Normally very well kept, friendly staff and very organized . My grocery store of choice near by!

Went to stop by at 10 pm after seeing in Google maps and calling ahead and was yelled at from the parking lot saying “we close at 10”. An old man and woman both told me I was wrong when I told them that I had just called and verified that their phone system said they were open and the hours were until 11pm. They waved dismissals at me. Called and spoke with customer service who hung up on me when i told them that I had been yelled at and told I was wrong when they said they closed early due to “staffing issues.” I will be reporting all of them to corporate in the morning.

Its okay but dont go twenty minutes before closing, you wont be able to get in... Very strict about that!

Ok lets start here lately with this store#1 gas station cashier ripped me off for .80 cents not a huge deal just some change. Normally this is my regular store but now I will drive elsewhere. #2 rude cashiers past 2 times the cashiers have been rude. I get it short staffed and over worked. Honestly #3 is really messed up this evening I went to buy some doughnuts for my grand children I dont usually buy junk with snap but I am broke and wanted some fun snacks for them. The cashier was in a foul mood but what got me is she keept canceling my payment and played it off like it was my fault. I have never felt that discriminated for using ebt before. I think maybe this person needs a different job if she is that hateful. Today is August 2nd 2021. The time was 845pm. She was the only female cashier on the other was a gentleman. Thanks for making my day.

Went into the bathroom to take my kid to the bathroom and I wouldnt even let a dog into those bathrooms they were so nasty and dirty

Krogers is a place Id choose for shopping groceries over other stores especially the big box stores an heres why right from the entrance I was greated, an as soon as you walk in youll be right at the produce accompanied by the deli, bakery, dairy everything was well organized an the prices an deals are hard to beat heck they even have a gas station were the more you shop the more you can save on gas! An even checking out was a breeze with multiple lanes open an self checkout as an added option, the cashier was friendly an introduced himself an put the delicates such as eggs, bread loafs, an bananas on the cart last after he bagged them all well done 5/5

Its a fine Kroger. Newer store built within the last 15 years. Ample parking. Deli, fruits and vegetables, and bread are to the left upon entry. Other than that, nothing exceptional, its what youd expect any grocery store to be.

Quick, convenient, friendly, and always good food, good choices. Almost always find what were looking for there.Because we have had some physical issues of late we tried their. new order shopping..Love it.

This store is absolutely disgusting! Dirty... You can easily contract head lice in this store.. I have stopped in several times to find moldy, old fruit, all of it! You can clearly see no one pays attention to detail when cleaning either... YUK.!!!

Their pumps need fixed ASAP 10min ago I was pumping gas when the little kickstand thing in the handle snapped back on my finger and sliced it open. I am very disgusted by the amount of germs that just got into my system as I am fighting cancer and have a weak immune system. I will never be using them again.

This visit was horrible at this Krogers nobody to help me with the digital coupons and the cashier was Moody. If you want something from Kroger dont shop here their shells are usually empty of all sale items.

I would rate higher but the store and management seems laxed about allowing people in and to shop without masks during this pandemic. About every time I am in this store, I see about 5 people without masks on shopping and no associate or manager ever seems to say anything despite the stores policy about having masks on when you enter.

I like the prices at Kroger. It can tends to be a little crowded and you may have to wait a few minutes in line, but its not bad.

My stolen debit card was fraudulently used at this Kroger and they said there was NOTHING they could do. Not even call the police to let them know a thief attempted to purchase $400 worth of stuff with a stolen card. I will never go here again. The lack of empathy, understanding or assistance is enough to steer me away.

Produce is getting better but the main reason we shop here its for the gas points. Not a bad store not a great store. I do like the Click shop. Its very easy to use and they have gotten my orders correct both times Ive used it

Food quality is really good for that give 5 stars but the place is packed with customers and more than 60% dont have mask. Why theres noone at the door controlling the amount of people that goes in the store and why they dont use mask... no wonder here at elkhart theres more and more positive cases of covid 19. This is serious. This is not a joke!! Krogers has to control all of this things or customers and employees will get sick!

