I went in for an oil change, expecting to have a good day. One of the male workers there was extremely rude. He tried to make me feel stupid on many occasions since I’m a female.He was talking trash about my car and what he hated about it. Definitely set the tone for my day. 100% don’t recommend this place go anywhere else for better service. Not professional.

I have been in the oil change industry since 1985 and jiffy lube was one of the companies I worked for. Owned by Lucor inc, the service to me was not up to jiffy lube standards unless they have changed. To check on my air filter no check on my cabin air, said they checked my lights and was not checked. I always hated to see these types of reviews but we can always get better unless like I said standards have changed.

I have visited the Jiffy Lube location on Cassapolis Street twice this year and the service is excellent. They are very professional, efficient and friendly. I also did not know how to clear the oil change light on my dashboard and one of the employees showed me how to do it.They are also open Sundays when alot of other locations are not. I highly recommend going to them you will not be disappointed.

I used to enjoy going here because the ppl were nice but now they just be doing a whole lot of talking & not checking fluids & tire pressure & other things that come with a oil change.. they just seem be trying to hurry up & get you out the bay even if it’s nobody else even waiting…

These boys were fast on a Saturday morning!! They didnt try to sell me extra stuff!! I needed an oil change and thats what they did!

I’m a transporter and have several of my trucks serviced at this location now for a couple of years. I can honestly say the manager Robbie runs a tight ship and I haven’t had any issues with the services they offer. I’d recommend Jiffy lube for all the services they offer. Dylan, had poor customer service skills and spent more time on his phone then he did checking the vehicle. The receipt said they checked the wipers but they never touched them, and I had to ask for the sticker for the next oil change, that’s when he said they didn’t have any. Probably the worse service for an oil change!

I hadn’t been to Jiffy Lube in a while and mostly because I can get an oil change WAY cheaper elsewhere. I knew I would be paying for the convenience of it but I was surprised when my bill was over $55 for a standard oils change.

They were quick with the job got itdone fast.

The technician that I dealt with was much more interested in hanging out with the other customer with a giant diesel truck than he was in helping me. Didnt offer or check anything but the oil. Normally I have the technicians change the air filters and anything else they recommend. Nothing else was offered.. just the oil change.

Quick and efficient. We were on the road heading for California when the change oil light came on, drove in and drove right out. It was also great that the staff did not try to upsell.

Relatively fast and friendly service. I had to ask to get the tires checked and filled. It was the very first time I have ever had to ask for that part of the service. Other than that minor issue the service was fine as always.

Super fast, decent price. I got full synthetic oil on my F350 diesel, and new fuel filters. Cannot believe how fast I was in and out.

The service performed was ok. Nothing special just an average service performed by average technicians. Being a lube shop owner for 22 years and being extremely familiar with jiffy lubes safety echoing system, these techs did not follow corporate safety protocol by echoing safety commands properly. I brought my own fuel filters and ask that they be installed for me. The pit tech had no idea what he was doing and called for someone else to come down and do it for him. I was not shown my air filter nor was it mentioned to me. I was not educated as to manufacturers preventive maintenance recommendations nor offered an opportunity to have any extra services performed. Overall i would grade my visit a D+.

It was a fast check on very thing on car gave great feed back. I fog light not working but it was something they cant repair. Which is just fine. I need to take to the dealership for repair. Great quick service.

I could only get oil change because the mechanic wasn’t for the rest of what I needed. They were fast, nice, and good price.

Pay attention... no, record the work thats done to your car. Then compare that to what was included in your signature service. Yeah, you just paid $70 for an oil change and they didnt do anything else. Didnt even use the oil I asked for, so I reduced this rating from 2 stars to 1.Find somewhere else. Ive given this place way too many chances.

Same like no one knew what they were doing I will not come back they broke a piece on my truck blamed it on the manufacturer they did fix it but it was their fault and they wouldnt take the blame everyone look like they did not know what they were doing I have a $60,000 truck and I have to know that its getting done right

They did my oil change checked my tires but didnt check any other fluids, and I left without power steering fluid and low on brake fluid

Took my Yukon to Jiffy Lube for them to put it on machine because a few days prior I took Yukon somewhere else to get the oil changed and the engine light came on. The gentleman who put truck on the machine was very helpful and professional, told us what the problem was and didnt charge us anything. I will definitely be going to Jiffy Lube next time for a oil change

Waited outside longer than I would have liked but the employees were courteous.

