, excellent gas service. Cannot say enough to appreciate the help! Wonderful!

Prices are very reasonable all staff the 2 I seen very friendly. I would recommend to everybody.

Shady business. Most likely from the management. They said my initial inspection was free. But then they filled my tank at the inspection at a higher rate then what was promised. Called about the rate they charged me at the “free” inspection and they said they would adjust it. The ended up just taking the 20 gallons they filled at the inspection off the top of my final fill up....so I still ended up paying they higher rate in the end. Ya I’m out only roughly 20-30 bucks from it, but you should of just heard their attitude when I was comparing the invoices from both appointments. Money hungry b*****s. Oh and this was a new costumer experience.

Just purchased my own tank from Ferrellgas at what seems a reasonable price. Installation was on time and flawless. Ferrellgas currently has the lowest fuel price among its competitors. Hope it stays that way!

I received our tank fill promply. Driver was super nice. We have been customers for many years. Price was better than any company offering Propane. Thank you Ferrell Gas!

Extremely friendly staff. Delivery was ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company.

So my husband and I called when our tank was down to 30% and its to day 10 after calling and our tank is down to 5%. The company says they have to fill it by the 10th day and I asked then what happens?. They said well nothing. This is rediculous. I have 2 small children in my household that cannot go without heat. You would think a big company would be more responsible than that. The lady just laughed on the phone and said they try to honor the 10 day rule. I think its done in purpose to try and get emergency fill ups and screw their customers over.

Customer service is severely lacking here. We have been using them for years and never had an issue. However I have never had to call and talk to them because everything has been good. Well that all changed when we had to call them. Given it is our own fault that we did not call sooner as we let our tank get to 5%, however it was just an oversight as it is not something we look at everyday. So my wife calls on a Monday and explains the situation, pays in advance for the propane the gal says ok well get you on the route and get it taken care of ASAP. Well Wednesday rolls around and still no propane, tank is not generating its own fuel so naturally it is getting lower (wife is out of town for the week and I am home alone so I am conserving propane like nobodys business). Wife calls again on Wednesday and advises them again of our situation and we are now below 5%. They again tell her we are on the list but no guarantee on when delivery will be. So here we are on Friday at 4:30pm and still no delivery. Typically my wife calls and deals with customer service because my patience is slim to none when it comes time for that stuff. Ive paid for a service and been a loyal customer for years, all Im asking for is the service thats been paid for. So I decide its my turn to call cause apparently they think shes making this stuff up. Well that didnt work either. After putting me on hold for 10 minutes she returns to the line and says, thank you for holding, heres what I can do for you. I can guarantee delivery to you by Monday, Ill just take a couple other people off the delivery for that day. Its only gonna cost you a next day service fee of $175.00. Are you Fing kidding me. I paid for the propane a week ago, you got your money now give me what I paid for. Secondly I am not gonna screw some other people out of their promised delivery as nobody knows the situation they may be in. Needless to say, not happy with the provided service. Try elsewhere!