Even though they were short staffed with only one cashier with her light off trying to end her shift and they only had self check out open. Kailey took us in her lane with a smile then the next family behind us. Thanks Kailey youre awesome!!!

I always find what I need, the staff is always helpful and friendly, the prices are so low its crazy great, reliable to be open all hours, theres nothing to hate and so much to love here. Awesome general grocery store. The only thing that sucks is the lack of staff at night so theres a big line of people waiting at the express check outs and no cashiers. Oh, and there always seems to be an active fire truck and cops in front of this Kroger lol.

I love the lady Sharon B. in their meat department. She makes me feel like were friends or family. Her willingness to help while she stock her department is to me above reproach

This by far is the best Kroger store for me to do my grocery shopping. Its very spacious and they tend to have everything Im looking for with little waiting time when I checkout.

Variety of products. Staff is very helpful. They sell both cooked and non cooked items. Great for going food shopping

I love shopping at Krogers! I can find just about anything because of shopping there so much! I love the that they offer the cents off per gallon if you use your Krogers card. Also the employees there are super friendly and helpful

Worst pharmacy Ive ever used. I transferred a prescription from my regular pharmacy to here bcz the price was cheaper thru good rx. Huge mistake not only did they not ever have my prescription when it was needed to be refilled they would try to tell me they would give me 10 until the rest of the prescription would be available which was nice but the problem was they wanted to charge me 3x the price! Staff was extremely rude when I told them this was a prescription that needed to be filled on the fill date. Im happily paying the extra money for my other pharmacy from now on.

Several common items we went in for they were completely out of! When going to check out there were 2 manned check outs..with lines. The self check out had a line that wound around to the customer service desk. The self check out did not run smoothly..and delay the process very much. All in all a very frustrating visit were some simple groceries! Sorry I normally love Kroger this was a very bad visit!

Great deals and low prices, however, youll need a Kroger Card for any and all discount. But the the card is very beneficial, especially when used w/ the mobile app.

The lady working the self check out was amazing. Didnt catch her name but she was funny, nice, and acted like no one was going to bring her down. Great attitude.The only problem I had was there were zero, ZERO carts inside. Its raining. I needed dog food and a few other things. Had to carry it all with me up the register.

A very big store - lots of variety, large produce & floral selection, really nice organic foods department with a large selection! Large bakery & meat department. This store offers a huge variety & many choices per item, but I especially like the many options available in Kroger store brand items! They have lots of great sales too!

Beautiful Kroger with employees who are friendly and seem to take great pride in their store. Its always clean, stocked, and organised. And an employee is always easy to find if you have a question.

Adding a transaction fee for cash back, made kroger lose most my builsiness. can see transaction fees if you are not a regular customer. i been using kroger for several years as my main grocery store.with the kroger card should not charge fees for cash back when purchassing goods.no other main grocery retailer charges a transaction fee for cash back from customers, only smaller less used retailers have done that .say goodby to my monthly grocery trip to kroger .will be going to martins and meyer from now on .

Got some strawberries yesterday at Johnson st were so good. Went to Krogers on Hively st..got some more. And theirs were from Florida and good. Waste of my money.

There were no shopping carts or even baskets available . they are lacking employees to help direct people to certain items . I feel sorry for the good workers who are overworked. Its a really sad situation! Just saying...

This has been our mainstay for local groceries but lately the experience has been very poor. Within the last 6 months they installed security cameras with attached screens at the ends of most aisles and all over the self checkout space with one huge one beyond the registers. The screens flash You are being recorded or similar any time they see movement. I feel like a criminal being under such tight surveillance.The produce selection has really diminished in the last year. An employee told me that was because whatever they could not sell they stopped ordering. This makes sense, economically, but it means that Im now missing all sorts of winter vegetables and were getting really bored of the limited offering in the produce section. Its hard to eat healthy at this Kroger.In other areas of the store, like the dairy, they do stock products we do want but these products are very frequently out-of-stock so we cant depend on these products being available.Theres a deli worker who is always rude and uninterested in serving us. If we stand around long enough that she notices us she still makes us feel like were a tremendous inconvenience to her.The self checkout lanes usually have 1-2 machines (of 6) that are not functional and the attendant is never very attendant. When the machines have a problem we have to go seek out the attendant and either get him/her off his/her cell phone or interrupt chit chat with another employee to get some assistance.Finally, the straw that is breaking my back: the last 4 times we have purchased OREOs from this location, 90% of the cookies have been broken in the package! Do the night time stockers or their shippers have no respect for my cookies?!I dont know if its management or simple apathy and erosion but this Kroger location is only keeping our business with sheer geographical convenience and nothing else.

