This the absolute stupidest warehouse on earth. The delivery team damage an appliance, also they tried to get me to accept it and call the manufacturer for a discount. I never received a call updating me on the status of my replacement. I had to call them. It took a month to finally get my item to me.

I have attempted to reach this company for over two hours today and utilized 4 different phone numbers. Their system is horrible! I needed to make an address correction/change. Finally I spoke to Matt the manager of The Home Depot Grandville store and he is correcting the situation. Thank you, Matt!!!
