Unfortunately due to the pandemic my shed was repoed and when it was hauled away the person was nasty to and almost ran over my kids. Everything in my shed was all over and things got broken.

The man running the lot is nice as can be. BUT when you pay off you have to deal with Southern Lease Management and they give you the run around. We paid off after only 3 months and when we did they didnt tell me anything about going to some website to cancel my auto pay and they ended up taking another payment. When I called them they laid the blame on me because I should have known to go to a totally different website and tell them to stop taking my money. It took them 10 to refund my money.

BUYER BEWARE. The man that sells the sheds is nice however you have to deal with PRARIE BUILT BARNS AKA Cotton Land Barns And SOUTHERN LEASE MANAGEMENT both of which are dishonest. They gave me the wrong account number to make a payment to and then did not credit the payment for 2 months to my account all the while threatening to come and repossess the shed. They refuse to respond to questions, they hang up the phone & wont answer during business hours if you ask a question they cannot answer and they do not have anyone that can provide customers with information regarding their accounts. The management does not exist. UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE FOR STORAGE DO NOT BUY FROM SOUTHERN LEASE MANAGEMENT AKA COTTON LAND BARNS. Both my wood & metal sheds leak & they refuse to repair them under warranty. If I was not injured and desperate I would return these shed to this despicable company!