Service desk waited on me in a timely fashion. Only one checkout was on. Young lady did a fair job but didnt appear to be pleased that she had customers.

Hardly anyone has a mask on in this store. Sign outside says its required but even a few employees were not wearing them correctly.I saw flies in the bakery bins and just walked out after that!

They have a great lunch menu and cheap! Great place to go to get a carry out lunch for under $5 .

The entire mens bathroom floor was covered and soaked in urine from the entrance all the way back to the stalls. Is this the premium shopping experience the corporate Kroger is looking for a Kroger marketplace?

I like going grocery shopping at Kroger because the great prices and the nice people that work there.

It stunk! Was waiting in line and the cashier kept walking away to do other business other then ringing up the people in front of me. So instead of waiting I went to ring it up myself at the self scanner, that thing kept telling me to remove the items, so along comes someone to help and they kept talking instead of listening to what I was trying to tell them. All in all I will never go back to that Kroger store again.

I always shop here. The only thing I would change is the fresh produce section, other than that, great selection of items.

A great shopping place but the 16 year old bagers are very bad at their job. They need to be trained right or not be working yet. When I went in there got all my grocerys, they were bagging it all then tried to put the pop on top of all my stuff. Put my pies on the bottom and put bread with suger. Whoever they are they need to be trained right.

Was fast and convenient. Only bad thing only had self checkout and Express lane open. And I had a cart full.

This Kroger is by far the best one in Elkhart. Things are easy to find and the employees here do their jobs very well.

There are never enough cashiers and now that they are not open 24 hours they seem to be muchbusier. The self check out lanes never have a cashier available to assist when you need them. They are either not at their station or busy helping someone and when there is not a regular check out lanes available it is very frustrating. Pay better to get better help.The guy bringing in carts 2 or 3 nights ago, Tuesady night almost hit with a big row of carts that he had just brought in. He knew I was there becaus3 he stopped and while I still wiping off the handle he shoved the carts toward me and I had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit. What real jerk! I said out loud, that was very rude! And he made a noise of disgust. I got the hell away from him because he scared me!

Place is nice, good selection of fruits an veggies.store has a good selection of most things .It is a bad place to check out at night after 10:00 pm . People are lined up at least 10 or more at a time . Self- checks are hard to use .4 - 5 check outs are open .Their is a normal wait of10- 20 minutes to check out . Very poorly planed.

I tried the new online ClickList feature, for the first three orders you were not supposed to be charged a service fee. I was charged the service fee, called the store to find out why, talked to a representative, told him what I was experiencing as far as being charged a fee, he said he couldnt do anything about it, I stated I wanted my order cancelled. He said ok and hung up without getting my infomation. I called back, went through all the prompts, finally got the rep, told him I wanted to cancel my order and could he do it while I was on the phone with him. My order was finally cancelled. Now i have to watch my account closely to make sure I was not going to be charged. Ill just go in the store like I usually do. Its a good concept, maybe they just need to work out the kinks.

Had a strange visit went to the checkout, the floor supervisor opened up a lane so we moved over there, but we were never greeted so we didnt know if we should load our groceries as we never saw her log in so we stood there until it seemed awkward so we asked if she was ready and she answered us that she is never ready and repeat that, we told here that both me and my wife both had worked for Kroger but she told us that she would never work for Kroger that long sad thing she never did greet us or thank us maybe she forgot where her paycheck comes from? I’d give 0 stars if I could they used to work 24hrs now you come in at 11:45 pm and here come the security guys chasing you down to tell you to hurry up because the store is closing in 15 minuets also the security harass you just for sitting in your car in the parking lot while I wait on my wife shopping! Such a disappointment. Tear it down and build a Walmart instead!
