Have had to get collision repairs a couple times over the past few years. They have been great everytime. Good communication and clear expectations.

Did not fix damage behind bummer or even tell us there was damage. Months later when weather warmed up and we went to use a/c we found out about the damage. When insurance appraiser contacted them they tried to say there was no damage and we must have done it after they replaced bumper and grille. Even though there is not even a scratch on our bumper or grille. No way that damage could happen with a pristine bumper.

Amazing, outstanding and superior work and service! John and his crew made it like it never even happened. We brought in our 4 day owned 2019 Challenger Scatpack after unfortunate timing with a drunk lady in a parking lot and these guys understood our horror and disbelief, AND tears. They truly made my husbands new baby look like nothing had happened. Kudos to Cody for being able to match the factory Octane Red! Elko Body Shop Rocks! ❤

Very nice people and even though our car was there longer then expected that wasnt their fault super happy with the outcome car looks brand new. Would recomend taking any veichle to these guys for sure

This is one of the best Body Shops in town. worked there for about three months before they had no more work and i was let go. The only problems i could see there was that there was problems with peoples insurance companys not getting back to the shop as soon as the customer had wanted and they would get angry and over dramatic about it. all in all it is a good body shop and i would recommend it to anyone that would ask me if i knew a good shop. there estimates may be lower than the actual price due to finding new problems with the vehicle or unseen troubles while it is undergoing repairs. that is the only downside of and ESTIMATE. It is a general range of the price it isnt the exact price but a close rough guess of the actual price.

I will never go to this body shop again! They originally gave me an estimate of the work on my car taking 1 week to fix. It took 3 weeks! I had to call twice a week to check on the progress of my car to even get it back that soon! Then when my car was done, after my insurance paid the estimate, they charged me another fee saying additional charges were made to the work. Finally, I get the car back, my seat belt was put back in the car incorrectly and my car was full of garbage. I will never take my car here again!

Dont go anywhere else this is the best place for auto repair! They do a fantastic job

I would give 0 stars if I could. The lady on reception was rude and disrespectful! Left parts there to be worked on, came back a week later - the lady was still rude and unprofessional and couldnt give me the date when the job is gonna be done! Worst customer service!
