So I had a really bad experience here. I ordered a tow hitch for an Infinity QX60, got a quote and compared prices with others in the area. They came in with the best deal by far. Understanding this, I asked if they were sure everything I needed was in the quote, as it was deferent from the others and was assured it was. At installation I was told it would be a few hours and instead it took all day. I would have been good had I’d been told upfront, but instead I was late picking up my kids from school on a 100 degree day because they weren’t done. Then they couldn’t get the rear gate to open, so I told them to stop, so I could pick up my kids, only to have to come back for them to tell me they don’t have the parts to make it work. I was then told they would take care of it I would be good. Three weeks later and I still can’t tow. So I go to the dealership get all the information for them(part number and install instructions/schematics), again they tell me we got it you’ll be taken care of. Two weeks later the part comes in and no calls, they tell me we will have to charge you to install the harness. The job was never completed and they wanted to charge me more after all of this. The best part of this deal was the refund as they gave me all my money back and removed the part in a professional manner. Do not trust this company. The owner of this company was aware of all the issues in this transaction but he made the choice not to honor his employees word and quote. I always try and support small businesses in our community, but lesson learned go to the dealership. Beware consumers!

Took my 21’ Ram Rebel in to get a liner and the service was excellent. Told the guys that I wouldn’t be able to pick the truck up until after they closed and the owner said he would not mind waiting around until 5:30pm for me. Since I stated I would be a little later, they just locked my keys in the truck and parked it in front of the owners house, in his driveway right next to his own truck! Most places would lock it up in the yard and tell you pick it up on their time (and yes they made sure I had a spare first) I will definitely be returning to ultra truck for any of my accessories. Great company!!

I’ve been doing business with this company since 2004. They are professional, courteous and very helpful in finding the right part. They have better prices than ordering it online and if they don’t have it they usually get it the next day (better than waiting for delivery or paying a monthly membership fee).

I Had My 86 Cutlass Supreme Air Bagged There With Rick And His Crew Back In 2007, And After Letting The Car Sit For 10 long YRS, I Took it in and they inspected the car and nearly charged me nothing for the maintenance and work.. Its like brand new again like it never left the Road. Great business and service team.

Technician said a leak at the 90° air fitting on the airbags they installed is normal. Refused to fix.

When they forget to do a part of an install, they treated is as if we were a new walk in. Our truck was there for 2 1/2 days. We came and pointed out the harness was missing...they promised to get to it first thing the next morning, NOT. Told us they had other trucks lined up and wanted us to come back next week? We get there and it was installed. They need better communication between shopsmen and front counter staff.

Just bought tire chains. The manager researched the best product for my 4Runner. Joe, the manager, really knows his stuff! Great service. . . Im 100% sure well be back.

The worst shop I have ever been to. Had a bed liner sprayed in found over spray all over the truck. Was told it was road grim (NOT) spray liner lifting up after 3 weeks and they GLUE it back down. The rubber stops for the tail gate was not put back in correct and then they said it was never there but when I pulled the rubber stop out from inside the cab they had another excuse. The pin was bad after they removed it and I was told to go buy one. They are not friendly dont care about the customer and have a MAJOR ATTITUDE. I would not recommend them to anyone or take even a roller skate in to them for any repair. BAD PLACE STAY AWAY

Hey went there to buy a lock for the cover on the back of my pickup truck. They didnt have it so they told me they would order for me. Thats been a year-and-a-half ago and Im still waiting for the phone call. LOL thats one special lock.
