Large selection of crafting supplies. A little more expensive than Id like but they had the fabric I was looking for. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The store manager hovers over you as if you are stealing while you are shopping even going so far as to follow my senior citizen mother and 12 year old daughter to the exit. Kudos to the nice store clerk though for a speedy friendly checkout and for fielding questions about some of the beading products! The two stars is for the feeling of being watched and judged as thieves which is how we were made to feel.

I come here several times a week. I love it. Love their coupons too. Wish them well in their new building soon.

As far as craft stores go their prices are on the steep side. Although, the convienience of having them close by makes the extra coin well spent. The store is always extremely clean and the staff very helpful, even willing to teach/advise in some cases. They have a wide selection of materials to make blankets, curtains, garmets, and custom furniture. Their bead selection is quite extensive as well.

This store is horrible! The employees are rude and unhelpful. It takes them forever to come to the fabric counter to help you, and even longer for them to cut the fabric. The cashiers are rude to you, not to mention how slow they are to ring up your items. The store is filthy, the service is lousy, and the prices are terrible. The fabric my mom and I were wanting to purchase was marked 60% off, but the employee at the fabric table said it wasnt. She went and checked the price (which took about 5 minutes for her to do,) and it was indeed 60% off. She said she would override the price so it would reflect the correct price, but when we got to the register the cashier tried to charge us full price! We told her the employee at the fabric counter had changed the price, but she refused to correct the price at the register. She didnt even go check with the other employee! Worst experience I have ever had at a store. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! You are better off going somewhere, ANYWHERE other than this store. Maybe other Jo-Ann locations are better, but I am never shopping at this location ever again.

I love the quality of the fabric and the variety that they have. The employees are so helpful and kind.

I like the creative things they have thier it allows me to be creative myself In my spare time. I also enjoy when things go on sale then I can splurge just a little more.

Called the store to see if they had a certain material i was looking for, & i was told i cant go look, because im stuck at the register, and only 2 of us working. how can such a huge store have just 2 people working ??

The staff that works here is very friendly and helpful. I will go here again, l would reccomend it for others who are looking for their crafts, and sewing projects.
