Appointment scheduled for second time, again stood up. First time nobody at location. Second time staff member rude and acted like we were an imposition and told us we did not have appointment.Left and went to two competitors and were welcomed and treated like customers. With all the money this business spends on advertising you would think customers would be valued.

Great service. Friendly staff. Will definitely return.

COMPLETE KITCHEN MAKEOVER 3/1/2021I had a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Experience with Kitchens Etc. They were professional helpful and always willing to listen to any concern I had no matter how big or small and quick to make a correction to make it right. We had some delays but never the fault of Kitchens Ect.( shipping delays, COVID, and items coming in damaged)I would highly recommend them.

Update:According to Kelly?, any errors of the job are our fault.Other than Ann, the sales person, the business is a joke.Shoddy workmanship but nice people, who don’t return phone calls or keep their word.We won’t be using them again.With cellphones and email there are no reasons not to keep the customers informed!

The attention to detail, knowledge of product availability and pricing, the excellence in customer services (onsite, at the business location and at the warehouse), the willingness to work within personal budgets, promptness of response/reply and the kindness displayed to my wife and I demonstrate the pursuit of excellence within the Kitchens Etc., Inc. brand. We look forward to working with Steve, Kelsey and staff on remodeling/replacement of bathrooms countertops....and more.

Went in for a design consultation and never heard back. Decided to go with another company that was more prompt for what we needed.In response to management below if it was a misunderstanding on our part I apologize. Unfortunately your timeframe just didn’t meet ours. You did have a great product line and a lot of items to choose from which was great!

Had these guys do my kitchen several years ago, and now Im having them do a few additional things for me. Repeat business with a company should tell you all you need to know really. :)

I don’t know anything about their services, but if their drivers are any indication of that then no thanks. Horribly slow, rude, and dangerous

Great service experience.

Laborers and Project Manager were professional and hardworking.Customer Service, scheduling and ownership was lacking. They were difficult to reach during the process, and did not always communicate important details. Also, many details we clearly communicated were missed or forgotten. Not all details were shared with the laborers onsite. I had to direct them on certain design aspects, like the height of the vanity. When an issue arose, small ones were quickly fixed by the Project Manager, while bigger ones were passed to the owner. While trying to resolve these issues, the owner and designer were argumentative and unprofessional. We even received part of an internal email, which said something offensive about us. The designer and owner made this process difficult and very frustrating. My entire career has been in customer service, and this experience takes the gold medal for the worst. Contrary to their typical reviews, our experience was completely different.I STRONGLY recommend choosing a DIFFERENT company.

Kitchens etc. made our dream kitchen a reality! Steve, and the whole crew are excellent to work with! They did a great job!

Great kitchen sales organization..custom or otherwise..they do it all!
