I have only ever went here, all growing up for my eye care. I will never change either! Kind, personable, compassionate staff. Always a very nice conversation and they are so eager to cater to any request or need! I have been helped by every staff member as I recall. Pearle Vision is absolutely amazing. I can’t think of a time in recent history where I’ve had a more positive experience with a business. From the front desk staff to the Doctors, everyone was exceptionally happy and willing to help. I saw Dr. Gill and she was fabulous. She listened to my concerns and questions without pushing an agenda, didn’t try and upsell me on anything unnecessary, and was prompt with communication post-visit. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable. If you’re looking for an eye doctor in the area, this place is a must visit!

Due to a change in vision insurance, we had to leave our regular vision clinic. Great experience at Pearl Vision! So glad to find Dr. Gill. She answered many of my questions. As soon as I left, I made appointments for my husband and daughter. I would highly recommend Dr. Gill, especially if you have a teenager looking into transferring into contacts. She had great feedback to my questions regarding daily vs month contacts.

A few years ago I determined that I needed trifocal prescription glasses for work. So I started looking around and found Pearle Vision. I found the frames I wanted and a couple days later they were ready for me to pick up with new trifocal lens. They were perfect until one night I had accidentally rolled over them in my sleep. Went over to Pearle Vision in the morning and they replaced right away while I waited. I was really impressed with their responsiveness, because I absolutely needed my glasses for work. I will not be coming to your location ever. Yesterday I made 2 appts on line my my son and I. I was 3/1 @ 12 w/Dr. Gill and my son @ 12:10 w/ Dr. Tran and when done it said a confirmation email would be sent shortly. I never received anything. I did send an email yesterday about this and still didnt hear anything back. My son did get a text yesterday asking about insurance. He sent a response back to he has United Healthcare along with the member ID. Then he received another text today asking the exact same thing as yesterday. I called today and spoke to Melissa and she was going to start by looking up my son and then she hung up on me. Very disappointing customer service.

My first time there. From the greeting to the eye exam to helping me find new glasses, it was a great experience! Everyone was kind. Ill be back!

My wife went in to get her eyes checked because she was having trouble seeing at night driving. So we go in and with in a couple minutes she is told well you have stage 1 cataracts. The doctor just kept say well nothing I can do you will get worse in 5 months to 5 years. That and I guess you wont want to come back and see me then. So a week later she has a second opinion by a REAL eye doctor and was told no you have a small imperfection on the lens of your eye and your sight is 20/20 nothing to worry about.

I came in to get my glasses adjusted and they were so patient and kind to me and were very careful with my glasses and fixed them up wonderfully. Its always worth the drive here to get my glasses fixed and to get new ones over any other place around.

By far the most amazing service ever !??!!? Jake helped me find the best glasses that fit who I am and I absolutely am in love with my glasses they are sassy yet professional and I am so grateful for Jakes skills to get to know a person and their personality and recommending glasses I wouldnt have picked myself, but are so me and I now choose to wear them over my contacts. I had an issue with the lenses and he got them replaced. I am really impressed with the customer service and overall exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

I came here with prescriptions for both my daughter and I to get our glasses filled. Due to Covid my daughter had not been able to try on frames anywhere and haven’t found anything she liked. Anna Lin was amazing at helping her. She found a bunch she liked and Anna Lynn helped her pair down to a style that was just right for her.I also brought my prescription in from the traumatic brain injury center in Minneapolis to get two pairs of glasses filled, one for reading and one for my distance. Cindy helped me that time. The glasses I was getting had both prisms and a color tent on them due to my vision issues and they handled the prescription beautifully. I’m very pleased with the frames I picked out and how professionally everything was done and how quickly and easy it was to pick things up and get adjustments. Your customer service is outstanding and I would recommend both people for your eyewear consultants!

I went into Pearl Vision to get an eye exam and new glasses. I have not had my eyes checked in a log time so I was a little nervous. The staff was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. I worked with Brenda Breyen on picking out my glasses. She is the best. She gave me her honest opinion on what glasses looked the best on me. I was very happy with my visit and I will be going back again.

Ive been going here since moving here eight years ago. Staff is friendly, very thorough eye exams and nice selection. Amy Jones was very helpful with selecting glasses, was very honest. The technician, Jim was super friendly and explained everything. First time I saw Dr. Schlafer and he too was very helpful and took his time. Highly recommend !

Back for my yearly check up! Even during a pandemic... Dr. Tran and Brenda shine!!! This is one of the best eye clinics I have ever been to! Dr. Tran was exceptional and reviewed all procedure details. He walked me over to Brenda who helped me pick out my new glasses! The very first glasses Brenda picked out were the ones I went with! She really knows what she is doing! To top it off, I had my previous glasses with me and had the lenses replaced with my new prescription and had BOTH glasses pick up and fitted by the end of the SAME DAY! What a caring, professional hometown business. Shop local and trust experts!

While the service at this establishment is good, I recently tried to purchase contact lenses and in doing so, read MN Statute 145.71 which states that the length of the prescription shall be no shorter than 2 years unless there is medical reason for this to be a shorter term in which the Dr. must notate. I am at 1 year and 3 months and was told that all prescriptions expire after 1 year unless you specifically ask the Dr. ahead of time (which I would have done, had I known). Nothing was offered beyond this explanation and if I want more contacts, I need to pay for another exam. Seems to me they are skirting the law and scamming for more money. Perhaps a class action will be next.

I have always liked doing business with this place, everybody is very helpful and friendly. Lately I have been working with Brenda and I have been very impressed by her knowledge and her willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my new glasses. They did not honor the co-pay schedule for Superior Vision National Network insurance. According to the schedule, my co-pay for the lenses with the following options: progressive, polycarbonate, scratch coat, UV coat, photochromic, anti-reflective should have been a maximum of $190. Instead they produced their own discount sheet and wanted over $400 for the same set of options.I told them co-pay is NOT a discount its what the insured actually pays, but to no avail. They said they were not able to help me. Ive reported this to Superior Vision.In response to the reply below: I called from Collegeville (50 miles distant) to verify that Superior Vision was accepted. I connected to the insurance web site while there in the office and showed the sales person the page detailing the benefits and even read it to her aloud. I was not told when I called Id need any written documentation, or I would have brought it. Indeed I was told to just come on in.

When you want convenience and speed, talk to Pat, she was very professional and helpful. She started my insurance/prescription process by taking information over the phone, speeding up the process. After that I went there on my lunch hour, she was ready to help, we selected frames, did some measuring and bam, they were ordered and I made it back to work on time. Here is the good part, within a much shorter wait than thought, they were ready for pick up. She contacted me, once again over lunch, I went there where she did a great job fitting them to me & I was back to work in no time. She was great and I love my new glasses!!!

We cannot say enough good things about Pearle Vision in Elk River, MN!! EXTREMELY helpful and really went out of their way. We had a driver that needed glasses same day to get a straight truck back to Wisconsin. They were able to get him in immediately and cut the lenses right away to get him on his way. They even gave him a ride back to the truck after he was unable to get an Uber or taxi to bring him back. Special thanks to Jody for being so helpful and accommodating.

Purchased new line less bifocal glasses & sun glasses last month & was initially shocked at the high cost. After going back & getting different frames for the regular glasses & back 3 times to correct blurred vision with the sun glasses I am very happy with my experience.
