Great customer service. Called and talked to Chelsea about new tires and wheels for my truck. She was more than helpful through the whole process. They had some issues with FedEx not delivering all the tires at the same time but they kept me informed and once everything came in they got it all installed. I was only at the store for about an hour. If you need tires and/or wheels this is the place to go. Shout out to the guys in the shop as well. They made sure I was happy with everything and it looked the way I wanted it before I left.

As usual Im leaving here happy, New 10 ply Michelin tires installed on newer rims. About a 2 hour wait but come on, I was a walk-in customer on a booked up day, I more than expected to have a wait. I see alot of people have zero patience anymore though. Thank you guys for everything again. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone too.

Dalton was really helpful and knowledgeable. I only had an appointment for 1 car, but they also took care of an issue on a second car by the time I got back. Its pricy to mount low profile tires if you didnt purchase from them but they took their time mounting 30 and 35 series tires and I do not see any damage due to mounting.

Went in two have 2 tires put on rims, they put one on, but said the other rim was damaged and could not get a good seal. The problem was they never even attempted to install the tire because the original sticker was on the edge of the tire and there wasnt lube on it. It just so happened to be 5 oclock and they were closing. Just be honest next time.

Triable place, after standing around for over an hour I noticed people were pulling in and going right into the garage. So they prioritize by how much you spend. Kind of stinks when your just trying to fix a nail in a tire.

Made an appointment online. Also purchased the tires online and just dropped off the vehicle to have the new set put on. Didnt encounter any problems. Went back in the afternoon to pick it up and it was ready to go. Pretty simple process. I couldnt find anything comparable to the tires I picked out for the price. I looked at Belle and Tuffy also ran me a quote. These guys were the cheapest and I got what I needed.

I took my truck in because I had a slow leak in a tire. I have never been here or spent a single penny at any discount tire. They found a nail in my tire and fixed it for FREE. Yes I did have to wait a couple hours (I dropped my truck off so not a big deal) but if they take care of people this well you should expect to wait a little bit for great service.

I just ordered tires. From Josh S. he sounded knowledgeable and was professional in our interaction.

I needed a couple of basic tires for a fairly old vehicle.I called the day of my visit to make sure they had the tire size needed and I also asked for the price of their most basic tire. I was provided a price of $78 per tire, I needed two tires, so I knew that after taxes and fees I might be close to $170. I sent my son, as Im disabled, and basically told him what I had discussed with the salesman on the phone. My son called me, shortly after arriving, and said that they charged $250 on his card. He called me and, as I didnt know what was happening, I called the salesperson. He told me I needed lug nut kits for $45 each. I easily admit that I do not know much about vehicles so I asked him if that was optional or if it was something that was required for safety for the vehicle. He, very hatefully, said they were 5 minutes away from closing so how about they just dont do it at all. (I had called to see how late I could bring it in and we had not reached that time yet.) After I hung up with him, without a clear answer, but with knowing I needed tires, my son called me. He said they were being very nasty with him so I said if they hadnt started the car, to get the money back and leave. That is what he did. Lesson learned and we wont be back. If we had needed something additional, the salesperson could have simply explained it to me or my son and we would have been fine. The biggest issue was with how of my son and I were treated.

I brought my fleet vehicle here to replace a tire. I had an appointment for 1:00pm. The truck was there a couple of hours early. I called at 2pm to check the status to find that it wasnt even started because they couldnt get authorization from my fleet company. After commenting my fleet company to find out what was causing the delay, I found that Discount Tire entered the mileage incorrectly, adding over 300,000 miles. This is why authorization was denied. I contacted the store to inform them of the error. I didnt end up getting my truck back until almost 6pm because they were fully booked for the rest of the evening. They pushed us behind everyone else after us, even though it was their careless error that caused the problem in the first place. I had to push off my customers deliveries because I couldnt get my truck back in a timely manner. Not happy at all. Very unprofessional.

This repair shop takes great care of its customers, even if you had tires installed at another Discount Tire store. The sales person Colby was very friendly, concerned and professional. Their were 2 employees working on my truck, they had the dual tires off, valve stems replaced and back together, lug nuts torqued 2xs and back on the road in less than an hour. I called at 10:45 to ask wait for tire rotation and balancing. I was told an hour and less than five minutes away. When I got here, they said hour 15 to hour 30 tops. So should have been done by noon or little after. It is now 1:30 and Im still staring at my car not even being worked on. Dont come here unless you intend to waste your day.

