Terrific products and customer service. This is how a company should be run.

This company is very nice over the phone. That seams to be where the support stops. I have been dealing with a faulty water heater (Truma AquaGo Comfort) for over a few months now. It seemed to rectify it self after a local service tech came and checked on it. that fix lasted about a day, and so they local rep was supposed to order a part with Truma. (No fault with Truma here, but they never ordered it). After a follow up a few weeks ago, the local service rep ordered the part. After two weeks of waiting and having extremely intermittent hot water, the part has still never shipped. I have called Truma daily over the past few days, and just get the same story, as in it will ship tomorrow, it is shipping today, I dont know why it has not shipped, etc...Nothing but lip service over the pone, and yet I am still without hot water in my RV. this unit is not even a year old, and was not even six months old when we first started to have problems. From my experience I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We cannot say enough good about the company. They took such good care of us when we had our water heater installed. We was going to spend the night in their spot for RV’s but they were full, they paid for us to go to a campground over night. This is a company who cares about their customers. It was so nice to have endless hot water today for our showers. Thanks again so much to all of you at Truma.Dennis and Jackie and of course Pepe’ le poodle.

What a great bunch of people and a great company to work with. Jason, my tech, was professional, polite, and confident. I will be a Truma customer whenever possible (and it looks like more cool (and hot products!) are on the way soon!).

Water mixer broke while still under warranty. I was told repairs and replacement would not be covered since Truma declared it was from frost damage. Break occurred in late spring/early summer. Temperatures rarely reach freezing even in winter. Additionally both dealership and I did not think damage was related to frost. I would not recommend their products.

I recently required service under my 2 year warranty on a Truma Combi Comfort Plus 6 furnace. The Elkhart facility was spacious, clean and efficient. Jason Wright was my service technician. He did an outstanding job at assessing the problem and effecting immediate repairs. I was out of the shop in two hours! I categorize this as outstanding service. Thank you Truma! Keep up the great work!

I would give them more stars than this but 5 is the max.We received our 5th wheeler and the dealer had not winterized correctly which caused us issues.I called them up and on the same day they told me to bring it in and they had it all fixed. Since then we have used the system and has been without issue. I measure this by my wifes showering time without complaint :)Great product and great service.

Our Isata 3 truma water heater had a leak. Foundthat fixing it close to home was going to be expensive and not timely. We needed a road trip. Chantel and Michael were awesome. The building is beautiful, two RV sites in the back for overnight. Half the price and very timely. Elkhart is a great little town to visit. Thanks guys, you were so helpful.

Awesome customer service from everyone we dealt with at the Elkhart location. Our Combi unit had developed a leak and the Truma team got it trouble shot and replaced with a brand new unit in less than 1.5 hours and got us back on the road to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Great customer service from a company that stands behind a great product.
