Would not recommend,have had better service. Asked twice(2 different employees)about the brick mold I installed on my old door just a couple months before I got the new door,Id like to have returned to me but cant get a answer from them. The one (new) panel had the plastic trim busted and broken off. They were quick to change my remaining balance on my card they had on file but cant return my material I asked to have back. Will go elsewhere next time!

Our garage door spring broke late Friday after 4T was closed. My husband called them since their website states they have 24/7 emergency service. There was no answer so he left a message to call us ASAP. We waited all weekend with no response so he called again as soon as they opened Monday morning. He was told they couldn’t send anyone out until TUESDAY. This is unacceptable for a company advertising 24/7 emergency service. We called someone else and it will be fixed same day.

Fantastic experience! I scheduled an appointment yesterday, they quoted me a time (9:30-11:30) of arrival and said the technician would call when he was on his way. Craig called me at 9:40 to say he was on his way. Not o my did he replace my garage door spring but he also lubricated everything that needed to be AND explained what had happened to the spring, what he was going to do to fix it, and explained everything when he was done. He was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely recommend 4T Door!!

I called this company at 3Pm on Tuesday and by 4:15 they replaced the springs on my garage door.The lady who answered the phone was so good about getting someone to repair my door. The installer was also very good. I know he was a bit nervous because I had two classic cars that were in his work space but no problems.This is the second time I have used 4T. Highly recommend them!
