We recently purchased a complete set of tires with a road hazard warranty, believing that it was fully covered....wrong.The replacement tire was covered, but not the price difference between then and now. Taking the tire off and putting new tire on....not covered. New tire has no warranty on it, unless you purchase one for THAT tire only!!Sorry, but Purcell has lost my business. Too bad to, I was considering buying a new set of 10 ply tires (6) for my dually truck and four more for my car hauler trailer.So, over an $81.00 bill they lost around $2,500 worth of future business.🤷‍♂️I would recommend that you carefully read their road hazard warranty before you buy.

My experience with Purcell was great! Customer service was great too!!Answered all the questions I had. The mechanics /tire man were good at what they do. Was very satisfied. Had a bad experience with Les Schwabs almost a month ago. Too many young employees working there. Need to get more experience and communicate with their customers with the questions they might have!!! Thank you Purcells.

I bought some Eagle Sports for my Mustang 9 years ago from Percell tires. Surprised they lasted that long. I got there 15 minutes before closing, but they stayed & put the tires on in less than 30 minutes n got a huge discount on the tires. Thanks Percell Tires you guys are awesome.

They are great to work with, when Ive had a problem with my oil changes, they have been quick to fix it. However, yesterday they charged me $52 to replace a battery, which I thought was pretty excessive. I asked about it and they said they usually charge for a full hour of $110 to change a battery but they gave me a break. Other than that, they have been pretty good.

Five stars is not high enough to rate the performance and professionalism of the staff at Purcell Tires. The first time we took our vehicle in to have tires checked. After an hour and a half of them inspecting every tire thoroughly, deflating and reinflating all four tires and remounting them... they did not even charge me a dime. The second time we took the vehicle in to have the brakes inspected... Again no charge. And they confirmed that despite two previous opinions from two other tire shops my brakes were fine and did not need to be done. Our third experience... we took a different vehicle in... A minivan with over 300,000 mi on it and we believed was going to be unrepairable or incredibly expensive to repair. Turns out it was a thermostat, a couple of gaskets, a switch and a hose. The mechanic... Ryan kept us updated throughout the process of repairs. All repairs were made at a very minimal cost. Now my van runs like a charm!Fallon and Ryan were both awesome with their communication and their professionalism.The staff here is kind, courteous, thorough and fair!

The counter girl was 5 star excellent, but the driver or mechanic left a scuff line on my door from holding it open with shoe and a lot of shoemarks along the whole door frame inside. Everywhere else uses paper over the door frame and floor so that this doesnt happen.I dont step on the door frame going in or out so I know it was your employee.

Reasonable price for mechanical work they did for me. Problem getting all the parts when they were ordered. After replacing the ball joints etc. they aligned the wheels. I installed new tires but after about 500 miles noticed they were wearing out on the inside.very rapidly. I took my truck back & they found that the alignment had moved significantly. The bolts were tight but the parts somehow had moved. They stood behind their work & realigned it then ordered 2 new tires to replace the ones that wore out. Unfortunately when the tires came in they were 17” instead of 16” & didn’t fit. They ordered the right size but couldn’t get them as they were on back order from every place that sold them. 4 months later they finally installed 2 new tires of a different (more expensive) brand than the original, but same size.It has been very frustrating but they do stand behind their work. I think they are honest & seem to do good work.I will go back to have work done in the future.

Got a flat from a blown valve stem on my F350, told them to go ahead and change both rear tire stems. Was told only going to take 45 minutes and ended up taking 2 1/2 hours. When all was said and done they didn’t get one of my tire sensors to read and found out it was broken when I took it into Ford. They also had there tech scratch the hell out of my truck rim. The rims and tires where only 6 months old and have no scratches or blemish at all. Then when they showed me and had me come back inside the store the manager tried to tell the assistant manager that it was like that then I came in right in front of me. After this expirence I will not be returning or letting any of my family/ friends do busyness with them again!

Got the tires that I needed real bad. They did a real good job, plus the cashiers were friendly and helped us out.

Friendly service with knowledgeable staff all around! Pricing was better than all of Elko area tire shops. Service was fast and professional. Ordered a set of BFG KM3s and were delivered within a week. Most shops were out of stock for multiple weeks to months and charging triple the price. Dont waste your time with other shops!

Went in for a low tire to get some air and dang if it didnt have a nail in it close to the sidewall. No safe repair could be done. My odd size tires were not in stock but Ashlyn was so prompt and found me some in SLC that could be in the following morning. Sure enough I got a call the next morning by around 11 that my car was ready to pick up. Good Customer service is hard to find anymore but not a problem at Elkos Purcell. ALWAYS go above and beyond and super friendly smiles from everyone who works there. Very happy everytime weve had work done there. Thanks Purcell!!!

Glad I found Purcell when traveling through Elko with a shot wheel bearing. I don’t think I could have driven another block. Great service the only place my truck goes for tires and alignment

We were traveling from Reno to Salt Lake City and our started making a loud grinding sound at the gas station in Elko. We stayed overnight and in the morning brought the car to the Ford dealership in town who said they couldn’t the car in to checked for four days. We then brought the car to Purcell who made room in their busy Monday schedule to check the car out and replace a broken wheel bearing, all within the course of two hours. Truly appreciate their exemplary service.

Brought sons car in for shocks all around and to replace a ball joint before he went out of state to college. Requested an oil change at the same time. Paid for all the work, moved my son to college and got a phone call that something was going on with his car less than two weeks after the work was completed. He took it somewhere to have it looked at and the issue was directly related to the fact that his oil was low and very dark. We paid for an oil change we did not receive. While I am happy with the other work we have had done, this could have ended very badly for my son.

The service is fast, courteous and knowledgeable. I have been going there with my tire issues since i moved to Elko. Took my truck in because one tire kept losing air. The guy rolled the tire into the waiting room to show me the problem. That meant a lot. Keep it up guys

We arrived before the shop opened. As soon as someone was available, we were helped, treated well, and on our way. I would highly recommend this shop.

Stop is very nice and informative it will not let you leave unless you know exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and what they can do to fix it and how long and even if you need a ride to where youre going to wait for your car to be fixed

They took an hour just to repair my tire I was the only costumer. Also they call the company I work saying that I request new tires with out ask me if was ok. I wouldnt recommend this place

Sorry to say, this review edited since Ive last been in the shop. Originally I bought my tires through this shop. Regular truck tires, not oversized. Needing a rotating and rebalance of course I went back. The gal behind the desk said to me that it would be $18 per tire. I said even though I bought the tires here?? She proceeded to tell me yes and they do not deal with personal accounts anymore. Only corporate and mining.......well then I guess Ill take my business elsewhere 🤔🙄
