A lively bunch that make you feel welcome with great customer service and the local bike shop vibes. Stopped in to check the place out and ended up buying a bike a few days later. Eddie was super helpful without being pushy. He offered to go take a ride with me so I could hop between bikes and get a good feel for the differences. Who does that? These guys! I was pressed for time, so it didnt work out but I was confident enough that they would make sure I was happy that I just bought it. Could not be happier.They are moving to a new location downtown soon and cant wait to watch this place grow. Great addition to The Gateway Mile. Highly recommend

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff; bike selection was a bit slim (most likely cause everyone is buying bikes) but came here for very specific bike and good selection of bike accessories.

Wow. Top notch customer service. We got there about ten mins after they closed and decided we would just look in the window to see what they had. Almost immediately Bob opened the door and invited us in. We told them we could come back another time when they were open but they told us not to worry about it. Bob took the time to show us a few different bikes and even offered to let us ride them around. The entire staff was awesome and needless to say we bought two bikes. We said we would have to come back next week to pick them up and Bob asked where we lived and it was on his way home. He delivered the bikes for us on his own time. They all went above and beyond our expectations. If you need a bike or any accessories stop in and check them out. What a great local business to support. Top notch service !!!

Needed some work done on my MTB so brought it in and not only did these guys get on it in a hurry, do an awesome job of explaining the issues and possible solutions, they also loaned me a very nice bike (way nicer than the one I brought in) so I could have something to ride on my family vacation. So thankful to have a bike shop like this that I trust to take care of me and my bike. Way to go guys!!! Highly recommended!

Jason did a great job explaining some simple maintenance things and tuned up bike. New owner Hooked me up with pair of winter riding gloves for a great price. Going back tomorrow to pick a few things up. Trust their knowledge and nice guys to work with.

A bike and bike rack was damaged in an accident, and Golden Bear repaired the bike, tuned up the bikes and advised us on the purchase of a new bike rack. The bikes are as good as new, and we purchased an economical bike rack that is exactly what we need. Thanks, Jason, for your help and good advice.

Left room for improvement.(probably on my part)..well see how things go from here on...they seem pretty knowledgeable and are willing to teach if youre looking to build your own MTB like i am🤷🏾‍♂️🍻
