I walked in to get a part for my truck and the girl at the counter couldnt find the part even thought there was one in stock she called the manager over and he stood there and then asked a guy named Ron if he know....well Ron did he checked the places the girl was sent to check which Id have done the same then looked in a looked box behind the register if it wasnt for Ron I wouldnt have spent my 100$ there.....Ron did what he should have done as an employee the manager will I think he should be demoted Ron can take that spot bc. He obviously dose not care if sales are high or low.....why not promote the hard workers the people that put the effort forward....the ones that have the knowledge ehhh.....give the higher spots to the buddies or the liked not the deserved

Always friendly staff greets is with a smile. Can usually find what we need or they look on their computer to try to find it for us.

Good place would be better if they got some employees up to date on knowledge and train them rather than push people aside to do it won’t learn that way

Great service, staff was polite, quick to help us out, very clean and didnt smell like oil! But there pricing was a bit higher then most parts store, heck the same car battery we bought would have been atleast $10 cheaper at Wal-Mart

The staff is knowledgeable and were willing to help me with my truck questions. These folks were willing to think outside the box and helped by not just searching for parts on the computer but helped with websites for DIYs. They didnt have a certain part i needed however, I did have it the next day. They recognize and support our military, AAP doesnt have to but do offer military discounts. Friendly, professional and curtious.