They check the air pressure in my tires the attendant was very good Im very knowledgeable.

I will not go back to them. Had a nail in a tire, so I stopped in to get it fixed. 2hours later, I was told it could not be fixed. The nail was on to much of an angle to fix. They said I would have to buy a new one. They did not have them in stock. So they charged me to put my spare tire on. I left there and drove to a tire store in Bristol Indiana. They fixed the tire. I told them after, that I was told it could not be fixed. They said, well they just wanted to sell you another tire.

Treated very respectfully and helpfully. They provided me info on not 1 but 2 rebate cards with my tire purchase. Let me know of possible free roadside assistance through Continental Tires website, which I wouldnt have known about.

The guys at Discount Tire are always patient and hardworking. During my most recent visit, I got there about 10 minutes before close and they still checked my tire pressure, identified a faulty tire, and replaced the 2 tires that needed repair. They were honest and fair; and I appreciate the nice guys who helped me.

This store is one of my favorite businesses to work with. They have great prices and provide unparalleled customer service. Ive purchased several sets of tires from them over the years and have always purchased their protection plan with them. If you ever have to replace one of the tires for anything other than normal wear, they replace it for free without any hassle. I usually never spring for extending warranties or protection plans, but this program is very low cost and has paid for itself many times over.I recently purchased a used car that came with tires that I obviously didnt purchase from them and this morning I ran over a nail. I took it in to them and even though they werent tires purchased through them and didnt they have their protection plan, they repaired it for free, took the spare off and reinstalled the repaired tire, and even put the spare tire away for me. Ive never had an experience with them that was short of fantastic and I wont buy a tire anywhere else. The only negative, as some other people have mentioned, is that theyre always busy so you may be there for a bit. Ive found this only applies to walk-ins though. Every time Ive made an appointment, theyve had me in and out very quickly. Either way, I think their service is more than worth the wait.

Went there to get a tire fixed and they told my girlfriend it couldnt be fixed and refused to do so. They only wanted to sell her a new tire. She then went to Montieth tire a few miles away where they fixed it and said there was no reason not to fix it. A tire that has half the life left in it and still very road worthy. Sadly this is not the first time with this store. We Will NEVER go back.

Good thing I had a ride which gave their busy crews time to service our car tires without me waiting. I appreciated the warranty since they fixed the leak for free. Every driver in northern indiana should use snow tires during winter. Good tires make a car feel like it has claws rather than skates on ice. Worth the investment and Discount took good care of us.

The worst tire experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a tire online, said it would be at the store on Saturday. I called the store on Friday before hand and they said “yes, it will be here on Saturday”. So I wait around all day Saturday for a call, nothing... at 4PM I decide I should probably just go in because I need the tire installed.. I get there, and there is no tire... so the tech says, leave the rim and I’ll get the tire on it Monday and then you can just pick it up. OK, fine... so comes Monday, I’m leaving work at 5;15 and I haven’t heard from discount tire, who would have guessed that?!? So I once again call. The tech says, oh yes, your tire is here it just hasn’t been key’d in yet. We’ll get it done today and call you when it’s ready. So I asked, what time do you close... he says 6, but they will stay late so I can get. Great. I’ll be waiting for the call. I get the call at 6:13 PM that it’s ready. I said great, I’ll be there at 6:30... he says he will only wait 15 minutes, not 17 minutes?!? Seriously. Will never ever even think about getting another tire or sending a friend or family member to them for work. What a waste of my time and effort.

Dont buy anything here they are late, rude, and very lazy. They are over a hour late on even starting mounting my tires. Ive been on time customer but after today ill never buy another tire from them.

I needed to buy all new tires and Mike from Discount Tires really helped me out! He helped me get a great deal on 70k tires and found two rebates I could use for my purchase. Everyone was really friendly, and I was in and out quickly! I will definitely be coming back for more of my car repair needs.

I have dealt with this location for several years and have experienced nothing less than 5-star quality business throughout every part of the process: scheduling, professional interactions with staff, thorough inspections, honest and transparent pricing, and quality work. They deal with what seems to be hundreds of people every day and week without pause, and to have this consistency of work and satisfaction over the years is more than I can say of most businesses. They’ve got their system down!

Repaired a tire on a vehicle that I did not even purchase there free of charge. Never tried to turn the opportunity into selling me something. Recognized me for being a loyal customer in the past. THATS what good customer service is about!
