Tiffany was able to answer all of our questions and provide information we didn’t even know to ask about. She’s very knowledgeable about hot tubs and the chemicals required for them. She was honest and able to follow through on everything. We were able to purchase our hot tub and a week later it’s been delivered. The company that delivered the hot tub was professional and set everything up for us how we wanted it. I would definitely recommend getting a hot tub through Nassau and working with Tiffany. I have only had my pool for two years and these guys have taught me everything I need to know about my pool. Sometimes I call the shop with rookie questions and they always respectfully answer me and tell me how to take care of issues I am concerned about. I highly recommend Nassau Pools to have as your pool service.

Fantastic people. Went in to have our water tested and explained the troubles I was having. The explained what was going on and recommended 2 products to correct the issue. Our water is now clear and all levels are great in less than 24 hours. Will definitely be going back for all our pool needs.

Nassau is my new favorite pool store! They are an excellent resource for learning what you need to do to care for your pool and hot tub. I went in to have my water tested and it was so helpful how they not only provided me a printout of of water results, they also took the time to explain everything in detail, including how I should best approach resolving my water issues. After following their guidance my water was better than ever in only a few short days!

Fantastic service! We have an above ground pool that needed the liner replaced. We were given the # for the service installer (Herman) from the main office and he was prompt and professional to help us choose the correct liner and have it installed. I highly recommend Nassau Pools and Spa service!

We put in a pool two years ago (after we had a good experience getting a hot tub from them 5 years ago) and their customer service has been absolutely amazing. Far better than one could reasonably expect. Theyve never failed to be out within a day or two when weve had a small issue. Really great guys!

Fantastic company to work with. Jeremy, Jeff, and my wife and I planned our pool layout for around a year. These guys are fantastic and go above and beyond what they promise to do. They are also 100% dedicated to your families full enjoyment of your new investment for years to come. From pool supplies, maintenance, dumb new pool owner questions, they have been fantastic to work with. We searched a few different places and these guys blew them all out of the water, mainly due to responsiveness, professionalism, thoroughness through the planning stages, flexibility, and rapport. Would recommend these guys to anyone! If you live in the MN area dont use anyone else! Probably have them do a hot tub for us soon.
