The 2 guys that delivered our furniture were both very kind, friendly, and hard working at an efficient pace. My husband and I both appreciated the heavy lifting and good people they were. We enjoyed visiting with them the very little that we could on their tight schedule. It just makes the whole purchase that much better. Thank you guys!

Kelly is always helpful and is patient. It is a no pressure atmosphere and we can almost anything we want. Just bought a new bed! We got our couch and recliner here as well.
A year ago I loved coming to the store and greeted by friendly staff but recently the new hires are cold towards me and only seems to just want to make a sale, makes me think twice coming back.
We just picked up some mattresses today and I was pleasantly surprised at their selection and in stock inventory. Everything was decently priced and the staff was very friendly. We will be going back here for our future furniture needs. ☺️
Very happy with my service from Wilson-Bates. I live 70 miles away (140 round trip) and they delivered for free. On delivery day, the delivery employees misplaced the screws to put my table together. I was expecting to wait a day or two, or even another week, to get a second delivery with the said screws. This wasnt the case. Wilson-Bates ended up sending another employee that day just to deliver the screws and assemble the table for me. Kelly called and apologized. I really appreciated how they handled this situation. I will definitely be shopping there again.
Recently just purchased a very expensive table from Wilson Bates. I was a hesitant to make such a big purchase but Pat reassured me that I was buying a good table and good brand. I was so excited to get this big beautiful table, my husband and I had been wanting a bigger table for years. I did not have the table a month and the top is already peeling up. I thought for sure Wilson Bates would help me. I quickly called talked to pat she instructed me to take some pictures and email them to her. I did as she asked and got a response that they were waiting for a response from claims. I finally received a call back today and was told there is nothing they can do about the table because it looks like consumer damage. Wilson bates says there was water left on the table too long. I have kept a table cloth on this table for about 90 percent of the time trying to keep it in perfect condition. I would not be so upset but the fact that this table continues to peel. There was no water on the table only a cup. I am very disappointed in the customer service.
Excellent selection of dining sets and living room sets. Decent selection of bedroom sets. Plenty of loungers. Very helpful staff, with a large kiosk for browsing additional designs not on the floor. Have purchased from them before and will again.

Not friendly to Spring Creek residents. Theyll take two weeks to deliver to S.C. residents because its 15 miles away. But if you live in Elko its delivered within the week. This is unacceptable. I can order from a well known furniture store in SLC and get the items delivered by the next week.

Nice place, good selection for a small town. I bought a bed a few days ago and I had went in three times that day just trying to make a decision and also look at a few sofas Im thinking of purchasing for my new home I just purchased, I need a lot of new furniture, but each time I went in I had to go find someone to help me even though I had been in there for several minutes. I found them each time sitting at the back counter talking to each other, I even stood there for a few seconds and they didnt acknowledge me so I walked around to the other side of the counter until someone made eye contact with me, I even made a joke saying since you made eye contact Im coming to you, lol, once we engaged they were very friendly and helpful. I really do like the selection and their furniture, it does look like its good quality. I love the bed I purchased and I will be going back in the next few days to buy a sofa and recliners.
Purchased a premium matress in April 2019. Within 6 months it started cratering. It got to the point that it was causing physical pain in hips and back to the point were we could no longer sleep on it. The manufacturer has a 100 night 10 year warranty on the product. We informed the store that we were having issues and inquired about the guarentee. The store scheduled their mattress expert to measure the dips. He showed up with a 1/4 stiff poly rope with safety pins as the measuring tool set up and took pictures on his phone. 4 days later we asked the store for a claim number to give to the maufacturer. The store stated that they had submitted the information to Salt Lake and the claim was denied. OK fine....still want a claim number to follow up with and inquire as to the offical reason for denial. The store stated that every thing was done over the phone,nothing provided in writting. After much debate the store offeded to send their mattress expert back out to reevaluate the mattress but not to expect a favorable outcome. We had replaced the mattress allready and detective was in garage waiting on them to take other action. We declined having the expert back out and attemted to contact The stores Corporate. As you can imagine no response. Attemted to contact the manufacturer via e-mail....no response. I was finally able to reach manufacturer customer service via phone and found out they only back the retailer, not their product. Buyer beware... avoid Any Beautyrest products and purchases at this store.

Hailey was extremely rude even hung up on me and started yelling at me over the phone over her mistakes never going again and telling every one I know this place sucks only reasonable person is pat she’s a nice lady

Went in today for an ad on a Sectional sofa benchcraft luttrell 93101. Turns out it was a misprint and there was no disclaimer out yet but it was in the process of being made therefore they would not honor it. Bad business to not honor an ad, even if it is a misprint especially when the disclaimer was not printed yet.
