Great set up on the phone. Smart, helpful, quick and thorough. Great quote. OK, not thorough. I was not informed the shop may have an upcharge. It would have been 1st month ols 120. But owner or shop waived! Auto Pros deserves the business. Smart Start needs to be sure clients are fully informed in quote process!!!