The kids were very unprofessional. Changed the oil and added wiper fluid that was it. My wiper was even hanging in two pieces and the paper said ok checked. Was just absolutely the worst experience like they werent trained or held accountable for what they were doing. I absolutely will never go back. I also checked the oil level after and it was barely touching the stick after sitting awhile

I got my oil change by other companys and it was just not the same .. Jiffy lube on cassopilis service my new vehicle and not a drop of oil is left in my garage on the floor. Fast friendly. Im diffenitly coming back for all other services. Im a mechanic. But i dont have time work on my own car. But jiffysGot my back.

Team was great but did not preform all of the services. On receipt they put declined on a lot of the services that was not asked of me. Things like tire pressure, windows will not go back.

I was in and out in 25 minutes. Very satisfied

Was able to just stay in my car while I got my oil changed and fluids checked and stopped off, which was nice since u have little ones and its been so cold out! They got me in and out of there in about 15 mins!

Arrived Sunday morning and first thing, manager is asking a drunk passed out under a tarp to please relocate. Then was unable to open the money safe but started taking customers on cards only and didn’t take long to get in and out. She also cleared an engine light for me, very happy and will be back!

In my opinion, i dont think they used a 10w30 oil because it was thinner than what the guy i usually have change my oil uses and it was also murky in color. However, they did point out i may have lifter issues.

I had two bad experiences at this jiffy lube ( only been there twice ) First time I happen to notice I was paying for synthetic oil and he was adding regular in. The tech was mad he had to redo it.Second. I am going on a trip go to get an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter check the manager refused to do the tire rotation and cabin filter check since he was short staffed. So he refuses serviced offered. For a while I was the only car there.

Robbie replaced both hub assemblies front bakes and rotors on my 2014 ram 3500 6.7 Cummins. Got me on road again same day by 1:00. Every other shop I called couldn’t get to it till later in the week.

Well I thought everything went well, nice friendly service and done in a short time. But after a short time of leaving this business my OIL light flashes saying (low oil pressure) and CHANGE OIL SOON!!! I will be returning to have this checked! Hopefully just a simple problem of forgetting to reset warning.

I had never been to a jiffy lube, I didn’t want to make an appointment anywhere so i headed over at peak time, waited on one car then just drove right in, stayed in my car, they handled everything very well, checked all my fluids, the cars purring now, i will be back for sure 👍

Always really nice staff members. Although i did ask for the discount the TV in the lobby mentioned to say something about the Murals in Indianapolis they are painting. The staff member who was checking us out said shes not aware of any offer

Received a oil change and it took less then 20 minutes.

I trust jiffy lube. Usually they check everything in the car, lights, tire pressure, etc. But this time we went about 40 mins before closing and they didn’t do anything besides our oil change. I had a low tire so I was hoping to get it filled back up. But it’s ok, all of my other experiences have been good.

The employee was very rude to me and had me pay for my whole oil change even though they couldn’t get to the filter to change it, because there were more people in line. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I had great service today! They did everything so quickly, and I didnt even have to get out of the car! They informed me of the other problems with my car and took care of that at the same time. After everything I was expecting to be paying an arm and a leg, but my bill wasnt that high. Great service!

I used a Groupon and got a great deal for an oil change and tire rotation. Tire balance was $20 pr tire so Im getting that done at Walmart for half the price.

I went in for an oil change and the oil I normally get was out. The service tech told what difference were and what to expect from the oil they had in stock. He also only recommended what I actually needed and didnt try to push purchases on me like some of the other Jiffy Lubes.Really great service and hospitality.

Quick and to the point service. No fuss oil change, no trying to talk me into extra services. Also came with a free window wash and topping the air up in the tires.

Taken my car here for oil changes off and on for the past 10 years, never had any issues. Everyone that Ive ever dealt with has been very professional and seemed knowledgeable. Service is always reasonably quick without an appointment. They have 3 bays so they keep things moving. I will continue to use this location in the future.

The first time i came here, they were nice and fast. Polite. The past few times were horrible. They are very rude, act as if you cant/not supposed to ask questions. Very lazy, they talk about other customers while doing your car. I wish i didnt have to come here 😒

They forgot to reset my oil change light. Stop back by and instead of just coming back and taking care of it had to wait for everyone to finish. Nothing like waiting another 30 minutes after you’ve already had your oil changed and paid to try to get them to fix their mistake. Waste of my time and I will never come here again.
